Tiffany's 5:3:2 Leg Exercise
How to get a kpop idol bodyHello everyone, Jia here! Starting tomorrow I will be doing Tiffany's 5:3:2 leg exercise. It's an exercise that's supposed to slim your legs and help you get to the 'golden ratio' (50 cm thighs, 30 cm calves and 20 cm ankles). I've read a lot of comments everywhere from people saying it works, so if you're curious about it, I will solve the mistery for you! I will be doing this exercise for 5 days. On the first day I will measure my legs before the workout, and after the 5th day (one day after that), I will take my measurements again and post it here to see the difference :)
