Tiffany's 5:3:2 Leg Exercise

How to get a kpop idol body

Hello everyone, Jia here! Starting tomorrow I will be doing Tiffany's 5:3:2 leg exercise. It's an exercise that's supposed to slim your legs and help you get to the 'golden ratio' (50 cm thighs, 30 cm calves and 20 cm ankles). I've read a lot of comments everywhere from people saying it works, so if you're curious about it, I will solve the mistery for you! I will be doing this exercise for 5 days. On the first day I will measure my legs before the workout, and after the 5th day (one day after that), I will take my measurements again and post it here to see the difference :)

Chapter 17: One dance I'd totally recommend is bonamana or 미이나. Trust me, it really works you up, A LOT. Even the members those who don't exercise said they lost weight!!!

Chapter 74: I've always thought that the 'goals' to achieve those skinny af bodies we're bad enough; the kpop girls look unhealthy and clearly need help as well. It's good that you realized. Hope you recover soon.

i have like a 10 step morning routine and a 13 step night time routine to get that korean 'glass skin'
