Yo Seob- (This place...will I ever return here?...my parents are doing everything to separate me from Na Hyun...should this place still hold special in my heart?...I’ll leave the circumstances in your hands Lord...)

-Yo Seob goes to sleep-

-That night in the Army Base-

-The Army Leader had Jun Hyung temporarily shut down. He gathered expert scientists to open Jun Hyung up so they could observe and study how Prof. Woo assembled him. But it was no use. They could not figure out how Prof. Woo brought the complexity of Jun Hyung’s design to harmony; all the gears were in the right position, and each wire and chip where they should be. It was the work of a true craftsman; a blessed scientist. They tried to replicate Jun Hyung’s design, but there would always be something wrong like a missing chip or wrong placement of gears and wires. They kept working until it came a time whenthey decided that they’ll just continue the work in the morning. They left Jun Hyung in the lab and closed everything. As soon as everyone left and all the lights were off, there was a noise. It kept getting louder and louder. No one was around to hear it as it approached the lab where Jun Hyung was. This noise was footsteps.-

-Next Morning-

-Na Hyun walks to school-

Na Hyun-...(I wonder how Yo Seob is...it...it would be awkward to see each other in school without talking...)

-Na Hyun arrives at school. Half of the day went by and Yo Seob was nowhere to be seen.-

Na Hyun-...(He’s absent...Maybe he needed rest from all that happened yesterday...(worried)...I should ask around.) Ya, Gi Kwang Oppa, do you know why Yo Seob’s absent? 

Gi Kwang- ?? You mean he didn’t text you about it? (how can the guy forget to text his own girlfriend (T_T)?)

Na Hyun- ?? What do you mean?

Gi Kwang- He didn’t text you about the...! Wait a minute! Did you just call him “Yo Seob”? Don’t you call him “Seobie”?

Na Hyun-...y-yeh...I...we...uh...(a frown crosses her face as she starts to look downcast)

Gi Kwang- !! (ok?...what’s up?)...Hmm, you seem flustered. Want to talk about it? (looks sincerely at Na Hyun) I’ll listen to you all you want.

Na Hyun- (tears fall) ...(sniff)...Gi-Gi (sniff)...Gi Kwang Oppa...

Gi Kwang- (hugs Na Hyun) Hehe, don’t cry. Did clumsy Yo Seob do something wrong? Well, if he did, don’t take it to heart. That klutz messes up all the time^^

Na Hyun- (sniff)...he...go...leave...I...(sniff)...we...gone...

Gi Kwang- How about we talk after school? Hopefully your grammar will be alright by then^^ Araso (ok)?

Na Hyun- ...( starts to grin), go-ma(sniff) weo (thank you). I’d like that.

Gi Kwang- No problem^^ Yo Seob’s girlfriend is a friend of mine.

Na Hyun- ... (yeh... girlfriend)

-After School-

-In an ice cream shop-

Gi Kwang- What would you like Na Hyun-sshi? It’s all on me^^

Na Hyun- Ani (no); it’s really okay. You being here to listen to me is already a great gift.

Gi Kwang- (O.O) FUDGE; don’t say that, it’s too sweet.^^ Now I get why Yo Seob loves to take care of you. Hehe, anyway, I bet Yo Seob would listen to you too. That boy’s crazy for you^^He’d listen to you all day if he had to. He’d also still buy you ice cream whether you liked it or not. So, what’ll your order be?

Na Hyun- Heehee (smiles as tears fall)...Yo Seob...

Gi Kwang- (feels sympathy)...well...I don’t think they have a Yo Seob flavor in this shop^^ I’ll just get you chocolate; how’s that sound?

Na Hyun- Thank you...

-After ordering-

-Talking while eating-

Gi Kwang- So, what happened between you and Yo Seob?

Na Hyun- Well...we broke up yesterday.

Gi Kwang- !Really!? He broke up with you?Maybe he was joking.

Na Hyun- (T.T)?? Joking? How could he joke about that?

Gi kwang- Wow; he wasn’t joking? I just really never pictured HIM to be the one to leave. His heart is too soft...and...he loves you too much.

Na Hyun- ...Actually, he wanted me to be the one to break up with him. But I refused. So, he ended up being the one to leave...

Gi Kwang- Oh...I’m sorry to hear that...Care to tell me why he wanted to break up in the first place?

Na Hyun- I...kept a secret from him...

-Na Hyun tells Gi Kwang everything; from who Jun Hyung really was up to the time Yo Seob and his family was held captive. Finally, until Yo Seob broke up with her.-

Gi Kwang- Ah...I see. You kept the secret from him to protect Jun Hyung. Or, should I call him A.R.#1?

Na Hyun- Nah; calling him Jun Hyung is fine.

Gi Kwang- Thank you. Anyway, I know that Yo Seob must have been hurt, but there’s no way that he’d make the decision of splitting up with you all on his own. It’s not like him. Believe me; when that boy loves, he loves deep. Christ is his role model when it comes to love. Although, of course, not even Yo Seob can love like God, but he would never break up first if not told by anyone else. Did he sound like he wanted to leave?

Na Hyun- Well...no. He told me that it’s not like he wanted to leave, it’s just too dangerous being with me.

