“Hyung stop!”

Namjoon held on Yoongi’s bad, refusing to let go.

“Let go.”

Yoongi said with his deadpanned face.

Namjoon shook his head.

“I said let go!”

Yoongi yelled and snatched the bag away.

At that moment,  Seok jin stomped in and slammed the door shut behind them.

“What was the meaning of that just now?”

Seok Jin asked, poking at Yoongi’s shoulder.

Namjoon had never seen Seok Jin looking that frustrated before.

So did Yoongi.

Yoongi breathed in deeply, refusing to talk.

“What was it about?!”

Seok jin raised his voice.

Yoongi was burning inside.

Both angry and sad at the same time.

Seok Jin had never raised his voice at him before, and at that moment, all because of J-hope, he yelled at him?

What?

Yoongi refused to accept the fact.

He looked at Seok Jin in the eyes.

“Hyung, you better stay out of this. It is ...”

“None of my business?”

Seokjin looked hurt, by the comment that he had said himself.

Yoongi remained silent and averted his gaze.

He did not deny what Seokjin had said as it was what he really wanted to say and at the same time, he was angry at himself.

He could not say anything. He did not want Seokjin know that J-hope liked him too.

All the things did not go along with his plan. 

He pursed his lips, refused to talk what he had on his mind.

He was frustrated too and angry at himself at the same time.

For the pain that flashed across Seokjin’s face.

“Hyung, I’m sorry.”

Jimin apologised with his head bowed.

“Nah, it’s okay.”

J-hope replied as he had the ice bag by his cheek.

“Yoongi hyung will know it eventually…”

“Why?”

The other three were confused.

They were supposed to support Yoongi all the way, and why would J-hope even wanted to reveal what he had done to Seokjin?

Not to mention why J-hope even did that.

“I’ve decided to leave the Project Jin group.”

J-hope was quite sure that all of them would be in shock, but to his surprise, they remained silent.

“Why? Aren’t you guys angry over my actions?”

“No.. no hyung.”

Taehyung managed to squeeze the words out from his lips.

“We can actually foresee you leaving the group.”

It seemed like J-hope was even more confused.

What was the situation?

“We knew you looked at Jin hyung differently.”

Jimin revealed that he knew it from the start. He mentioned that he knew J-hope kept helping Seok jin at the back, without Seokjin knowing it.

“But, Yoongi hyung liked Seokjin hyung for a long time….”

Jimin continued.

“And that was why we support him, despite us knowing your feelings towards Seokjin.”

“We're in agony too.”

Jungkook added.

“But we couldn’t leave the two on lurch. It's clearly that Seokjin Hyung likes Yoongi too!”

“Hey!”

Both Taehyung and Jimin could not believed that the youngest still dared to pour salt on J-hope’s wound.

J-hoped chuckled.

He was glad that they knew and still supported Yoongi and Seokjin.

Yes, he knew that Seok jin was better off with Yoongi.

They looked compatible together and cared for each other the most.

“You guys are right.”

J-hope said.

“Seokjin does like Yoongi…. But he doesn’t realize it himself.”

J-hope could not help but to smile sadly.

In the end, he was not the one that Seokjin chose.

In the end, he was not the main lead of Seok Jin’s life.

“It’s okay hyung!”

Taehyung pat on j-hope’s shoulder.

“You still have us.”

“Yeah, yeah!”

The other two cheered along.

Right.

Right.

J-hope looked at them and smiled.

Right.

…. If you guys could tell, J-hope wasn’t originally in my plan for this plot….

And I, myself,  feel bad for j-hope.

He’s the actual ball of sunshine and yet I have deduced him to such state.

Tbh I don’t know how much angst I could add in to this fic.

(probably as much as my love for yoonjin)
