appearance — Jisoo stands at the average height of 165 cm weighing 48 kgs with long slender legs and her thin yet slightly curvy figure.. She has naturally straight black hair that complements her milky white skin however she dyes it to a dark brown and is mostly seen with her hair in waves. She was blessed with a high, straight nose (netizens accuse of of plastic surgery)  and eyes that turn into half moons when she smiles along with dimples on both sides of her cheeks. 

Fashion/style — Jisoo is all about fashion, known as the 'Fashion Queen' (only she calls herself this). She always has the latest fashion intel with lots of fashion magazines and spending a lot of her time searching up the latest fashion trends. The way she dresses is very important to her and is apart of her identity getting easily stressed when she doesn't know what to wear.

personality —
-The first thing you notice about Jisoo is that she's very reserved and quiet.  She wont really talk to anyone except ther members and those who are close to her however there are very few since it takes a while for her to warm up to a person.  This is why she becomes friends with those who are more outgoing and talktative to help herself break out of her shell.  She aslo keeps her feelings to herelf, even when she is broken out of her shell, she just puts a smile on her face. She is more of a listener than a talker and wont speak unless spoken to.  At First.  
-Once you become close to Jisoo she completely flips personalities and you cant get this girl to shut up.  You dont even need to be listening to her, she will ramble on about nothing.  People think that Jisoo is a because they see her actively talking with her members/friends but when they try to talk to her, she barely speaks
-Jisoo is very reliable.  She is always there when you need her whether it's a shoulder to cry on or just a little cheering up.  She hates not seeing a smile on her members faces.  She's the type of person who is honest and looks at both the small and big picture. She keeps your promises and secrets to the grave and she never leaves you hanging.  Jisoo is willing to do anything for you without expecting anything in return.  But this sometimes ends up as Jisoo getting taken advantage of since she will do anything you ask.  She puts others needs before herself and is loyal till the end
- You wouldnt expect it, but Jisoo is very weird and 4-dimensional. She thinks of things that normal people wouldnt think of.  She just likes to let loose and be her crazy self which surprises people.  Sometimes she gets stuck in her own 4-D world, zones out, and blurts out stuff that doesnt make any sense and confuses the other members.  She likes to perform weird and funny dances for her members/friends and does parody singing.  Her ideas only seem genius in her head but when she actually goes through with those ideas, she gets laughed and made fun of because they're so weird and sometimes stupid.
- Jisoo often gets misread as being arrogrant, but she is actually just confident.  She is comfortable with herself, knowing her flaws and isn't afraid to show them..  She doesnt judge others  because she doesn't size herself up or worry about meeting other peoples standards.  Jisoo is the type of person who isn't afraid of saying no or being wrong.  She feels that finding out the right answer is better than actually being right. And if she's wrong, she accepts it instead of fighting back.

- Jisoo is one of the realest people you will ever meet. She doesnt seek attention, doesnt care about being liked, and is comfortable with who she is. She wont care if you dont like her pesonality, she wont change it or hide it. She means what she says and rarely lies, meaning she speaks her mind. She is the type of peron that will say if she is single or not, even if it means getting hate. She doesn't strive to be different or seek to fit in. She is just Jisoo.
- She is as stubborn as a rock. She doesnt listen to others advice and has a hard time admitting that she is wrong so she argues with the other person. She avoids anything that contradicts her beliefs and does what she thinkgs is right.
-It's not that Jisoo is dumb, but it just takes her a while to process things.  She has a slow reaction and while others are laughing at a joke, Jisoo will be laughing a minute later.  She often gets misjudged and thought to be dumb which is where she earned the nickname 'Pabo Soo'. She also got the title 'blackhole' because she often messes up the choreography and has no common sense.
-This quiet girl has a very competative nature.  She takes everything as a competition and always strives to be number one.  If things dont go her way, she throws mini tantrums which makes people call her a sore-loser.  Instead of focusing on entertainment and making people laugh, she focuses solely on the actual competition.
-Jisoo gets very emotional.  She often cries both good and bad tears, especially when watching a sad movie or winning an award, she is the first to cry and will cry the longest.  When Jisoo is happy, she expresses it not only through words, but through her body such as dancing or clapping her hands