Gi Kwang- See? It’s not completely his will to break up with you.I’d understand about the dangerous part; after all, it really is in your current situation. But I don’t think he’d break up with you just because it’s dangerous.  Somehow...I don’t want to be disrespectful or anything...but I think that Yo Seob’s parents must have affected his thinking on the situation. I think that while they were in the Army Base, they must’ve asked Yo Seob to break up with you. As parents, they must’ve gotten worried about Yo Seob having you as a girlfriend because, you know, the Army Leader can use him at any moment.

Na Hyun- But...Yo Seob said that he also got bothered because he feels I don’t trust him enough. He feels that my hiding Jun Hyung from him proves that I don’t give him my complete trust; that I should’ve thought of sharing the secret with him so we could keep the secret together. And not just that, he also said that because he’s a fool for me, it’s not good for us to stay together.

Gi Kwang- Now where do you think that came from? Yo Seob’s a close friend of mine, so I can tell when his lines are scripted. And according to my radar, there was a certain part of his speech that definitely didn’t sound like him.

Na Hyun- Which part?

Gi Kwang- Well, why don’t I explain his speech for you.The part about him being bothered that you hid Jun Hyung truly came from him. Any guy would feel bothered since he got kidnapped and everything. But not to the point of thinking you didn’t give your trust to him completely. You hid Jun Hyung’s identity for a good cause; he’d understand; he’s a sweet guy after all. It’s not like he would want to give Jun Hyung away; if that happened, you’d be sad, and no way he’d like that. Therefore, all the parts with “no complete trust” definitely came from his parents. The guy’s a good son; you’d expect him to follow and take his parents’ advice and opinions.  The part about keeping the secret together is also truly from him. What boyfriend wouldn’t care to give his helping hand? What boyfriend wouldn’t want to protect his girl? I’m sure Yo Seob was hurt that you never thought about that, but not to the point of wanting to break up with you. This is where the “he’s a fool for you” comes in. Now, that part is 100% Yo Seob. I’m sure your 2-month relationship with him made that obvious; he loves you from the bottom of his heart. So much that he’d be willing to do anything. Simply put, he’s a fool for you. But this fool also regards his parents highly. So the part of “not good for us to stay together” is partly Yo Seob and partly his parents. His mind is divided between his own opinions and his parents’. But because he respects and loves his parents, he obeys them as a good son. So he broke up with you. But what worries me is that everything his parents told him affected his decisions regarding being with you. Since his parents say you’re dangerous to be with, he’ll start to think that way. Even if his heart says “danger should not set you and Na Hyun apart”, his brain goes “your parents have never decided anything that wasn’t good for you. You must be obedient to them because they are your parents.” In short, Yo Seob is confused right now.

Na Hyun- Oh...poor guy...but (smiles a little) I’m thankful to hear that it wasn’t completely Yo Seob who wanted to break up with me. Thank you so much Gi Kwang-sshi.

Gi Kwang- It’s nothing. Don’t worry, ok? Things will work out according to God’s will. If Yo Seob and you don’t get back together, you know God’s saying he’s not the one. Oh yeah; now that I know you 2 broke up, I guess that’s why he didn’t bother to text you why he’s absent today.

Na Hyun- ! Is he sick?

Gi Kwang- Even worse; he transferred schools!

Na Hyun- !

Gi Kwang- I know, right? It’s a catastrophe! We won’t get to meet each other as often.

Na Hyun- Why’d he transfer?

Gi Kwang- He said he wanted to try something new. (-_-) That idiot; what kind of a reason is that to transfer schools? If he was going to lie, he could’ve at least said something believable. My guess is his parents are trying to keep him away from you as much as possible, because, as I’ve said, he loves you too much to stay away from you even though he knows about the danger.

Na Hyun- ...(sad face) Oh...I love him too much too.

Gi Kwang- !...(looks at Na Hyun with compassion) (Man...I hate to see ladies in distress, especially the lady of one of my pals. He may not admit if I ask, but I’m sure Yo Seob also misses Na Hyun-sshi badly)...Ya, you really want to get back with him, don’t you? You just broke up yesterday and already sadness is eating you up.

Na Hyun- (just stares emotionless on the table)

Gi Kwang- Maybe I can arrange something. I’ll try talking to him. If his parents can influence him, I’m sure I can too. Would you like that?

Na Hyun- (looks at Gi Kwang with a smile reflecting a ray of hope) Is it really ok for you?

Gi Kwang- Duh ^_^ But I’ll have to share everything you told me today to my buddies. Yo Seob and I have been hanging out with these guys ever since we were in diapers (:p) Justamong us: Doo Joon, Dong Woon and Hyun Seng. I’ll be asking their help to persuade Yo Seob to get back with you.Alright?

Na Hyun- Yes please. I’ll be happy to accept any help I get.

Gi Kwang- Good then ^_^. But I’m telling you now, Yo Seob stands firm on his obedience towards his parents; it’ll be tough to change his mind. But we’ll try anyway. Now, eat up ^_^ Pray and let God handle things. 

Na Hyun- Ok; thank you so much Gi Kwang Oppa J(I’ll just leave things to you God)

-After being comforted by Gi Kwang, Na Hyun heads home-

Na Hyun- Appa (father)! I’m home!
