Jongin groaned loudly as Chanyeol had tackled him to the floor as soon as he got back to school. Unfortunately Sehee had to stay home a few more days at home, as her flu worsens. He wanted to stay home and look after her but his noona had pushed him out of her room and made sure Yifan-hyung drives him to school. Jongin grunted as he slowly stood up making sure his injured hand is away from Chanyeol.

“Hey, where’s your girlfriend?” Chanyeol playfully asked Jongin who just groaned loudly.

“For the thousand times, Yoda, She isn’t my girlfriend” He exclaimed as his frustration slowly sinks in. Chanyeol just laughed it off and hit his back.

“Well you treat her like one” Chanyeol said wistfully as he helped Jongin carry his books

“Because she is Yifan-hyung’s cousin” He said exasperatedly. He felt a headache surging through his veins.

“Whatever you say dude” Chanyeol shrugged off as they silently went to class. Jongin inwardly sighed in relief as Chanyeol had rest his case.

It was boring without Sehee annoying him time to time. Jongin found himself what Sehee was wondering what Sehee is up to around this time. He slowly felt the need of Sehee’s presence as the class progresses slowly. He was yawning when their history teacher starts the lecture. He was trying to keep his yawns but Jongin knew he wasn’t the only one.

If only Sehee was here maybe this wouldn’t be as boring as it should he thought as he pretended to read his book but actually he was slowly drowsing off. He was about to head to dream land when his phone was slowly vibrating under his uniform. Jongin jolted up and grabbed the offending device hoping it would stop squirming under his clothes.

He grumbled under his breath, loud enough to hear by himself.

The prettiest girl: Sehee

Jongin wanted to laugh and cringe by Sehee’s phone book name but knowing Sehee she will stragle him to death when he changes it. He may not like Sehee romantically, but he knew Sehee was the prettiest, begrudgingly, prettier than Krystal.

There were a lot of times that he has thought long and hard about Sehee’s feelings for him. He was not sure if he should be flattered or simply ignore it. There are things that Jongin knew that he couldn’t risk but there are certain things that are hard to ignore. Like Sehee can make things a lot more fun and easy. How her eyes turn into crescent when she smiles or how adorable she is when she pouts. There are times that Jongin found himself feeling proud every time Sehee would turn down a confession. There are times that he find himself smug as he put his arms around her waist. Jongin heaved a sigh.

He had awfully been doing that ever since Krystal and Sehee had been fighting over his attention. he grabbed his device and read Sehee’s message  hopefully it was something fun

He opened the message and saw a picture of Sehee and TaoTao sleeping. He felt warmth creep into his chest as he read the text attached to the picture

I figured that you might be missing Sehee since this is the first time that she isn’t with you. She’s sleeping with Tao but she was looking for you before you left.

Jongin heaved a sigh as he muttured under his breath

Why do they assume that I like her that much?

Krystal rushed to Jongin as soon as she heard that he had hurt his hand. As soon as she saw him, she felt worry wash over her. She ran and engulfs her into her arms. She felt tears b to her eyes

“Oh my god, are you ok?” she asked as she tried to keep her voice neutral. She saw the initial shock in Jongin’s eyes. She saw Baekhyun and Chanyeol gagging behind Jongin but her didnt care. She hugged Jongin with all her might as relieved wash throughout her body. Jongin held her and patted her head

“I’m fine. Just a little injury” she heard Jongin said softly

“I’m going to bake you a chocolate cake to make you feel better” she said very determined to make Jongin happy. Krystal was rewarded with the best smile that she has ever seen

“Looking forward to that then” He beamed.

Krystal felt she was in cloud nine

Sehee woke up without Jongin beside her. She sighed as she berated herself. Why else would he stay with you when he can have Krystal all by himself she thought gloomily. Sehee sighed and grabbed her phone checking if she had messages. She had a couple of messages from her friends, a couple of confessors who had expressed their worries for her absences but none from Jongin. She felt her eyes brimmed with unshed tears as she felt forgotten by the person that she loves the most. She wanted to ignore the messages from her confessors and forego reading Baekhyun’s .

Sehee felt her heart broke as she saw the picture that torn her heart into tiny bits. She stood up and locked herself into her room. She turns off the lights and shut the world out of her haven.

Junhee knocked on Sehee’s door for the nth time. She was starting to worry when Sehee was not answering. She sighed as she was left unanswered again. Junhee went down and fed Tao

“umma, where noona?” Tao said in his excited tone

Junhee smiled trying to placate her son as she fed him

“She is sleeping baby, let noona sleep ok?” she said softly. She grabbed her phone and texted her husband

Sehee isn’t answering. She had been cooped in her room

A few minutes later, she received a notification from Yifan

I’ll deal with her. It’s going to be fine,baobei :D

Junhee sighed and prayed that Yifan was right.

Jongin felt his heart slumped as soon as he received a call from his hyung. He was currently eating lunch with Krystal, Chanyeol and Baekhyun as he received the call he stood up and left, he never ran fast in his life. Chanyeol sighed and pick up Jongin’s bag and wallet.

“Looks like we will be paying a visit at the Wu-Kim household.” Baekhyun sighed as he grabbed Chanyeol’s bag and left Krystal to her won device
