personality: Hana is loyal to the core, always sticking up for her friends and putting people she loves before herself. She's an empathetic person at heart, and she's always ready to lend her shoulder for others to lean on, always there to comfort them and ready to listen to whatever they have to say, be it good or bad. Hana's a mature, tough girl, whose good head kept her from doing stupid things during her rebellious teenage years and whose sharp tongue made her seem b*itchy. Most of the time, she doesn't say much because there's really not much to say, but piss her off and she won't hesitate to tell you what's on her mind. She can be blunt and sarcastic sometimes, but that's just her being honest. She doesn't care what people think and always does her own thing.

She's not the most obedient person by any standards, but she knows where the limits are. That doesn't mean that she won't get moody sometimes and cross a line, saying or doing something mean to a friend or being rude. When that happens though, she always realizes her mistakes, and she's not one to put off a responsibility. She doesn't hesitate to admit that she's wrong when she is and apologize where it's due. She's strong, outgoing, and independent, and is not one to relish other people taking care of her. She loves to do things herself and isn't afraid to get down and dirty, working hard to achieve her goals.

breakdown: Independent, mature, loyal, strong, empathetic

history: Hana was born in LA, to a Vietnamese mother and a Korean father. Her mother was a nurse and her father, an engineer, so her family was well off. Hana's parents loved her a lot and doted on her a lot as well. Although they were both busy people, they put her as their top priority, always taking Sundays off without fail to spend time with their only daughter. They often took her places, like the beach or an amusement park, on Sundays and vacationing whenever there was a long break from school, and that allowed Hana to develop many interests as a  kid. Many would say Hana had been born with a silver spoon, lucky to have such a great family. She lived a wonderful, carefree life for a good part of her childhood until her parents passed away in a car crash at the age of 13. She was then adopted by some close family friends of her parents, whose youngest daughter was also her best friend. At 16, she started working, taking on part-time jobs during her free time, until she was 18, when she moved out after getting a full scholarship to UCLA. She and her best friend, Charlie, lived together in an apartment near the school.

During the summer after her freshmen year, Hana and Charlie went together for a summer abroad program, where they lived and studied at Yonsei University in Korea.

About a month after they had come to Korea, Hana had wanted to explore some of the places that had beautiful nature sceneries that she had so often seen in various shows, so she and Charlie set out early that day for some exercise and sightseeing with some new friends that they had met while studying here. They had decided to go hiking on a mountain to see the view from the top.The hike had started out great and everyone was really enjoying it, but soon, it became tiring since the hike was long and the trail wasn't clear, their only indication of whether they were going the right way rested on various signs that indicated the distance from the start. After a while of walking without seeing the signs, they came to a part of the trail that had high, towering trees. They had all decided to take a rest there, taking pictures and sitting and relaxing.

Not knowing that she had walked into the magic forest, Hana continued to snap pictures of the beautiful scene around her on her DSLR while the others had split off and gone to explore on their own, either trying to figure out where they were or just admiring the beauty. Hana had found a most exquisite little shrub of flowers and had picked one to bring home for her scrapbook, putting it in a little box she always carried for nature walks. Little did Hana know, a majestic grey owl had been perched on a branch next to a large, beady-eyed hawk, watching her all this time. The owl frowned slightly as Hana plucked various flowers and stored it, effectively ending its life. Suddenly, a boy ran up, carrying his bag in the front and calling out for everyone to come over to where he was, and at the same time, both the owl and the hawk had felt a distress that left them unsettled. It turns out he had caught a little rabbit and had put it in the bag. When the others gathered, he opened up the bag and showed them, the rabbit looking terrified and shaking. Hana had felt its fear and told her new friend to release it, but he was stubborn and had wanted to bring it back. He zipped up the bag again and was about to turn and walk away when Charlie grabbed his arm and held onto the bag. Hana may have felt strongly about capturing the rabbit, but she knew Charlie had felt even more than she did. Her best friend loved animals, big and small, with all her heart. If there was one thing that could piss off Charlie more than anything, it was animal cruelty. Seeing the little thing shaking must have really gotten to her as Charlie yanked the bag off the guy's shoulder. She had ped the bag half way when they heard a growl.

