“Sister?, ” she asked then close her laptop after reply his email and goes to living room where everyone is there watching drama, “the drama that I and the staff members working now will be replace this drama,” she suddenly said and drink her water.

“I know,” Joohyun said, “and how close are you now with my oppa?, once in a day, he always call you, right?,” she asked, she is upset because of that, she never smile everytime meet Sooyoung for 5 days in a row, “both of you meet in the set, but still talk in phone after that,” she said.

“You know the reason he did that, right?. I don’t know why he insist to help me to find my family, but if there is someone extanding his hand to help you, how could I ignore it?. All of you want to help me too, I never ignore your help. So, I hope there won’t be misunderstanding about it, he just help me..that’s all, unnie..,” she explained all to Joohyun so she won’t mad again to her, Joohyun nodding and back again to watch the drama, “thank you, unnie.”

“I’ll help you to get out from this warehouse through that window,” she said to me, she already look exhausted, but she still gather some things that will help us to reach that window, after done with it she said again to me, “you go first, I’ll go after you,” she said then she extanding her hand to me, I reach her hand and she trying to push my body so I can go out through the window. I succesed in escaping, she is still there trying to go out too, then I heard someone shout out “yah..where are you going?,” she is giving me sign to leave first, but I don’t response to it then, “just run first and ask for help, ” after heard that, I run all out while still seeing her trying to come out from that window, but then…after reaching the big road,I found a car…that’s car..I’ll ask help from that car owner. With the energy that left, I’m waving my hand, but then…I fainted…

“And again,” Sungjae said, he wake up from his sleep with sweat all over his body, “she really help me,” he said then trying to get up from his bed. He is looking for his phone, and find it on the table, there is a messege from Sooyoung ,

“She said she want maintain our relationship through phone, she hate it when we are talking face to face, but everytime she sent messege, it always ambigous like this. What does it mean?,” he asked to himself, “is she deliberately sent me ambiguous messege so I will give up to help her?,” then he decided to reply Sooyoung messege,

Sooyoung who read the messege ignored it, “I have an early schedule today, and I think I’ll go home a little bit late..,” she said to Seunghwan who is still half a sleep, but then when Sooyoung leave her,

“Why?, you said that today there isn’t filming schedule,” she asked.

“Goes to college, my friend said that the final task’s score already out today, if I get lucky I’ll graduate this year,” she said to her, “then I’ll leave first, continue your sleep, you look really tired.”

“Sooyoung-ah,” she calling her, “last night, I came to Yerim house, you still remember her, right?, Sungjae’s sister. She asked about you again and after I told how I meet you, she suddenly said ‘I feel bad for her’. What does it mean?,” she asked.

“Why you asked me?, ask her what does it mean, I think she still angry about her father and me. Whatever, I don’t even have special relationship with her dad, ” she said then smile, Seunghwan is still in deep thinking because she feel there is something strange with Yerim that day,

“Does she know something?.”

While in his apartement, Sungjae have a rest day so he laying down in living room while watching TV, once in while, he looking at his phone, maybe..just maybe she’ll reply his messege. He is watching an early morning drama,

“Why the story always the same?,” he asked to himself, then goes to kitchen to take something, his phone ringing, he run to it, but after know who is the one that calling him, he throw his phone. It keep ringing so he pick it up,

“Hmm Yerim-ah..didn’t you at school now?, aren’t you study now?,” he asked.

“Hmm..I’m at school now, oppa..I’ll come to your house tonight, you are at home, right?,” she asked.

“Because there is no schedule today, I thinlk I’ll be home then, why?, did mom asked you to bring something for me?,” he asked the reason, because she never want to come to his house if it’s not for their parent,

“I’ll be the one who give something for you,” she said, “do you still in contact with that girl?,” she aksed.

“That girl?, who do you mean by that girl?,” he asked her back.

“Park Sooyoung, do you still help her to find her family?,” she asked again.

“hmm..she is still in process to found her family, why are you suddenly asking about her?, didn’t you hate her before?,” he asked, because everytime he told her something about Sooyoung she always said that it’s no one of her bussines,

“I’m really sorry for her after saying those bad words to her. Then I’ll meet you at your home, oppa. I’ll be back to class now,” she said then end the call.

“What is this?, so sudden,” he said then put his phone on the table, “what should I do now?,” he let a deep sigh, “I would rather have a busy schedule than like this, I don’t know what to do now,” he said. Then after breakfast, he decided to annoy Sooyoung by texting her non-stop,

There is no response from her, but it bring smile on his face, he text once again…

Still, there is no response from her, “is she that busy?, I’m really bored right now.., reply my text Park Sooyoung,” he said while shaking his phone, then decided to texting her again,

Don’t you want having a scandal with me?

