JIYEON'S POV

Somehow I trained myself to cool down without being too obvious when near Eunjung but sometimes I still feel too much heat especially when I lose my focus.

There must be some explanations why I'm being like this around her.

Maybe this is the reason why sorcerers like me can't fall in love with a mortal.

Oh wait...

Did I just mention falling in love?

Am I in love with Eunjung?

Oh no Jiyeon you can't be.

Maybe I should've listen to Boram unnie but I didn't even make friends with her.

It's Eunjung's fault.

If she didn't kiss me I wouldn't meet her.

But I wished to see her again...

Does this means it is kind of my fault?

So should I blame myself for all of this?

But if I blame myself who would defend myself now?

It's still me right?

So it's nonsense blaming myself and I notice that I'm thinking nonsense things too.

PARK JIYEON WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

"Hi Eunjung. It's been a while"

I stop arguing with myself when a girl approaches us.

She's pretty...

But of course I'm prettier than her. *smirks*

Oh why am I even comparing myself to this girl?

And she knows Eunjung too.

By the way I'm standing her near the passenger seat's door while Eunjung and that girl was on the other side but I could still hear them talking

"Excuse me... Do I know you?" Eunjung ask the girl.

So Eunjung doesn't know her.

Why is she greeting Eunjung then?

I feel something different to that girl.

I just can't say if it's a good thing or a bad thing.

"Are you kidding me? I know you remember me. Stop pretending" The girl insisted.

Hmm.

Now I kinda wonder who's telling the truth but I wanted that girl to leave and stay away from Eunjung.

What are you thinking again Park Jiyeon?

Arrgghhh... Why do I keep arguing to myself?

"Miss....look. I don't know who you are and I have no time for guessing games...." Eunjung said to her.

"Get in the car Jiyeon" She ordered me so I just get inside.

"Wait... Is that girl your girlfriend?" The girl asks Eunjung.

Is she referring to me?

She points at me right?

"None of your business" Eunjung said and starts the car then leave.

I wonder who that girl is.

And what was her connection to Eunjung?

My body temperature was rising again.

I need to get outta here and cool down.

Being this close to her could cook me.

"Uhm...Miss Eunjung who is that girl?" I ask out of curiosity.

I look at her and she looks so serious.

"Uhm. You don't have to ans-"

"Bae Suzy. My ex-girlfriend" She said.

Girlfriend?

Somehow that makes me laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" she ask and I stop myself from laughing

"Nothing Miss. I'm sorry" I apologize.

"Nothing means something. Why are you laughing? Because I said she's my ex?" She asks.

"I just never expect that someone fall for your" I murmured.

"What?!"

Oh my gosh!

SHE HEARD IT!!

She suddenly stops the car and glare at me.

"You think no one would fall for me?" She asks and I gulped.

I shook my head.

Park Jiyeon don't forget to cool yourself and also try not to freeze the whole car and Eunjung

"But you just said it don't you?" she ask and lean closer.

"I- uhm...you heard it....Wrongly" I said and I hope she believe it.

She gets lean back to her seat and start driving again.

"You hit me with the camera and now you're telling me that no one could fall in love with me. Did it ever cross your mind that I'm your boss today and your unnie might get fired because of you?" She said.

"Mianhae...The camera...it was an accident. I didn't mean to do that and a while ago. I'm just not thinking again. I'm sorry. Please don't fire my unnie" I said and pout.

It not my fault that sometimes the first thing that pops into my head comes out of my mouth.

I'm just looking down while playing with my fingers.

I hope she didn't fire my unnie.

I remember what Areum said about her and I never want to imagine what punishment my unnie will give to me if that happens.

I then heard her giggled.

I look at her in surprise.

I didn't know she know how to do that.

"You're acting like a kid and you look scared too. I'm not gonna eat you" she said.

"Someone just told me you’re scary"

I mentally slap myself for saying that.

Park Jiyeon stop saying the first thing that pops into your mind. It's not helping!

I look at Eunjung and she looks serious again.

"...but I don't believe you're like that" I sincerely said.

I really don't think she's scary.

"I'm like that" She said.

"I never listen to any explanation and fire them immediately." She said.

"But I still believe you have your own reason for doing that." I said to her.

"To be honest, when we first met. I found you as a very warm person. Maybe that's why I wished to see you again. Plus you just gave me my favorite ice cream" I said remembering that day I first met her

"Wait. Ice cream?...you said we first meet at the mall right?" She asks.

"Hmm" I replied.

Can she drive a little faster? Coz I feel like any moment now I'll start to be burned again

"You're the girl that I kissed!" She finally remembers it.

I just look outside coz I'm blushing.

I don't even understand why I'm feeling like this.

"About that kiss. It was my friends dare. I hope you're not mad at me" She said.

"Don't worry. We're even now. I kiss you too right?" I said without even bothering to look at her.

Damn.

Our meetings were all about kissing

We were in silence for a few minutes after that.

"Uhm. Do you have something to do after this?" she asks.

I look at her.

"Nothing. It's my day off today" I said.

"Uhm...do you want to come with me for a while? I'll treat you ice cream" She said and smile.

Her smile was so manly.

But she said she's going to treat me an ice cream.

I smiled upon hearing that.

"I wouldn't say no to ice cream" I cheerfully said.

"You're cute" She said.

Huh?

I look outside again and never talk to her again till we reach the mall.

"What are we going to do in here aside from getting my ice cream?" I ask her.

"Hmm. I don't know. Let's get inside and figure out what we can do. Is that ok with you?" she ask and I nod at her.

We walk around the mall trying to figure out what should we do first.

"What do you want to do?" She asks.

"Eh? If you're asking me. I will say that I want to eat ice cream." I said.

That could help me cool down too.

Seems like I have to endure this heat a little bit more.

"Ok then, let's get some ice cream but we need to have our lunch first" She said.

I just agreed.

I wouldn't say no to food.

"Miss Eunjung It lo-"

"Call me Eunjung. We're not at work" She said

"Ok. Eunjung. It looks expensive here." I said.

"Don't worry it's my treat. Just order everything you want." She said and smile to me.

Well, she's charming but is she serious when she says anything?
