Trying not to cry again, huh?

You think you can do it?

No you can’t.

There you go, tears.

Look at you, look at what you’ve done to yourself

You’ve been so hurt.

You’ve had that hole in your heart for years

But you kept ignoring it

You told yourself you’d be able to get over it

But why can’t you?

Why can’t you?

Are you afraid?

Are you scared?

You’re shaking

You want to scream, yes you do, don’t deny it

But what?

What?

You can’t? Because what?

Because people might hear you.

Ah, why are you like that?

Please, let me out.

I’m the sadness in your heart.

I’m that hole you so ever want to destroy.

But you can’t.

Why?

Because I grew huge

You didn’t notice it? Did you?

Well, of course you didn’t.

You pretended too much.

You kept it all in.

You should’ve seen the look on your face

When you tried not to cry

When you kept it all inside

You tried not to cry so many times

You want me to count?

It’d be impossible

But you know

Someone’s hurting

Your best friend’s hurting

He could see you crying right now

Why are you keeping secrets from Him?

He wants to know, wait, He already knows

He’s hurt, seeing you like that

Now calm down, calm down

There’s an upside down frown on your face

He could work miracles, yes, he really can
