A Letter!
I Love You."Do you want me to you?" Bom asked Chaerin, concern in her voice.
"It's fine, Bom." Chaerin said.
"Are you sure?!?!" Bom was freaking out by this point. "What if someone kidnaps you or something? You get on my nerves but I won't be able to cope if you are kidnapped."
Chaerin laughed. "Stop being delusional. I'm fine."
"I'll watch you walk up." Bom said.
"Go away. Stop ruining my fun." Chaerin smiled.
"Nope. Go." Bom said, leaning back against the car seat.
"Bom. Seriously. I can handle this. The restaurant isn't that far." Chaerin said, getting irritated.
Bom narrowed her eyes. She really wanted to watch Chaerin go to make sure she was safe but she understood Chaerin wanting her to go away. "Fine . . . Don't get hurt."
"I won't. You worry too much!" Chaerin giggled.
She watched as her friend backed away and drove into the night. She turned around and heaved out a sigh.
It was a chilly night in Seoul. The streetlights lit up the dark streets causing an illumination. The lingering light was obliterated by the raidly falling night. The once salmon and purple sky transformed into a vast expanse of jet-black that engulfed the city. A canopy of luminous stars materialized amongst the ocean of blackness. Some were dull, merely flickering into existence every now and then, but there was an adequate amount of shimmering stars to illuminate the dark, moonless night. The lake glistened, mirroring the dazzling assemblage of glittering stars and the luminescence from the restaurants and designer boutiques that lined the marina. The faint wind brushed against the water's surface, the ripples ruffled the stillness of the surface, and shattered the reflection of the harbour.
