Hyuna's leg workout
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! So last week I did an exercise routine focusing on your whole body which didn't end out well so to change up from last week I've decided to focus on our legs with Hyuna's leg workout!

If you can't open up the link the exercise is basically a squat with a twist, first you do a regular squat but when you come up bring one of your legs up so your knee touches the opposite arm. So if you bring up your right leg you bring your right knee up and touch it with your left elbow, alternate sides. Do 20 reps of 3 sets daily.
I'm kind of excited to do this exercise since I've been getting some more fat on my thighs recently and let's be honest here who doesn't want Hyuna legs?
