When I wake up in the morning, good morning

I like it but I'm so tired of it (it's boring)

Full of patterns, routines, and the same dates

What we always doing is eating, watching movies, and going to cafe (so obvious)

Back when Hyorin was still courting her, Anna had the occasional thought that she would be one handful of a girlfriend. She would keep things interesting and it'd never be boring with her.

Being her girlfriend now, she was surprised that it was very much the opposite. 

Whenever they got to spend time together, Hyorin would suggest for them to go out for a date. Anna would agree and then they would go out to a cafe, watch a movie, then have some dinner to finish it off. The first few times Anna thought nothing of it.

It became apparent to her after a few months.

Their dates followed the same routine every single time. The only thing that changed about them was the order of what came first.

And it didn't matter if she suggested anything else, Hyorin was dead set on their routine.

"There's nothing wrong with the classics, Duchess."

"There isn't."

Anna would drop it then, she wasn't looking to pick a fight over something so trivial.

So she tried wearing different outfits for all sorts of occasions.

Semi-formal blouse and jeans.

"You're looking real pretty, Duchess."

Casual shorts and a sweater.

"Aww, that's my cute jagi~"

y form-fitting dress.

"Ooh, does that mean I'm getting lucky later?"

Even her pajamas for crying out loud!

"Yeahnie is already dressed to sleep over after? Awesome."

And it was still the usual cafe, movies, and dinner!

She just didn't understand why Hyorin insisted on the same thing for their dates.

I don't want you to surprise me (not quite that)

I just want something new (Umm... what is that?)

I didn't mean I don't like you (that's not, too)

I really wanna be with you more

I want something more than eating, movies, or cafe

Honestly, I like it now too, but

I want something different than eating, movies, or cafe

I want to do new things with you

"I just don't get it, unnie. Whenever I mention trying something different, she just gives me a confused look. It's not brain surgery!"

"I see. I'm surprised you've been putting up with it, Yeahn-ah. How long?"

"Since February."

"And you're not bored?"

"God, I am. Clingy was more fun when we weren't dating!"

"Did you want to break up with her?"

"No! That's not..." She sighed. "I'm bored, but I appreciate any time we get together. Even if they're boring dates, I'm still so happy with her."

"So what's the real problem, Yeahn-ah? I'm your big sister, but I can't read your mind."

"It just seems like she doesn't care about the relationship sometimes. Like she stopped putting in effort. I don't know."

Yeeun put her arm over her shoulder, patting her back consolingly. Anna leaned into her, laying her head on her shoulder.

"There, there. I'm sure Hyorin still cares very much. She's crazy about you."

"I know she is." Anna couldn't doubt that, even if her tomcat was being stupid. 

For example, sometimes I like watching plays more than movies

For example, instead of eating food I like drinking alcohol too

For example, I like spontaneous vacations

I want to do new things with you

"I mean, c'mon! She took your manager oppa to the zoo for a date!"

"That was only once. And that was for Showtime."

"And her and Jessi-ssi get up to cool things all the time!" She would know, she checked both their instagrams often enough.

"They're like best friends..."

"What am I then? Does being her girlfriend amount to nothing?"

"Anna."

"What is it, Dasom?"

"You're sounding jealous."

"Hmmph. I'm not. How could I be jealous that Hyorin unnie takes her manager oppa, backup dancers, and friends to cooler places than she takes me? That the only places she takes me are a cafe, movie theater, and restaurant?"

"So... jealous?"

Anna sighed with resignation, sinking onto the couch next to Dasom, comfortably laying across her lap.

"I hate feeling it. I don't get jealous."