The group turned around, and Hana saw that she and her friends stood face to face with various forest creatures, all looking very disturbed. The fox and the coyote growled again in unison, as the owl and the hawk circled threateningly above their heads. Without warning, the fox lurched toward Charlie. Hana had seen the fox crouched before it sprang, so she reacted instinctively and lunged sideways at her best friend, effectively knocking her out of the way, sending the bag flying through the air, getting a deep scratch on her upper arm from the fox's sharp claws before landing on the ground in a heap as her DSLR crahsed against her chest. The owl dived down and caught the bag before it landed and placed it on the ground gently. The others had taken that opportunity of a distraction and ran full speed back the way they came, leaving the girls to fend for themselves. Charlie ran to help Hana up and for a moment, both sides stared at the other, contemplating what to do next. The girls flinched as the coyote howled. Then, to their surprise, the two creatures backed off and retreated a little away. Without thinking, Hana slowly moved to get their bags, so as not to startle the animals, while Charlie could do nothing but stand frozen in fear. Hana tugged on Charlie's arm and pulled her back, and they both retreated as they had come, never once taking their eyes off the predators that had sat, looking after them. After getting off the mountain that day, Hana and Charlie went to get Hana's arm, which was bleeding quite a bit, bandaged and had gone home, letting that day become a bad memory and determined not to let that one incident traumatize their experience with forests.

Best friend | Charlotte "Charlie" Huang | 21 | Student/Bartender | Charlie and Hana have been friends since kindergarden and are extremely close with each other. Charlie is a bright person, always smiling and joking, the opposite of Hana. Whereas Hana is mature and tough, Charlie is childlike and gentle. She loves to talk to people and is very friendly with everyone. She's very caring towards other people and has a knack for making people want to trust her. A loyal friend, hard worker, and much too trusting of other people. | Charlie is the only person whom Hana can be crazy around. They joke a lot, and they love to call each other y and such. Charlie loves to tap Hana's , and that sometimes earns them weird looks from people, but they just burst out laughing. They share everything with each other and trust each other completely.
↪ Godmother | Jenny Zhou | 48 | Charlie's mom | She's a loving, carefree person, always very easygoing. Sometimes, she can be shallow, in that she isn't deep on an emotional level. She's very lively with her kids and can be really cute sometimes. Godbrother | William "Willie" Huang | 19 | Student | He's a funny, outgoing person, who can be a bit girly at times, but that's because he grew up around three girls. He's got a goood head. | Hana treats him like her own little brother, and they love to joke with each other. He loves to make her laugh, and he secretly had a little crush on her.
  ↪
Godsister
 | Hailey Huang | 26 | Supervisor | She's the atypical girly girl, always very put together and well-groomed. Since Hailey's the oldest of the bunch, she's always had to take care of the younger ones, so she becomes very motherly and patronizing towards the other three. She's caring and emotional but is also quite stubborn and hot-tempered. The others know well to listen to what she says and all respect her a lot. | They love each other like family. Whereas Hana is very carefree and crazy around Charlie, she's very careful and thoughtfull when facing Hailey. They're both strong people, so sometimes ideas clash, but they are both reasonable, so they are able to avoid arguments most of the time.

   ♛

name: Kim Junmyeon
age: 22
personality: Junmyeon is an indifferent person, who's highest priority is to protect the forest and its guardians. He's only caring towards the other guardians, and even then he doesn't usually show how he feels. He has difficulty expressing his emotions, but he's the type to be silently caring and affectionate. He's confident in his abilities and decisive with his actions, but he's not stubborn because he listens to reason and others' opinions, so that makes him a good leader. He's loyal and would put his life on the line for the people he loves if it was ever needed. He's a clever guy, a fast thinker and quick on his feet, so no matter what situations there is, he can counted on to find a solution.

meeting: When he saw her the first time she came to the forest, he had been intriqued by her selflessness as she dived to save her friend, putting herself in danger. He had been impressed by her courage and calmness when she had retreated, while pulling her frozen in fear friend and being alert all at the same time.

