Kangin walked down a dirt road, past a small brook and to another field. He stopped at the little iron gate to open it.

He stepped in and went past rows of stone slabs implanted deep within the ground.

He was in the graveyard.

He stopped in front of one particular stone slab and knelt before it, placing a bunch of beautiful white roses on the ground in front of it.

" Hi, umma. ", said Kangin quietly.  " My best friend came back today. I wish you were still here, so that you could've met him. "

His umma had passed away of old age just a month before the group of Alpha angels had come back from Lakewood.

" Umma, I have to go to work now. I'm sorry I can't spend more time with you today. Bye, umma. ", said Kangin and left.

Kangin walked back to town. His journey was quiet the whole way. Only the soft zephyrs whirled around him in a whispery way.

When he reached the village, he went to his aunt's sweet shop. As he entered the shop, a little bell tinkled to signal that someone had entered the shop.

" Ahjumma, I'm here! ", Kangin called out.

A little old lady came from behind the counter. She was carrying bundles of sweets in her fragile arms.

" Oh, Kangin-ah! You're here! ", exclaimed his aunt.

" Here, ahjumma, lemme help you with those. ", smiled Kangin as he took a huge bundle from his aunt.

" Gomawo, Kangin-ah. ", said his aunt.

Kangin helped his aunt to put away the various kinds of sweets while she tended to the child customers that came by. When the last customer for the day had gone out, his aunt sat back to rest for a while and count the day's expenses.
