Current known facts about Kris' lawsuit:

• Against SM entertainment for human rights/private issues not relating to the functionality of the group.

He's not filing the lawsuit for any other members of the group - he is not trying to do this for a 'greater cause' as some people seem to believe from what I've been seeing online.

• Completely unknown to the members in relation to facts and causes.

Yes, I do entertain the possiblilty that he has secretly told someone - but it is highly likely that he has chosen to follow Super Junior Hangeng's path in suing SM secretly and without prior leakage of any news.

• He has remained behind in Beijing despite EXO-M's schedule to depart yesterday and arriving in S.Korea.

This is possibly the only thing that is definite at this point. Kris has indeed cancelled his ticket to Incheon, which had previously been scheduled along with the rest of EXO-M.

• It is NOT the same as SJ Hangeng (Hankyung)'s lawsuit, although the patterns are similar (Chinese leader files lawsuit + quits due to human rights issues). 

​There are definitely imperfections in international and S.Korea's national laws; however, under current laws, SM entertainment have not been physically and mentally abusing EXO in an obvious and inhumane way that is, under current laws, unlawful. This suggests that although Kris may have evidence of harsh living conditions and bad treatment, his chances of winning this case can be seen as moderately slim.

• Tao and Suho are very upset. All members possessing an instagram account have unfollowed him, apart from Baekhyun.

​Or at least they appear to be; there is a theory that SM is behind everything. SM has told Tao and Suho to publically act very angry. SM has forced the EXO members to be on their side. SM has controlled everyone and everything.

But seriously - do you think that's a feasible theory? What about Baekhyun? Why has SM not forced him to unfollow Kris' instagram? The only possibility I'm willing to admit and accept is that SM have brainwashed the more obedient members into truly BELIEVING that Kris is at fault.

P.S. No one knows what the real situation is - so let's just calmly wait and not judge for the time being.