I’m a hot star right now, you’ll be happy even if it just scandal..

After sent the text, he read it and thinking that he must be crazy sending that kind of text to her,

“What I have done?,” he said then texting her again,

What I mean is, do you want to go out with me..?

Eating something delicious, I’m really bored right now..

He is waiting for her reply, but there isn’t reply from her until an hour later, he sleep on the sofa, didn’t hear that his phone ringing for many time,

“He asked first, why didn’t he pick up my call?,” she said, she look annoyed, then she try to call him once again.

He slowly open his eyes and hear his phone’s ring tone, after knowing who is calling he smile,

“Oii..Park Sooyoung,” he said.

“Let’s go now,” she said, he look confused with her words, “where should we eat for lunch..can I decided it?,” she asked, still there is no response from him, “are you still in dream land, did you dream about that incident again?,” she suddenly asking about that incident.

“No, I’m still trying to process your words. Okay, you want to have lunch with me?,” he asked.

“You are the one who asked me first, you asked me if I want to having scandal with you, the hot star. Let’s go, making a scandal, are you brave enough for that?,” she suddenly sound so bold.

“Why so sudden, do you suddenly became like me?,” he asked then grinning.

“Just come, I’ll text you the place, you must treat me,” she said then end her call. Sungjae looking excited while change his shirt,

“Why am I this happy?,” he asked to himself then leave his house.

But then, his smile disappear from his face when he know that she isn’t by herself, there is someone with her there, that someone is Changsub. He walk slowly to her table, looking upset, then ask her,

“Don’t you said that you want to make a scandal?, why ask him to join then?.” Changsub look confused with his words, then he sit in front of Sooyoung,

“Because he is there when I called you. Should we order now?,” she said, “there are so many delicious foods here, you choose it,” she said while giving him the menu book, “sunbaenim too,” she said to Changsub,. After ordered food, Changsub looking at them, it seem he want to ask something to them,

“Yah..let’s be honest here..,” finally he speak up, “between both of you there is something special, right?, it’s not just bussines friend, right?,” he asked.

“What do you mean sunbaenim. We are not even a friend, just because he want help me to find someone, so we became close,” she said.

“I’m not even your friend nor your boyfriend, then what am I to you?,” he asked, why suddenly he asked about that, that question make Sooyoung thinking really hard, “just forget it..I won’t ask about that again,” he said after looking at Sooyoung.

“Then..I’m the one who will ask you, what is he to you?, if you aren’t consider him as your friend or boyfriend?,” Changsub bring up about that question again, Sungjae glaring at him,

“Maybe, we are not a friend now, but we’ll became friend someday,” she said, the food come and they start eating, “hmm delicious..,” she said, Sungjae looking at him,

“Why are you keep looking at her like that?, everytime she said something, you’ll looking at her,” Changsub asked, pointing at the way Sungjae looking at Sooyoung,

“Just eat , hyung,” Sungjae said without give him reply. Sooyoung looking a little bit awkward after heard what Changsub said, she keep eating without commenting.

After lunch, he back to his apartement looking dissatisfied with what just happen,

“Ah..really, what’s wrong with me?, her words still hanging in my ears. What?, we aren’t even a friend?, and we’ll became a friend..someday?. wah..that girl really unbelievable, why she didn’t say that..we became closer because of our dream?, just say that..it’s better..,” he said then laying down on his bed, then he remember what Changsub said to him, the way he look at her, “why am I keep looking at her?, I don’t know too, every time I heard she speak, my head automatically turn to looking at her, ” he said, “I must be crazy then..why that kind of reason come out from my mouth?,” he asked to himself, his phone suddenly ringing, make him surprised, it’s from his sister,

“Oppa, my school just end..I’ll go straight to your house,” she said then end the call.

He is preparing something while waiting for his sister, he make her favourite food. Not long after that, Yerim come,

“Why?, you never come here if it’s not because of mom,” Sungjae asked while giving her the pasta he made for her,

“I’ll tell you something, after eat,” she said then start eating the pasta, Sungjae looking at her while searching the answer, “you won’t find the answer with that, I’ll tell you, just wait a little bit,” she said then continue eating, “you don’t eat?,” she asked.

“Hmm..I have lunch before, I’m still full now,” he said.

“Lunch?, it’s for dinner, don’t skip your meal, oppa..,” her words make him frozen,

“What’s wrong with you, it’s not like you,” he said, Yerim smile after heard that. after eat, she goes to kitchen and back to her seat 10 minutes later, “let’s start now..,” he said.

