Sulli's plastic bag workout: Does it work?
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! So if you've read my last chapter you know I can't find a lot of time to write all these workout routines but I do still want to write for you guys since I know you're not here to see me complain about work and everything So I've decided to do a little series that'll be easier for me to write while still talking about how to get a kpop idol body.
So for this series I'm going to be trying Kpop exercises for a week and reviewing them! For this week we'll be trying Sulli's plastic bag workout!

If you can't open the video basically for the workout you inflate a plastic bag like a balloon and kick it to keep it up in that air for as long as you can.
You get it? You got it. I'll be doing this exercise 10 mins everyday and I'll be updating this everyday. What I hope to get from this are more toned legs because even though they're a little small they jiggle a little bit.

32-24.5-34 (Body)
48-33-21 (legs)
