Byul sat at the bench staring at the sea

*even the sea looks happy* she smiled when her phone buzzed

“Yobosaeyo?” she answered in a calm voice

“Odhika?” Mingyu asked as Byul looked at the caller

“Mingyu…” she paused as she heard Mingyu panthing

“WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?! WHY CAN’T I FIND YOU?!” he shouted on the phone as Byul stayed quiet

“Odhika?” he said, his voice breaking down

“Nan…” Byul paused

“I have to talk to you, I have to tell you so much but I can’t find you” Mingyu said as Byul sighed

“Mianhae oppa, there’s nothing I want to say to you” Byul said hanging up and turning off the phone.

Byul looked at the sea as tears rolled down her cheek

“Why won’t you leave me Mingyu? I told you we’ll be happier that way…when I am ready to let you go when aren’t you leaving oh?” she cried when it started to rain lightly

Byul sat there alone, crying as she thought of Mingyu

“I’m just letting you go because it hurts so much…” she muttered.

Byul sat there crying as the rain fell on her when someone came and stood in front of her

Byul slowly looked up and stared at him…

“Byul” Mingyu called as Byul looked at him

“O-Oppa” she muttered when Mingyu pulled her into a tight hug
“Mianhae…I have to tell you so much…I have to make everything right” Mingyu said as Byul stood still not knowing what to do

“Saranghae Byul” Mingyu said as Byul pulled away

“How many times do I have to tell you to leave me?” she said looking down as Mingyu held her shoulders

“You don’t mean that do you Byul? I’ve solved everything…I never dated Yeri, that was just a scandal…you know about that” Mingyu said

“Nothings solved Gyu-ah, what were meant to be broken has already been broken…I don’t want you anymore…” Byul said, her tears flowing

“Im tae Byul” Mingyu called as Byul clenched her fist

“Leave me alone” she said as Mingyu made her face him

“Tell me you are lying…Byul, we can’t end like this” Mingyu said as the rain hit them

“You’ll catch a cold…go” Byul said smiling a bit as Mingyu looked at her

“Tell me you are lying, tell me you still love me” Mingyu said as Byul shook her head

“It hurts too much if I hold on to you…just once I want to be loved right. I want to be happy, I want to be happy just once” she said pulling Mingyu’s hand away from hers

“Mianhae, I don’t want to love anymore” she said walking away

“Why do you always walk away?!” Mingyu shouted as Byul stopped and stood there with her back turned.

“WHY DO YOU ALWAYS WALK AWAY WHEN I BEG YOU TO STAY?!” Mingyu shouted as Byul sighed

“Don’t I deserve a chance too?” Mingyu asked as Byul looked at him

“I just don’t know if we are worth fighting anymore” she said

“We can do this together” Mingyu said

“Be happy” she said turning back and smiled at him, one last time.

Byul walked away, her tears flowing.

Maybe I will watch you on television one day and regret what I did today. But I am afraid Gyu-ah, for the same thing to happen again…

I am afraid to get my heart broken again…

I am afraid to fall in love now…

Maybe ours was a story better untold…