“Oppa…it’s about Sooyoung,” she said, Sungjae looking at her curiously after heard that name, “she is looking for her family, right?, you said that before,” Sungjae answer that with nodding, “did you said or asked something to dad about her family?,” she asked.

“Hmm, I asked if he know one of her family, but he said he doesn’t know about them.”

“Do you believe it?,” she has so many things to asked.

“You have so many question. Half-half, half of me believe that, but the other half I don’t believe what he said. Why?,” he asked her back.

“Oppa, don’t you debuted in 2012?, it’s your fourth year, right?. Isn’t it strange that reporter couldn’t find about your past?. All of them never reported about your past, I mean that incident, it’s a big incident, right?,” she pointed out something that never crossed in Sungjae mind,

“Although I’m glad they never reported it, I find it little bit strange too, after you said it. If my memories are right, that incident was really big, why?,” he asked to her who suddenly bringing up about reporter,

“That time, I’m still 7 year old. Almost all of news paper wrote news about it and TV broadcast always broadcast about it and give update too, shouldn’t journalist know about it?, shouldn’t they know that the victim of that incident is you?, but they never bring it up.”

“You want your oppa get trouble again?, it’s better like this…I think, after I decided to became a celebrity and I didn’t remember anything about that incident, dad decided to buried that incident..he has a lot of connection after all,” he look like want to end that kind of conversation.

“Hmm..I think it’s dad who have done it. But do you think that’s the only reason?, I know the other reason,” she said, Sungjae looking at his sister, trying to find if she lie about it, “I’m not lying, I heard their conversation that day..,” she said after knowing her brother observing her face,

“Their conversation?, who are they? And what kind of conversation?,” he asked.

“After heard this, I hope you can decided wheather you’ll tell her or not, wheather this will hurt her or not if you telling her. And I hope you still help her with anything, ” she said, he look confused by ‘her’, who is her?

“Her?, ah..Park Sooyoung?, OK!!, I’ll..tell me, what is that?.”

“That night I went to dad’s clinic, there he still have a guest, although it’s already time for the clinic to close. At first I don’t know who is she, so I decided to standing in front of the door, so I heard their conversation. It’s about a girl, that patient daughter. Then, dad said her name..Park Sooyoung,” after heard that, Sungjae asked,

“Park Sooyoung?, she is her mother?, dad know her mother?, but why he didn’t said anything about that when I asked him?. So, who is she?, her mother..”

“You ever meet her, and I thibk she is one of dad’s reasons to do that.” she said.

“Really?, how did you know that I ever meet her?,” he asked.

“Because she has same job as you, and she is one of your favourite…,” she said, Sungjae get it, who she is, but he’s still can’t believe it..

“Really?, her mother is her, Kang sunbaenim?, how did you know that the women who talked to dad that night is her, you said you don’t know who is she..”

“At first, but then I saw her face. She is really familiar, she often appear on drama and you ever said to me that she is your favourite, so I know who is she…,” she said, Sungjae is still keep silent, “she said, she meet her that day on filming set. And she said that she never considered her as her daughter, if you want her to meet such a cruel mom like Kang sunbaenim, tell her about it..,” she said. Sungjae still silent, he is in deep thought,

“What should I do now?,” he asked that to himself.

Today, Sungjae trying to avoid meeting Sooyoung. Every time Sooyoung walking pass by him, he would turn his face to avoid her or walk away. She knows that he is trying to avoid her in set,

“I know that I’m the one who want him to not talk to me while we are in set, but half of me it’s kinda mad to him,” she said to herself while looking at him who is still doing poster shoot,

“Park Sooyoung, come here,” the assistant director call her, so she goes there, “the next place for poster shoot is outdoor, right?, ” he asked, Sooyoung nodding, “who is there?,” he asked.

“There are one from poster design, photographer, and one of our staff members, why?,” she asked.

“We’ll go there in 30 minutes, ” after she heard that, she runs to inform the staff member who is there.

From morning till now, he didn’t trying to get closer to Sooyoung, he just there have chit chat with his staffs or his co-star when he get time to rest. She keep looking at her, still upset about it,

“What’s wrong with me?,” she asked to her self then drink her water while hitting her chest, “here..why is my chest really hurt right now?,” she said. When she is doing her work, Sungjae keep looking at her,

I’m avoiding you right now, not because I granted what you wish for me to do, but because the feeling of sorry. From the first time I heard that you help me that day, I already feel sorry, but after last night, after knowing that from my sister, that sorry feeling growing really fast and make me avoid you naturally. So, give me time to decided..wheather to told you or not. Because I’m sure both of it will surely hurt you, and make me said sorry again and again.
