City Lights Entertainment was founded by famous k-pop girl group, Sidereal after they terminated their contract with Coridel Entertainment. City Lights is taken care by the current CEO, Jung Minsoo. City Lights is a rising company as there is a amazing crew behind the scenes to manage the company. As of 2016, City Lights has two artists, Sidereal and SEVENTEEN, City Lights' first boy group.
Since 2013, City Lights has been consistently growing. Sidereal's members and choreographers Reiko Fujieda and Kim Goeun founded 1MILLION Dance Studio, which is famous domestically and internationally. It is one of the subsidairies of City Lights. Besides, Colleen Model, a modelling agency founded by Sidereal's member and model Im Jinah, is also a subsidairies of City Lights.
City Lights' CEO, Jung Minsoo stated that this company belongs to SIdereal and he is the caretaker. He also promise that City Lights will continue to grow and debut better and greater aritsts for the fans all around the world.
