Behind his closed bedroom door, Jimin sat on his bed staring into nothing while lots of questions kept his mind busy. He was thinking about the Fan Sign they attended earlier that day when he received few unpleasant fan letters

*Maybe they are not real fans at all* Jimin kept repeating to himself

*They can't be Army* he tried to stop the doubts from getting the best of him

He tried to believe those words so badly but the pile of papers scattered all over his bed said otherwise.

He ran his hand on the bed and grabbed one

*Park Jimin what a silly name for a silly person, I wonder what are you doing with Bangtan Boys*

And another

*You're FAT, you can't SING and your dance moves are so SLOPPY*

And another one

*Jimin-ah! Just leave my Oppas alone ... I can't believe that my glowing Suga Oppa has to deal with someone like you, he will get dirty*

One after another, Jimin read all of them and his eyes started to water and finally, he felt like he had enough so he grabbed them with shaky and angry hands and threw all of them into the trash.

"No ... That's not true! I am who I am in this band and I love my brothers, I'm sure they love me just the same"

That's what he said and what he tried to believe all this time, It's been a while now since those Anti-fan letters have been Jimin's new obsession. They said "Your fat" and he exercised harder, they said "You can't sing" and he stays for longer hours at the studios, they said "You're ugly" and he won't leave the makeup and hairstylist alone until he's satisfied.

He did that but he did it so naturally that the other boys didn't quite notice. Actually, they all did the same: Suga stays longer hours at the studio composing, RM and Jin stay to practice more, and the rest usually have private schedules too. But what they didn't notice was that Jimin was overdoing it, over paying attention to the comments and overthinking about the whole thing of being "Perfect"

Weeks have passed and Jimin never let go of his obsession, he would spend too much time staring at his phone or laptop taking what other people say about him so seriously.

"Hyung !? Can you please stop?" Jungkook said from where he was sitting on his bed looking right at Jimin who was reading those letters again.

"Don't worry, they are nothing to me" Jimin answered so monotonously

"Obviously they are ... Hyung don't believe that"

"I'm not Kookie, I said don't worry about it"

Jimin picked his head from behind the papers giving Junkook the fakest smile he could.

Few more days have passed, it was one cold rainy day, BTS members were having a dance practice, and around 9 pm, Namjoon called the end of the day 

"That's enough guys let's go home"

Namjoon announced and everyone started to get ready to go home, everyone except Jimin "Why aren't you getting ready yet?" Suga asked with an attitude

"You go first, I have to practice my parts a little more"

"But why? You do them just fine" J-Hope said, he was keeping an eye on Jimin performance and he was doing just fine 

"No ... I'm still making some mistakes you go ahead I won't be taking so long anyway"

Jimin's voice seemed dreadfully dead like it had no life. Junkook has already noticed it from the other day, he noticed just how lifeless his brother has become. He turned into a working machine seeking nothing but perfection. Nobody said anything as they turned around leaving Jimin alone in the practice room

*They all left*

Jimin thought to himself when everything around him went quiet *I don't need them ... I'm fine on my own*

Getting into their van, the boys have noticed how Jimin was acting lately and they thought that they needed to have a serious conversation about it 

"Do you think he's ok?" V was already worried 

"He has turned into a dead cold corpse lately" Suga added

"I never see him eat ... Do you?" Jin turned from his seat asking the youngers which they all shrugged at him

"Kookie?" ... Namjoon called out for the half focused Maknae who kept looking down at his hands

"Do you have anything to say?"

"I don't know" Junkook sounded confused. Suga turned to him "The hell you mean you don't know?"

"I don't know if it's something we should worry about but I keep catching him reading anti-fan letters"

Silence filled the van as Jongkook said those words "But we all do get them" Jungkook continued "I don't know if it's a problem but every time I ask him about it, he would tell me not to worry"

They all exchanged weird and silent looks until it was cut off by the manager's words "Are you guys ready? Jimin said that he's going to practice a little more" Namjoon gave him a small nod and whispered to the boys behind him

"Let's talk about this later when Jimin is home ok?" RM suggested and they all agreed. It was better if they spoke to him in person and get to the bottom of what's going on.
