Yes, her omma do care abt her, but since her omma n her appa got divorced, her omma remarried with a wealth man and lived with his family.. So Victoria was more prefer stay with her appa and sometimes she would visit her omma at her stepfather's house..
One day, when her appa was on duty and was not at home, someone came to her house and said, "I've been sent to take care of you, miss. From now on, I'm your robot bodyguard. My name is NM3. I'm going to stay here to take care of you"
