Park bom leg workout results
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! So this is the first chapter of the week and what better way to kick it off by an exercise review!
So for this review we'll be talking about Park bom leg workout! For a week I did 20 reps of leg lifts each side and 3 sets and these are the results I got!

Before:

Things I want to work on: My outer thighs since they're the only place on my thigh that has fat.
After:
49-33-21 (in cm)
19-12-8 (in inches)
I'm kind of surprised I didn't get that much change since I honestly felt like this exercise was working, but the fat on my legs seems to have turned into muscle so that's good, not that much jiggle anymore. Would I recommend this workout? Yeah, it seems to be the best workout by far and I could 100% see someone get legs like Bom's doing this, I'm personally going to continue doing this workout becuase it seems to be a workout that could actually fulfill its promises.

So from the video it seems like you need a bamboo stick long enough for your wingspan but I don't have that so I'll just hold my arms out and to the exercises like the video shows, I'll do 10 reps of each exercise and 3 sets in total for the week and see if I notice anything different, remember to follow along with me so I can see if the results are different!

Weight: 115 lb/52 kg
To be honest I gained weight because of thanksgiving, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sushi and Costso black tuxedo cake are my biggest weaknesses, I mean just look at it.
How can you not be tempted by that?
