Escapism is how Soonyoung chooses to deal with his problems.   He creates fluff fantasy to sugar coat the harsh, cruel reality.   For someone who's an all round optimist, heart breaks are too hard for him to handle.   (Or; the thirteen lies Soonyoung has told as an excuse for leaving the boy he was still deeply in love with.)
