Penguin workout day 5
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! So right now this is what my workout list looks like:
First week: Park Bom's leg workout
Second week: Jessica's golden hip kick workout
3rd week: Sistar leg workout
4th week: Goo hara's ant waist workout
5th week: SNSD's workout
6th week: After school's Nana's 100 push ups and squats workout
I put the 100 push ups and squats workout last because I'm terrified by thinking about it, seriously my record is 45 push ups in a row and my arms were sore for a week. After the 6th week I don't think I have anything else planned meaning after that last update I might close this story for good any maybe even close my entire account, I hate for that day to happen but for now lets not think about that.
