Luhan is tired, but Minseok is there for him.

"You feeling okay?"

A nod.

"Are you sure?"

Another nod.

"Are you telling the truth?"

A pause. This time a shake of the head.

Minseok let out a sigh through his nose, smiling a bit at the tired looking man in front of him. He rubbed the blonde's back gently as he leaned his body forward, letting their shoulders touch.

"Do you think you'll make it to the van?"

"Dunno." Luhan replied curtly. Minseok knew the other male didn't mean to sound brusque and irritated, so he brushed off the terse response and continued to rub his friend's back assuringly.

"Well, just try to hold out till we can relax." Minseok said as they walked forward. Their manager had signaled the members to follow him, and the brunette linked one arm around the skinnier man's as he led them down the airport hall. The screams from the excited fans were loud, and it was as claustrophobic as it always was. Minseok silently thanked their luck though when they gave them just a tiny bit more space than usual. The screams were probably already giving Luhan a headache of the year, and he wasn't sure how the tired blonde would have fare with strangers lingering not even centimeters away from his personal space.

Minseok moved his other hand to curl warm fingers around Luhan's bicep, turning his body to face his friend.

"You'll make it. You have me to protect you this time after all." The brunette said with a smile, watching the other man intently for his reaction.

Luhan cracked a smile, the edges of his lips lifting up despite his hollow and tired expression. It was a small smile, barely visible, and it made his chapped lips even more apparent, but it was there, and it made Minseok smile more. He leaned in closer unable to take his eyes off the other.

"Just get better soon so you can go back to protecting me instead, okay?"

A nod.

Minseok was satisfied.
