A round of formal and polite shaking of hands later, the apartment was officially Mr Kang's, who was still sniffling slightly at the story that the two males had weaved as it reminded him of his first love and the regrets that came with it. Closing the door after the old client had to leave for a meeting, Junhyung turned to give a little thank you speech to Yoseob, for being a delightful help for the past two weeks and sacrificing his money-making time.       He spotted the smaller male at a corner of the apartment, speaking quietly into the phone. However, as the apartment wasn't massive and the fact that it was so closed in, his voice could be heard pretty clearly. Junhyung gave a pained sigh as he took a seat on the piano's stool once again, closing his eyes as he listened to Yoseob conversing with his boyfriend.       The taller male wasn't a daft man and he had his fair share of dating and courtship experiences. He knew that the story both he and the smaller male had made was an unspoken reality of the relationship between them. He would be a complete idiot if he had not seen the way Yoseob would look at him, or the way Yoseob had cushioned on him during the restaurant's blackout, or the way Yoseob's cheeks will be coloured pink whenever their skins accidentally brushed against one another.       Yet, he wasn't going to allow this mutual attraction they had for one another to be brought out in the open. He wasn't going to confirm that he was falling so deeply for this beautiful male and that every second, it took plenty of strength to remind his wavering self that Yoseob was someone else's boyfriend. And he was not going to cruelly allow Yoseob to make a decision between him and Daniel. He didn't want to announce his feelings and leave the smaller male in a dilemma. He would accept Yoseob's choice no matter what, but he couldn't bear if the smaller male felt upsettingly guilty for leaving Daniel or rejecting Junhyung. Therefore, he decided. That if Yoseob really were to leave Daniel, he had to come to the decision himself. That's when Junhyung would begin the whole courtship process.        But it's such a terrible feeling.        The taller male could only give a sad smile as Yoseob continued assuring Daniel that he was the only one in his heart and that there was no way that he would cheat on his boyfriend for Junhyung.        Alcohol.        He wants it.        He can already picture Doojoon and Hyunseung lecturing him and telling him that alcohol would not solve any of his problem. However, he felt like he really needed it right now. He wanted the liquid to burn his throat as it glides down and to warm his body from this icy coldness that was infesting on his insides. Closing the lid of the piano and placing the covers back in place, he was about to gesture to Yoseob that he was going to leave first. The couple's phone conversation was getting too much for him to bear.        Then, he heard it.       "So I'll be home late tonight alright? You've given me your word, you wouldn't get mad.       Alright, I will. Bye."       Then, he saw the smaller male breaking into a run towards him and stopping himself by digging his heels to the concrete floor when he was right in front of him. "Where do you think you are going, you ungrateful man? I'm expecting a thank you dinner!"       Junhyung gave a confused blink at the smaller male who was grinning so happily, taking a step back as he frowned at the excited male. "Your boyfriend is picking you up, isn't he? He does it all the time anyway..." He didn't mean to sound so bitter, to sound so resentful but he couldn't help it. He was a heartbroken man who just wants his soju and not have the beautiful male beaming so radiantly in front of him, reminding him of what he was losing.        Yoseob either ignored the grumpy male or he was oblivious as he took a step forward to close up their distance again. "Didn't you hear me saying the most sappy and hair raising things to convince Daniel that he is not going to lose his boyfriend? I want to have dinner with you and trust me, that's how much it takes to convince him. I had to make sure he gave the green light as I don't want to spend the next two weeks watching you sell miserable apartments again."       "I'm sorry to have put you through this", Junhyung mumbled as he opened the apartment's door and walked right out through it, heading to the stairs to the ground level, to get some sunlight. Yoseob hurriedly locked the door and ran after the taller male whose legs were longer and thus, was already a distance away. Junhyung huffed at the sky as he stepped out of the building. Dark clouds loomed above, not even willing to help him feel a little better with sunlight.        "Junhyung! I don't mean it that way. I had fun with you for these two weeks and I don't mind going through it again. What I meant was I didn't want Daniel to unreasonably load you with difficult tasks again!" Yoseob struggled to explain himself as he tried to keep up with the taller male at his side.       The taller male didn't even really know why he was feeling so angry or emotional but he ignored the smaller male and continued walking in a brisk speed towards his car, unlocking it with a click of a button. He opened the driver's door, slid right into the seat and was about to close it but the door couldn't close fully. Instead, he heard a loud yell and his eyes widened when he swung the door fully open, hopping out of the car to see Yoseob wedging his right hand between his thighs and hopping around, tearing up involuntarily from the pain at getting his fingers caught in the door.       Junhyung swiftly held the smaller male's hand, inspecting it closely and to check for the extent of the damage. His heart ached when he saw that the three central fingers were glowing red and when he tried to stretch them to his full length, the smaller male gave a loud cry and whacked him with his other injured hand in a wordless bid to get Junhyung to not do that as it probably hurt badly.        The taller male sighed and started blowing lightly on the fingers, murmuring a soft string of apologies as his hands gently the poor fingers. He shouldn't have gotten so emotional and vent his frustration on the smaller male. Deep down, he should've known that Yoseob really enjoyed his company too for the past two weeks. Yet, he chose to allow his jealousy and bitterness to overcome him and thus, indirectly causing the smaller male to be injured.        Just as he continued blowing on the fingers, he felt a flick on his forehead and he looked up, only to see Yoseob pouting heavily at him, glaring hard at him. "See what you've done? I asked for a dinner treat and you gave me three broken fingers instead!"        Junhyung couldn't suppress his laughter as he pulled the smaller male into his arms. Yoseob had looked absolutely endearing and adorable even when he was mad at him. Whatever it was, the taller male was just glad that the smaller male was still willing to talk to him. "I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me. I'll treat you to a really good dinner to make up for this alright?"       Yoseob tried to escape from the taller male's embrace but was unable to. Thus, he could only squirm in the warm hug and thump his forehead against Junhyung's chest repeatedly, "of course you should! And you have to serve me throughout as my fingers are broke."        "Gladly", the taller male whispered as he lifted Yoseob off his feet without any warning and strode to the passenger's side of the car, opening the door and gently placing him on the seat. After helping him with the seatbelt, he closed the door and jogged over to his side. When he was settled in the car and as he drove away, he turned to Yoseob and gave a light chuckle when he saw that the smaller male was blushing so hard that the tip of his ears were red too. "And don't be such a drama queen. Your fingers aren't broken, just a little hurt." He gave a shout of laughter as he felt a light punch on his arm, smiling to himself as he listened to the grumblings of Yoseob.        Driving alone, both males starting chatting casually and Junhyung gathered his courage and decided to bring in a topic which he had dreaded but was extremely curious to know more about, "how did you and Daniel got together?"       From the side of his eye, he saw that Yoseob fidgeted uncomfortably on his seat before frowning in thoughtfulness and replying, "Well, he has always been a friend of mine since we met in Middle school.