When she came back to the forest a second time, Hana had been sleeping in her school's library, waiting for her last midterm. Of course, she was shocked to find herself in the familiar forest again, and she just thought that she was dreaming weird things due to lack of sleep. She thought to herself, 'I shouldn't have pulled that last all-nighter.' She closed her eyes and told herself to wake up, only to see Junmyeon in his human form, standing in front of her. 'Yoo Hana,' he says, surprising her, 'welcome back,' all the while having his poker face on.

relationship/impression: Hana initially thought that Junmyeon was an arrogant, emotionless person, and she kind of dislikes him for his indifferent, snarky  attitude. He, on the other hand, has been intriqued by her since he first saw her. He can't seem to be nice to her though, even though he wants to. Plus, he's still angry over the fact that her friends had endangered a guardian back then, and he thinks that she's more or less just like them. They pretty much are unable to be friends at the beginning. He softens a little when he sees her apologizing to Kyungsoo for what happened, even though it wasn't her fault. He slowly starts to see good in her, and as they both learn more about each other, they slowly became friends and eventually lovers.

(back-up) name: Yifan
personality: Yifan is a confident, manly guy, who's loyal and caring. He always knows what to do, and he's always ready to throw himself out there for people he loves. Yifan is a bit hot-tempered, so he doesn't really think when he's provoked. He'll be a bit rash at times like that and act before he thinks, but after, if he's in the wrong, he won't hesitate to make things right. He loves the forest and the other guardians a lot, and he always wants to protect them. He's a good leader because, like Junmyeon, he's decisive and doesn't waver, and he's also a quick thinker, always alert and is able to make quick, precise decisions. He's a bit cheeky normally, being very playful with everyone and making friends easily. He's a total clumsy dork but there's a charismatic side to him that just make people get drawn into his charm.

meeting: same as above
relationship/impression: When he met her again, he was intrigued and had wanted to get to know her more. He understands that what happened before with Kyungsoo wasn't her fault and he doesn't hold it against her. His attitude towards Hana is like that of a playful friend. They both get along well because he's the type to be outgoing and fun, always trying to make her laugh and joking with her. He doesn't realize he's starting to like her as more than a friend until he starts getting jealous of her closeness with other guardians.

 scene requests:
-when Junmyeon sees Hana sitting by the lake, drawing in her sketchpad and looking down because she misses her 'family' and it finally strikes him that he may like her in a romantic way, something he keeps to himself for a while, and it throws him for a loop
-Junmyeon getting jealous after seeing her with one of the other guardians, laughing and being comfortable, joking around
-Hana goes missing one day and Junmyeon gets worried when he doesn't see her, so he goes out to look for her but sees Xiumin carrying her and assumes that they were together but it was just that Xiumin found Hana limping when she fell from the edge of a hill onto a ledge below and hurt her leg
-maybe some scenes when Junmyeon is all cute and affectionate towards her after they get together

outfit: When she got transported to the forest the second time, she was in school, so her outfit is very simple. Just the casual skinny jeans, t-shirt with a black jacket, biker boots, and a backpack full of notebooks, sketchpads, writing utensils, wallet, cellphone, and a bag of flaming hot funyuns.
exo: Yifan, Chanyeol, Xiumin, Yixing, Zitao
extra: well this app took a reaaaaallllyyyy long time to finish, but i made it! umm what else to say? a lot of the things in this app is based on myself to make it more realistic and because i'm creatively challenged (?)... uhh.. so yea, hope you like it :)
