Haneul looked at the ring once more, then set it down on the table, looking at the dumbfounded Jiyong and brushing past him, She laughed through the tears and slowly made her way to the door. "Out of all the lies you told me, I love you was always my favourite"

She chuckled, as she held Jiyong's cheek with the hand that was not bandaged, "If I don't leave then we're just gonna be left here with a big hole in our hearts and in our relationship, I love you but..." She took a deep breath "But, I can't stay.."

 

 

 

More tears fell from Jiyong's eyes, he bit down on his lip to restrain him from crying anymore than he was now, He shook his head in dibelief as Haneul removed her hand from Jiyong's cheek.

 

 

"Please" He said as soft as a whisper. Haneul leaned and kissed his lips, it was passionate and apoligetic. When they release Haneul gave him a reasuring smile.

 

"Goodbye... Jiyong"

Haneul then turned and picked up her bag and walked out the door leaving Jiyong there. Jiyong looked up, tears glistened in his eyes, and he fell to his knees and cried. it wasn't a manly thing to do but this was Haneul he was crying for, not just some girl, no, he was crying for Haneul to come back. Now, only now did he realize how much he needed her, only then did he realize that he had blown his last chance to keep her... only then did he realize how much he loved her.
