Yoo & Labradoodle

Jongup had a lot of favourite locations to hang, after a long day at school. The dance hall where he practices the dance skills, he has already polished beyond perfect. Jongup was one of the best B-boys out of his small dance crew, and yet he still thought he needed improvements. Another one of his top favourite being the dog cafe, a few streets away from his school. Everyday he would go there, the same time after school every time. When he arrived he never paid much attention to the adorable puppies, no for Jongup never really went for the dogs. Dogs weren’t really his thing, but the cute staff member behind the counter was. Unlike any normal person, Jongup spent the time messing with the dogs just to stare at the boy he thought he could never have. Jongup was attracted to him, he was his ideal type. The cute baby faced features, the bright smile that made Jongup’s heart flutter and the heart shaped lips. He was perfect in everyway, but Jongup was too afraid to make a move. Today was the same as per usual, he slowly heads up to the counter. The boys fellow staff member Daehyun, who Jongup continuously found himself jealous of. As he watched the two constantly giggle, hug and chat together. He truly believed the two were dating, and this was the first time he has been served by the boy.
“Hi what can I get you?” Daehyun asked smiling softly
“Uh...just a black coffee please” Jongup replied finding himself hesitant
“You come in here well quite a lot don’t you I see you in here all the time” Daehyun said as he tapped in the order
“Yeah I...I like dogs what can I say” Jongup shrugged slowly
“Do you now...because I find you staring at Youngjae far more than I find you playing with the puppies” Daehyun accused smirking
“No I really do like the puppies I’m just a bit awkward” Jongup defends himself
“No you're just too shy to admit to my best friend that you're crushing on him...look why don’t you just ask him out?” Daehyun retorts 
“Because he won’t want to be with someone like me” Jongup murmurs 
“Yah why not? You're pretty good looking and you seem like a nice kid...Youngjae...Youngjae” Daehyun called out to Youngjae
The said boy comes out from around the corner, a frustrated expression plastered his face. ‘Even when he’s frustrated he looks cute’ Jongup thought to himself.
“Yah what is it Daehyun?” Youngjae snaps annoyed 
“Take this customer's money I need to go deal with something” Daehyun orders
“You can’t just abandon him like that...bad customer service” Youngjae said frowning
Daehyun ignores Youngjae as he hands Jongup over to him, he gives Jongup a reassuring smile and a wink before disappearing. Now that Youngjae was in front of Jongup, he couldn’t find his words. So he got a card out of his pocket, it was an invitation to his dance show.
“That will be £3 please” Youngjae said smiling
Jongup gives Youngjae the money, while also sneakily pushing a card in his hand. Grabbing his drink Jongup left Youngjae, confused on the boy's shy behaviour. Youngjae has always wondered about this boy, he always came to the cafe but never played with the dogs. Now he was confused on why the boy slipped a card in his hand, Youngjae stared at it in confusion. 
“A dance show...why did he give me this?” He murmured to himself
The rest of the shift, Youngjae’s mind was haywire. What was going down tomorrow, and out of all the people why was he invited? 
So he planned to ask the boy before his shift ended, getting out from behind the counter an hour before the end of his shift. He looked around for the boy, and luckily he caught the boy before he left.
“Uh hi why did you give me this?” Youngjae asked
“I uh I” Jongup stammered 
“Look tomorrow at lunch meet me at the milkshake shop in the little mall we can get to know each other and then maybe I can come to this...dance show” Youngjae said smiling he caught on pretty quick
“Ok” Jongup replied quietly
“But please give me your name though?” Youngjae asked happily, he needed a name though 
“Jongup” Jongup replied smiling slightly
“Jongup...welI I better see you there at lunch time” Youngjae threats happily
Youngjae then leaves the bewildered but happy Jongup to himself. Carrying on with the shift, he was happy to make new friends.

