“We need to talk.”
Yoongi said as he reached out his hands and grabbed Seokjin by the arm.

“Hyung… I..”

“No.”

Seokjin flinched but to no avail.

“I…”

“Hyung, I love you.”

Yoongi finaly confessed and pulled Seokjin to his embrace.

“Hyung, please…”

Seokjin was startled by the sudden confession.

He thought he had heard wrongly and never knew that he would be able to hear those words from Yoongi.

No, I must be dreaming.

Seokjin thought and tried to push Yoongi away.

But Yoongi held him tight.

Please, hold me tight.

Yoongi prayed.

“Seokjin hyung…”

Yoongi held Seokjin tighter, hoping Seokjin would stop pushing him away.

No… the balance he had kept for so long.

Seokjin thought.

He is gonna hurt Hoseok, he is gonna hurt Yoongi too.

He did not know what to do.

“Please….”

Yoongi said desperately.

“I want you to want me too.”

Seokjin was torn apart inside.

He had never felt so hopeless.

From afar, J-hope saw the whole scene and heard what Yoongi had said.

But he had no idea why Seokjin was struggling to leave.

He did not understand it.

“Hyung.”

J-hope called out.

Both Yoongi and Seokjin were startled by J-hope’s sudden appearance.

Seokjin tried to push Yoongi away but Yoongi held him tighter.

“I confessed to Jin hyung.”

Yoongi said as he looked at J-hope.

“No, stop.”

Seokjin muttered as he kept pushing Yoongi away.

He did not want Hoseok to get hurt over this and he did not want to lose the balance among the 3 of them.

Seokjin could not bear to lose any one of them.

“Please… “

Seokjin cried while burying his face on the shoulders of Yoongi.

“Yeah, I’ve heard it all.”

J-hope said calmly, and somewhat cheerful.

“I’m happy for you guys.”

J-hope was in all smiles.

J-hope wanted Seokjin and Yoongi to be together. Those three years was a torment for the three of them. Seokjin and Yoongi were meant to be together.

Yoongi and Seokjin could not believe what they heard.

Yoongi had already himself mentally prepared from receiving a punch or having a brawl from J-hope. Seokjin had mentally prepared himself from seeing a tearful J-hope, beging Yoongi to stop.

But none of that happened.

Seokjin pushed Yoongi away gently, to look at J-hope.

“You…..you are fine with it?”

“Yeah! Why not?”

J-hope laughed.

“Ever since 3 years ago you rejected me, okay I rephrase,”

J-hope cleared his throat.

“Somewhat rejected me, I had already hope that you guys could be an item.”

Yoongi smiled.

Why didn’t he know that?

“Oh man, you guys were such a tease, leaving all of us hanging by the cliff.”

J-hope continued and slapped Yoongi by the back.

“We even place a bet on when you're gonna confess. I’ve bet that you’re gonna confess when both of you were in your forties. Hahahahahahaha”

“Really?”

Yoongi laughed along too.

“Then did you place a bet on when your head will roll off from your neck? You punk.”

J-hope laughed dryly as he retreated to Seokjin’s back.

“Haha, nope. That wasn’t included in our bet.”

Seokjin just laughed along.

Yoongi, grabbed Seokjin by he arm and gave Seokjin a peck on the cheek.

“Can I have an answer now?”

Seokjin smiled as he return the peck, but on Yoongi’s lips.

“Of course. I don’t think I can continue on without you.”

Seokjin was almost in tears when he said that.

He had wanted to say those words to Yoongi ages ago, but he was afraid of hurting everyone.

“Sorry, I pretended not knowing your feelings throughout the years. I’m sorry…”

He had hurt Kidoh before when they were in high school and he did not want it to happen again. He did not want anyone to experience the pain that him and Kidoh had went through back then, although him and Kidoh were fine now.

“ I was afraid….”

“It's fine now, don't worry. Thank you, ”

Yoongi pulled Seokjin into his embrace.

“Thank you for wanting me too.”
