Kang Seungyoon.

With his black leather jacket, combat boots, ripped jeans and the dangerous look on his face, he was quickly labelled by the students even thought he wore his uniform for school every day.

The troublemaker. The fighter. The slacker. The thug. The delinquent.

That’s all what Seungyoon was known for in school. And with his silent and passive attitude towards everyone with his low marks, no one seemed to bother with finding out the truth, for them everything was already confirmation enough of the rumours.

The only thing that reassured him somehow, not that he needed it but it was still good to know, he was not the only loner in class. He was not the only one with any obvious friends in class.

There was another student.

Kim Sora.

A quite ordinary girl with average to good grades and surprisingly good results in P.E. A quiet and shy person, who didn’t stood out a lot.

Like him she was more of a loner too, declining the offer to get a seat neighbour, being all alone during lunch break, he never really saw her interact with anyone. But unlike him, she got along well with everyone in class and vice versa, they accepted her and she accepted them. And unlike him, no rumours about her were flying around.

And unlike him again, she did have some people with whom she sporadically spoke to in class. The two class aces who adored her, the two crazy nerds, the two nice girls and Vice-prez and his best buddy.

How did he know all that? A habit of him when he gets bored is to observe some of them. It happened sometimes and so he retrieved all the information during the course of the ongoing school year. Seungyoon was proud of the fact that he was able to read his classmates like open books, he was confident in his ‘known facts’ about them.

But with some unexpected events happening, Seungyoon finds himself not only questioning his ‘known facts’ about the people around him which he might not know as well as he thought so but also trying to run from his own ‘known facts’ which he tried so hard to forget.
