His heartbeat that had started to quieten down pounded up again – but for a very different reason, the blood rioting fiery through to the tips of his ears, before roaring its way downwards, burning up all the sensitive parts of him –

‘..Se..hun…?’

Tao’s voice was a caress..and helplessly, he stepped forward..a pace.. fighting to hang onto the part of him that primally cried out in warning and alarm, his most primitive instinct that screamed for survival – and his reason, his evolved intellectualism that yelled he wasn’t…. even… human …–

 ‘T..ao… sh.it.. Tao, you can’t – you can’t eat me – …. – ‘

But it was useless. Like helpless prey hypnotised by a swaying, dancing snake, Sehun couldn’t hear the words he was speaking to himself, as much as to the spectre…. …. only stepping closer to those gleaming red eyes that had grown to fill the whole earth.. that tail that had started sinuously undulating again…

Even as he fought to work his mouth to speak the words he knew he must reason out, all he could see was Tao gaping at him, his tail wriggling in incomprehensible shapes..one fang at the corner of his mouth gleaming white against the blood red of his tongue, like the delicate edge of a knife, slicing cleanly through Sehun’s throat, so he couldn’t even breathe.. his voice choking out as his mouth went sandpapery dry, his nerves crackling in desire

‘Tao…Tao you.. you don’t want me to …die, right?? I.. if you try to – if you eat me, I’d be dead, right? You can’t… ‘

‘……oh!’ Tao gasped.. before - ‘Bu….No….!’  -

For a moment, he froze, as he worked out what Sehun was saying… picking through his shaky, breaking voice… before his eyes rounded wide and his ears pricked themselves up in dawning horror. Suddenly… all at once, like he’d felt about the angles of his desire, and realised what he’d done.. that he had been…!! He hadn’t been driven by the need to do Sehun!! No, all he’d really only thought of.. was filling it in his mouth, this essence of Sehun’s; of feeling it bloat his cheeks, lave over his tongue to gush and splurt down his throat… He had wanted to…eat him…to rip into his flesh with his claws, and sink his teeth into that gorgeously.. -  indescribably – just- deliciousness …. The thrumming of that blood vibrating through his body, spiced so fine with skin and Soul all he could think of was to bite in, his entire being – his mind, his thoughts, his every instinct entirely consumed with desire – and that taste of Sehun’s, that smell still in his nostrils, the damp coating his tongue, it was so far beyond anything he’d –

Abruptly having been pulled to his senses, Tao’s tail froze in horror, his mouth clamping shut like he was frightened of his own urges…

His face crumpling, his long sooty lashes immediately grew sodden …

Biting that sharply curved lip into his teeth – his fangs – that glistened white under those red big watery eyes…

‘..look – no, Tao!’ Sehun stepped forward again, shaking his head. ‘Look, I’m not mad, kay, it’s okay – it’s okay..’

Like a little lost kitten, lonely and abandoned, floating in the clouds of white blankets…. His skin gleaming tan and brown against them, his gorgeous muscles - strong and rippling moulded, somehow looking so abandoned and small…. Soft…. And….Vulnerable

So defenceless, Sehun’s voice automatically fell low as he reached the bed.. deep and soothing as he closed in on the warm, pine-coney fragrant demon on the bed, who was suddenly looking so .. tiny – the huge powerful strong demon turned into a little woebegone puppy who’d been scolded, his tail drooping down, his head lowered as he pressed the balls of his palm to his eyes, his bare shoulders shaking in sobs under the clothes that wilted off him –

So fragile, sweet and ….

Like…

Just looking at him had a lump filling Sehun’s throat

‘It’s okay…

Look…no..no biting, all right? That’s all..

It’s fine… Tao..’

Slowly – he didn’t even know why he was doing it – he didn’t even know what he was doing, moving like he was on coasters, his body like a puppet being jerked about by his this strange.. thing welling up inside him…  he couldn’t think of anything to dissuade himself with - he couldn’t even think of thinking of an argument, just –

Wanting.

Slowly, he pushed his fingers over his bare stomach, goosebumps breaking out at the chill of his own skin.. Ignoring the shiver that trembled down his spine, he ran his fingertips up the rain track of blood, scooping up the warm red fluid…

Before he stretched his hand out..

To Tao…

Whispering his name again…

Wordlessly, the demon looked up – the tears sparkling over his lashes catching the light to shimmer, perfectly framing his gorgeously swimming eyes… his cheeks and nose so adorably apple red.…

Blinking so cutely as he tried to focus on him, Sehun felt his chest clench..

Till he saw what Sehun was offering him.

Gasping, Tao froze - his red glowing eyes flashing up tensely to Sehun’s.. to …make sure… ….. and grinning at his sudden nervousness, Sehun nodded, pushing his hand closer

Swollen red beads, dripping luscious over his fingertips…

Almost grazing those wet, gleaming lips….

Gasping again – but like he was in actual physical pain, Tao reached two trembling hands out, upwards…

Seized Sehun’s blood-covered one….

and pulled his fingers into his mouth.

‘aahhmmmnnnhhnnnn…..’

Sehun moaned as Tao pulled him in even closer, into the hot depths of his mouth – at the blood, slurping at the metallic tanginess like he couldn’t get enough, like it was the most delicious thing he had ever tasted… plucking his fingers out with a wet pop, to along his palm where the blood had dripped down, all the way along the border of his hand to his wrist – then up along the centre; the rough, bumpy surface of Tao’s tongue flaring through his almost agonizingly high-strung nerves, all the way up his arm to the pit of his stomach.. and lower, deeper… driving the air from his lungs as the deemon moved back to ling his fingers – his lips puckered into a tight wet channel leading to the open cavern of his buccal cavity inside, bound by  the strong muscular workings of his cheeks, his tongue…. In an parody, drawing him even deeper each time…..

