Chapter 20

Sejeong slowly opened her eyes to the darkness. Slowly raised her head up and she was greeted with a bit of light coming from a swinging lamp above her.

"H-hello! Is anybody here! P-please save me!" Sejeong hesitantly screamed hoping go get some help.

She tried to move her hands and feet but both are tied to the chair she was sitting on. She was forcing herself to break the ropes until she heard footsteps coming in front of her.

"Don't waste your energy. Gugudan #3. You'll get nowhere." A voice spoke.

Sejeong's eyes widened after hearing that voice. 'That voice... Could it be?' Sejeong asked herself.

"Gugudan #6. Kim Nayoung." Sejeong said expressionless.

The owner of the voice came closer to which the light will struck her. She has a large grin on her face while looking at the captivated girl.

"Does Gugudan #1 Shin Bora know about this?" Sejeong casually asked the girl in front of her.

"Uhhh... N-no?" Sejeong said utterly. Slightly scratched her nape, sign that she was embarrassed.

"Oh? And also. as your best friend. Your mother gave me an order to report everything you do to her. And I guess, your mom won't like this." Sejeong said threatening Nayoung with a smirk on her face.

"U-uh... please don't tell mom!..." Nayoung said trying to convince Sejeong.

"Tsk tsk tsk... Then please let me go?"
