In the afternoon of February 7th of 2019 multiple media services reported that Song Joongki and Song Hyekyo got married in a private ceremony, this was possible because just ten minutes after the wedding Blossom Entertainment and UAA released a joint statement in which they informed that they are now husband and wife, also says that Hyekyo was pregnant with almost four months.

On the notice both agencies unveiled that Joongki and Hyekyo started dating exactly three years ago, they decided to get married in the same day when everything started.

The media outlets were dumbfounded discovering a report as big as this in that way, in the three years of their relationship some reporters even follow Hyekyo and Joongki habitually but no one could see a hint of them being together
