3 months later

“I’m seriously going to kill you when I give birth Tuan! You seriously have to go back now??? I’m expected to give birth this week!!” Rosie yelled over the phone to Mark while he and Jackson we’re on the airport on their way back to the tour.

“Mian, Yeobo. Jinjja.. I made a mistake to take more flights back a few months ago. I wish I stayed sooner to stay by your side. And we’re scheduled for a concert in California this week too.” Mark profusely apologized while they waited for their flight to board.

“Fighting, Rosie-yah!!” Jackson said cutely over the phone.

“Oh I will fight you both when I see you again!!!” Rosie said upset. The boys chuckled apologetically at her.

On the other side of the airport just as the two were about to board. Jackson and Mia crossed paths without noticing as Mia’s flight landed.

After hearing the news that Mark is going to be at the tour, she immediately took a flight back to Seoul to accompany her best friend. She took a one week leave as she plans to stay with Rosie as she gives birth.

It’s been awhile since Mia’s visit to Seoul. Everything seems to change. Luckily, she thought, that the boys weren’t here to see her or stumbleupon her. It’s been hard for her after the break up and she doesn’t have plans to see Jackson just yet.

Mia arrived later with a big smile plastered on her face with a big paper bag in hand when Rosie opened the door.

Rosie growled at her and went back in.

“And what’s with that growl, missy???? You are about to become a mom. Frowning affects the baby’s growth in the future!” Mia said as she followed her in with her luggage.

“Ughh, I’m sorry. It’s just I’m so pissed that Mark is scheduled for a concert in LA the exact time I’m expected to give birth.” Rosie said as she struggled to sit down on the sofa with her large and heavy pregnant belly.

“That’s why I’m here! You can let it all out on me!” Mia encouraged her.

“See!!” Mia said as she followed Rosie by the sofa, and showed her the paper bag she was holding.

“I got you these squishy toys to mash later on while you push. You can imagine it’s Mark. It will be fun!” Mia said in her positive attitude.

“It will be more fun if it was Mark I was choking. Breaking his bones and wishing he never dated me.” Rosie growled again as she runmage through the paper bag again. Mia laughed and watched her friend got a snicker box inside and helped herself with one bar.

“I missed you.” Mia said as her laughter died down. Rosie smiled.

“I’m sorry..” She said with full of chocolate. “I miss you too.” She then said her late greetings.

“So, how have you been??” Rosie queried as she continued to look around the paper bag for more goodies Mia brought her.

“I’ve been good. I’ve been working with Vogue a lot and Vanity fair.” Mia disclosed as she helped herself with a chocolate bar too.

“That’s great! I bought all the copies you said you worked in by the way!” Rosie said as she pointed over to the stacks of magazine piled neatly on the shelves.

“Jinjja???” Mia said as she looked over the shelves. “Wow, it’s been that much already?” Mia said as she scanned over the piles of magazines.

Her eyes went through the family photo’s that were displayed everywhere. There were a lot that was new. She saw a photo of the boys at a Universal Studio in Singapore.

“That was just a month ago while they were on a break before their Singapore concert.” Rosie explained as she ate a toblerone.

Mia smiled as she stared at Jackson posing funny in the photo.

“We visited the universal studios for the first time at Cali and when I saw the candyshop I immediately went in to get you a toblerone. I was just really planning to get you an average large size one. But I’ll never get that reaction you had earlier won’t I?” He said as he leaned in the counter watching her smile at the photograph.

“You still will!” Mia insisted. 

“But it will never be the same. Then I saw this toblerone area! There were loads of it!! You should’ve seen it! Have you ever been there?” Mia shooked her head at the question.

“I’ll bring you there soon. It was just full of toblerone I was overwhelmed!! Then I saw this huge toblerone and I had the same reaction you had awhile ago. I didn’t think twice and I just bought it!” He narrated his story with full emotions and gestures. Mia was giggling beside him.

She recalled the time Jackson brought her a big toblerone and promised to bring her there someday.

“Pabo. I bet you went in the candyshop again and bought lots of chocolates, huh?” Mia thought to herself as she stared at the photo.

She placed it back on to the shelves and sat back down with Rosie who was now full with wrappers. She chuckled seeing Rosie so adorable and all messed up and covered with chocolates.

“What?? I give the baby what it wants. The baby wants chocolates, I give chocolates. It’s the number 1 rule!” Rosie reasoned with full.

“Yeah, but it doesn’t say to eat all at once! Slow down. Have you eaten anything today??” Mia chuckled.

“I haven’t cooked yet.” Rosie sneered.

“Don’t sweat it. I’ll cook food for us. What does the baby want?” Mia said as she stood up and headed to the kitchen.

“I want some fish but the baby hates fish. So, let’s go with some beef steak instead.”

Mia chuckled at her as she started to prepare the ingredients.

“So how are you?” Rosie said as she sat comfortably by the sofa.

“Haven’t you asked that already?” Mia said as she got some ingredients off the fridge.

“You know what I meant, Mi.”

She rendered silent. She breathe in a sigh.

“I miss him.. He said I shouldn’t be sad for too long and I’m keeping my word on that. And I’m okay now. I have my dream job that I love so much.” Mia assured her as she started to chop off onions.

“Hasn’t anyone.. try..” Rosie hinted.

“I didn’t let anyone.”

“Mi, you should try dating while you’re there too.” Rosie adviced. Mia smiled at her.

“I’ll work on that courage on my own, while you work on getting that baby out healthy, alright?” She pointed on her belly.

“Yes—“ Rosie said as she startled herself.

She felt herself leak through the sofa.

“M-mi..” Rosie called out quietly at first.

Mia continued to busy herself from chopping. “Yeah?”

“I think I’m having the baby.” Rosie blurted. Mia’s eyes grew as she turned to her friend who was now panicking.

“Mia???” Rosie called out for help.

Mia immediately went to assist her as she stood up with her gray jersey dress now soaked.

“Oh my god. You’re having the baby.” Mia said as soon as realization finally came on to her.

“Quick, tell me everything you need. Have you packed beforehand??”

“Mark packed for me before he left. It’s in the room inside the closet. It’s a big blue gym bag.” Rosie instructed as Mia ran off to do her errand.

“And can you get me a new pair sweatpants?? I can’t go out looking like this.” Rosie yelled as she stayed compose with her breathing.

“O-okay okay.” Mia said with panic in her tone. She hurriedly got a new pair of sweatpants and threw it over to Rosie to catch. She runmage through the closet to search for the gym bag.

“Found it!!” Mia said as she hurriedly went out and got her bag and jacket.

“Let’s go!!!” Mia yelled as she head straight to the door closing it behind her.
