Yoongi
Not like the moviesYoongi swore quietly under his breath, earning him a disapproving look from a mother standing beside him. “Yoongi, it’s ok.” His girlfriend said as she tugged at his sleeve. “Not yet Jagi. One more time.” he said as he handed over more money to the guy at the stall as he once again set up the cans for him. “Yoongi, you know these kinds of games are rigged.” She whispered to him.
He shook his head, his face showing his determination. “You said you liked that plushie, so I’m going to win it.” He said stubbornly as he threw the first bean bag at the cans, two of them falling over. His second and third shot were not as successful as the first, making him curse once again. He grunted in frustration, “This isn’t as easy as they make it look in the movies.” He handed over another note to the guy who was grinning widely. “Yoongi, it’s fine! I’m sure we can find it online or something!” she said but he wasn’t listening. He tried once again, this time only one can remaining standing. He let out a frustrated sigh as a young girl and boy of about ten years old came up beside them, the boy promising to win a toy for the girl.
“Come on Yoongi, there's plenty of other things we can go play.” She said, giving him her best attempt at aegyo. “Maybe you're right.” He said with a sigh. She gave him a relieved sigh as he slipped her hand into his. They had just turned to walk away when they heard loud cheering from behind them. They turned around to see that the young boy had succeeded in knocking over all of the cans on his first try, handing over a large toy to the girl beside him.
Yoongi's jaw dropped as the young pair skipped off together. She pulled at his arm. “Yoongi.” She said in warning but the rapper wasn’t listening. “One more time. Last time. I swear.” He said as he turned back to the stall, digging out his wallet once again. she sighed, a smile appearing on her face. If there was one word to describe her boyfriend, stubborn would definitely be high on that list.
