SNSD workout results
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! So for today's chapter I'll be sharing the results of snsd's workout posted by soompi! For the week I did all 5 workouts for 20 reps and 3 sets daily and here's what I got:

Before:
Arms: 15-21-21 (in cm) 6-8-8 (In inches)
Body: 81.2-61.9-86.4 (in cm) 32-24.4-34 (in inches)
Legs: 48.5-33-21 (in cm) 19-12.9-8 (in inches)
Weight: 110.5 lbs/ 50 kg
After:
Arms: 15-21-21 (in cm) 6-8-8 (In inches)
Body: 81.2-61.9-86.4 (in cm) 32-24.4-34 (in inches)
Legs: 48.5-33-21 (in cm) 19-12.9-8 (in inches)
Weight: 110 lbs/ 50 kg
So over the course of 1 week I lost... 1/2 lb/0.2 kg. The workout didn't do that much so I wouldn't recommend it and it was very tedious, especially Sooyoung's arm workout (took me 1.5 mins to do 20 reps!), it didn't live up to the expectations I had for it and it felt like a waste of time overall.
If you're wondering how many calories this burns according to my calorie counter it burned 15 calories (for all 3 sets) for my height and weight, if you're more active it will burn less and if you're more of a beginner you'll burn more.