, Sehun leant over, placing his lips a hair’s breadth away from Tao’s, which were slobbering over his hand – and without missing a beat, the demon reached for them, his breath hot against his skin for a split indescribably-delicious second …. before his lips crashed down on his.

Hot..frantic… Hard and Sharp and Wet…

Soft and deep, his tongue still tasting faintly of the sour tin of Sehun’s blood…

Sehun felt like he was drowning in the heat from Tao’s body – it was like he had a fever, impossibly hot, his skin actually glowing like it was lit from underneath with a flashlight.. he was burning up, yet somehow it felt so ing good as it conducted into his flesh, tingling and toe-curlingly y, stoking the pounding need right in his depths, till he felt like he was boiling up, throbbing in the pit of his stomach and down the insides of his thighs...Recklessly, he pushed his hands into Tao’s hair; slipping his fingers on either side of his ears and hooking them about them as he tugged his head up to reach his tongue into his mouth - shivering as he felt the vibrations of Tao’s answering groans working down his body. Almost woozy with the pleasure, Sehun his tongue deeper into his mouth, for a moment working gingerly over his fangs – till Tao groaned even harder into his throat, and his tail –  – inched its way about Sehun’s bare waist… over his hip bones, then pushing down… lower.. winding around… his…..  - !! -   before sliding backwards, between his cheeks – at which point  he didn’t even care anymore, just  shoving the entire length of his tongue into Tao’s mouth, coiling over his, rubbing and pressing, his lips clinging to his, ruthlessly, frantically pushing the demon down –

Pushing his knee onto the bed to climb up too, as he shoved the demon onto the bed..

The air so thin he could barely breathe, his fingers clutching into Tao’s flesh, feeling his nails dig into his skin in response – his nails biting in sharply, the points pricking in deeper, but  he didn’t care – more  - , more!!!! -  

Breaking off, Sehun looked down at the demon he was straddling – the dark, tan skin; the usual bronze glowing red like his entire body was smouldering… his dark hair ink black and messy over the pillow, his eyes.. not even glowing anymore, they were flaring, blazing, burning so fiery -  his tail under Sehun working over his … his long, sharp nails loosening as his hands moved over Sehun’s sides to over his stomach…

Almost angrily, Sehun shoved his hands away and, grabbing his shirt, he yanked it upwards – half-ripping it in the process as he pulled it impatiently off.

Groaning in protest, Sehun pushed his hands blindly out… screwing his eyes even tighter, he grabbed onto Tao’s arm and pulled it close, holding it against his eyelids to shield himself from the light that was threatening to prick its way in…

‘Sehun!!! No sleeping!!! C’mon, gettup!!!’

‘Fine! I’ll just go downstairs and get my own breakfast. Ha!

‘Oyyyy!!!!!!!!! Don’t even – ‘ Stopping short, Sehun pursed his lips into a pout as he caught sight of Tao’s toothy smug smile – before he caught sight of something even worse. A series of angry purple-red marks covered Tao’s bare torso, splotches of broken skin.. a prickly rash over his chest where he had bitten him too, even a couple of telltale scratches as if he had gone the same ravenous primitive way as the demon, mauling him in passionate hunger…   

Which…. according to his memories of last night, despite his best efforts at trying to repress them, he had.

Blushing, wishing the floor would just open up and swallow the whole bed with him on it, Sehun quickly smacked about, yanking the covers up over his head and burying his face in the pillow.

I – I ….attacked…him, giving him my..blood (!!!!!!!)… and…. Pushed him down, and –

Took his shirt off…

And touched him… and kissed him and –

 thank god we fell asleep before we …went all the way!!!!!

‘Sehun!!!! No sleeping!! I want foodd~~~’

‘Can I go down and get some myself?’

‘………………. ………………… ………fine alright, alright! I’m coming!’ Shoving the covers off, Sehun sat up –blushing and steadfastly keeping his eyes lowered, somehow steeling himself not to hide in the middle of the bed again; getting up.. slowly… looking anywhere but at the stupid dumb idiot as he picked his way to pull on a jacket in lieu of a shirt, and traipsed towards the door – still totally pretending he was existing in a complete vacuum, with no supernatural kitten anywhere within a 500-mile radius..

Of course..that didn’t work for very long.

Sehun hadn’t taken even two steps before a coaxing cry sounded behind him.

‘Se…hun….??’

‘….c’mon.’ Stopped short by his little puppy’s whine, he held his hand out – blushing so hard he felt his cheeks would burst into flames, internally screaming at the injustice of this big ing hot piece of  hunk acting like the most adorable sweet lost cuddly baby animal – and trying his best not to squeal as the warm, now way too familiar, weight latched onto his arm, linking its arm through his, and happily bouncing along beside him down the stairs, singing, ‘Do you like pancakes? Yes, I Like Pancake. Do you like waffles –‘

‘Yes I like wa-ffles’ Sehun sang in reply, winning himself a pleased grin. ‘I’m guessing that means you want pancakes and waffles for breakfast~’

‘And bacon!!! Sehun, bacon is so yummy, it’s so tasty – ‘

‘Yeah yeah, the ‘mostest scrumptious’, right~ sure, and I’ll make you some scrambled eggs too-’