Next day,

Today was finally a day off from school, Jongup needed it really bad. It was also the night of the dance show, and his friend Junhong has been pestering him with his excitement. Jongup gently strolled down the pathway, admiring the sunny weather that shone today. He didn’t expect to see these three puppies rushing towards him, and he least expected to see Youngjae. Rushing out behind them, hot in their tails. Jongup hesitantly grabs two of the pups, while Youngjae grabbed the last. 
“Oh Jongup thanks” Youngjae said shocked
“Am I out the back of the cafe?” Jongup asked confused 
“Oh no these three trouble makers are mine” Youngjae replied as he took the other two from him
“Oh right that’s cool” Jongup said nodding
“Come in and have a drink with me” Youngjae offers
Jongup follows Youngjae back into his small apartment, shutting the gate after him Jongup goes and takes a seat at the small garden table. While Youngjae rushes inside, a few seconds later he returns with two hot chocolates. Placing them down, he sits opposite Jongup.
“So are you still in school or college?” Youngjae quizzed Jongup
“My last term of school but I’m thinking of not going to college it’s too stressful already” Jongup said before sipping his drink
“Trust me it is stressful and expensive I recently dropped out because it got so expensive but I’m still paying the college back that’s why I’m working at the dog cafe so I can pay them back as well as pay for this apartment and my puppies care” Youngjae explained
“What are your dogs I’ve never seen them before?” Jongup asked as he watched the puppies playing
“They’re labradoodles but my fourth one is a malamute...Roo” Youngjae called into the apartment
A Malamute slowly comes out from the apartment, and over to Youngjae. Who ruffles the dog's hair, before kissing it on top of the head.
“She’s only 1 years old but she acts like she’s really old...she’s lazy” Youngjae said smiling
“She’s beautiful and there isn’t anything wrong but with loving to sleep...what would you like to know about me?” Jongup asked Youngjae
“Why do you come to the dog cafe if you don’t really pay attention to the dogs?” Youngjae asked the question Jongup knew was coming
“I...I came to the cafe to see you but I….I was never brave enough to actually talk to you until your friend made you serve me yet even then I kept quiet” Jongup hesitantly admitted
“Why?” Youngjae asked getting curious
“I thought you were cute…I wanted to get to know you and uh….possibly more...I really like you but my shy nature kept me at bay” Jongup admits some more
“So this card you gave me is it a date? Or are you dancing at this show?” Youngjae asked 
“I’m dancing with my friends there but it could be a date” Jongup said smiling
“A date then...what time do I arrive at the place?” Youngjae asked further questions
“At 7” Jongup said thinking about the show times
Youngjae gets up and grabs Jongup’s hand, he gently pulls him into his apartment. Before pulling Jongup into a kiss, it surprised the other. Jongup wasn’t the one to hesitate too long though, kissing Youngjae back hard as their tongues entwined in a heated kiss. Pulling away breathless Youngjae looks into Jongup’s eyes, he saw the want in his eyes just as much as Jongup saw the want in his.
“7 O’clock is hours away...we got plenty of time to ‘get to know’ each other more” Youngjae said suggestively
Jongup smiles before pulling Youngjae close, the two shared small facts about each other between touches and kisses. Jongup found out that Youngjae actually used to fear dogs, but one small event helped him recover from that fear. Youngjae found out that Jongup knows a lot about CPR, and what to do in emergencies. Jongup found out how different Youngjae really is in the confinements of his bedroom, that the cute baby faced was really just a disguise.

Later,

It was 7 O’clock and Youngjae, along with Daehyun were at Jongup’s dance show. The stadium was completely packed, with many different types of people. The show was soon opened up with a singer performing one of her songs, it was someone unknown to Youngjae but Daehyun knew she was a big hit among the underground. So Youngjae had to deal with his fanboying, along with facts he didn’t want to know shouted into his ear. 
Jongup was nervous for the first time in ages, he had Youngjae watching him in the crowd. He also feared that the soreness would cause him to make mistakes, and he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of hundreds of people. Most of all though he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of Youngjae.
“Don’t worry Jongup-Hyung you will be fine you always are” Junhong assured him with a hand on the shoulder 
“I know but I can’t help but feel a little nervous...Youngjae will be in the crowd watching” Jongup said nervously
“He will be amazed and I promise you that you will kill it...I also want to meet this Youngjae you have been going goo goo over him for weeks on end” Junhong said sternly while smirking
Jongup rolls his eyes at him, before getting ready to go up onto the stage.
The show was soon kicked into full swing, as Jongup got onto the stage. The first thing Jongup’s eyes did though was search for Youngjae, and he sure did find him along with Daehyun.
Youngjae watched in amazement as Jongup threw down his best moves, he watched as his muscles flexed. The cheers echoed into the stadium hall, as Jongup and his crew did crazy moves. Those moves that if non-dancer tried, they would end up in A&E with brain damaged.
Before Youngjae knew it, the show was over and an few minutes later. A sweat torn Jongup comes running over to Youngjae, and that was Daehyun’s cue to leave. 
“You were amazing” Youngjae compliments
“Thank you I’m glad you liked it” Jongup replied with a small blush
“I wonder what your hips can do when you're  in charge” Youngjae said smirking
Jongup smile at him in question, but as soon as Youngjae murmured the dirty nothing's in his ear he knew what he meant. 
“What about Daehyun though?” Jongup asked kind of thinking he would be hurt if Youngjae just left him alone
“I’m sure he's far too busy trying to chat up one of your friends” Youngjae said looking in Daehyun's direction. 
Sure enough Daehyun was chatting up Junhong, and maybe getting a little too touchy but Jongup knew Junhong would tell him if he wasn't interested. He also knew that Daehyun was a nice guy, so he trusted him with Junhong.
“Plus Daehyun is old enough to care for himself….so Uppie are you ready to make me all yours or not?” Youngjae inquired
“More than ready” Jongup said pulling Youngjae into a kiss
“Good because I really like you Jongup” Youngjae murmurs against his lips.
Grinning Jongup grabs Youngjae’s hand, entwining their fingers he pulls him out of the building. Jongup was proud of himself, he succeeded in getting the boy he fell in love with from far away. Tonight Youngjae and Jongup will seal their relationship, the relationship that hoped straight off from strangers to lovers. It will be sealed with touches and 
Kisses, with sweet confessions from a boy who admired another from afar.

Author’s note: first one-shot up, I thought of this idea while listening to B.A.P and playing with a stray dog in Spain(I’m actually on holiday right now) 
Next one-shot I’ll be posting will be the M rated version for this one after will be the one Younglo request I got:)