She got a tortoise because it didn't need extra attention since she was always busy however it was really boring and made her feel even lonelier because it doesn't really do anything

background — On October 28th, 1994, Jisoo was born in Sokcho, South Korea. However at the age of 1, her father was laid off work so her parents had decided to send Jisoo to her aunt and uncle in Australia in hope of a better more comfortable life. At first, Jisoo would only cry everyday for her parents but slowly, her aunt and uncle became her parental figures as they raised her as their own child. Since Jisoo was so young when she moved to Australia, the change didn't affect her that much. She learned Korean as her first language since she started learning when she lived In South Korea, but her aunt and uncle spoke korean at home as well.  She quickly learned English becoming fluent just as she had with Korean.There was a time when Jisoo was 4 and she visited Korea to see her real parents but she cried when she saw them because she couldnt recognize them and saw them as strangers. Jisoo was a very quiet child, some thought her to be mute. She was so shy that she wouldn't talk to anyone besides her aunt and uncle. Then school began. She went to a small school with 200 kids in each grade so she quickly got to know everyone. At first, she was a quiet wallflower with a few friends but when she got into middle school, she decided that she didn't want to be this quiet girl anymore so she just let herself go. She was a ball of energy, constantly getting in trouble by teachers for talking. She was one of the only asian kids attending the school, so she stood out from the other kids. Some kids would call her names and make fun of her for being asian. She didn't care what the other kids though as she was happy being her. She finally had a lot a friends, friends ranging from the popular kids to the nerds. 

 The love for music started when Jisoo's aunt and uncle put her in flute lesons at the age of 6, making the decision that she was going to pursue music. A year later started piano lessons, then expanded to violin lessons. At 10 years, she learned the trumpet from her muic teacher in school and two years after that learned the clarinet and cello.  She was addicted to learning to new intruments. She had a huge passion for  singing, taking part in her school chorus and plays, as well as the local theatre. 
When she was 14 years old, she had auditioned for JYP ent. and passed becoming a trainee and moving back to Korea. She had met with her real parents occasionally but she was always very formal with them, still not treating them as her parents more like strangers even though they had tried so hard to  become close to her. Living in Korea made Jisoo feel like a foreigner in her own homeland. She knew the language, but there was a culture difference. She couldn't adjust to Korean life and people would always be rude to her if she did something they deemed unrespectful or weird when it was perfectly normal in Australia such as talking informally to a stranger or making eye contact or showing skinship (touching a shoulder or arm) She felt very isolated and as if she didn't belong in Korea. She didn't have many friends, except those she befriended in JYP.  During her time as a trainee for JYP, she was set to debut in multiple groups yet was never able to actually debut. She was majorly depressed and showed her feelings through what she loved most, music. She started writing her own songs as her own cry for help.

▪ Pyo Minhee | Aunt | Nurse | 51 | Jisoo treats her as her mom and has phone calls atleast every month. Jisoo hasnt seen her aunt or uncle since she left Australia to train and occasionally cries because she misses them so much.  Her aunt still treats Jisoo as her baby.

▪ Pyo Jangyul | Uncle | Engineer | 53 | Jangyul is the typical korean father figure where he is tough on the inside yet a total softie towards Jisoo. Everytime Jisoo is seen with a guy, her uncle has to interrogate them because he is so protective over Jisoo

▪ Nam Miyoung | Mother | Waitress | 47 | Miyoung is very soft-spoken and kind just like her daughter. She isn't rich however she carries the aura of a sophisticated woman. Jisoo is very intimidated by this aura making her reluctant to open herself up to her mother. Miyoung tries very hard to get Jisoo to open up and always sends Jisoo food or health items to make sure Jisoo is healthy.
▪ Nam Heejun | Father | Construction Worker | 47 | Heejun always busy so he barely gets to see Jisoo but he tries to spends as much time with her as possible. Even with his small paycheck, he finds a way to buy Jisoo clothes in order to get closer to her.

friends — 

▪  Im Jaebum (JB) | Best Friends and crush | Got7 | 23| They met as trainees in JYP and instantly had a connection. Jisoo had developed a crush on him and admired how hard he was willing to work.  People who see them together believe they are dating or will date especially during Junho's 'Feel' recording where Jaebum was obviously jealous seeing Junho and Jisoo together or during Got7's 'Stop Stop It' where both Jaebum and Jisoo couldn't stop smiling when they had skinship together. After Jisoo left JYP ent. they still kept in touch with daily facetime and constant texting.  Everyone could tell that they had feelings for each other but both were afraid of ruining their friendship. Eventually Jisoo started losing feelings for Jaebum as she gained feelings for Taehyung. Instead of the giddiness and butterflies in her stomach everytime she saw Jaebum, she just felt happiness to see her friend. 

▪ Jeon Jungkook | Brotherlike Figure | BTS | 20 | They met through Taehyung after BTS debuted. Even though both were shy and barely spoke to each other, they slowly got close and now sometimes hang out without Taehyung. Jisoo treats him as her baby brother, even though theres a small . She protects him from anything she deems evil or could ruin his innocence.  She loves spoiling Jungkook with presents or food, anything he asks for she wont hesistate to give.

trainee years — 9 years. [ 6 years at JYP, 3 years at Pledis ]

trainee life —
Jisoo started at the early age of 14 when she passed the auditions for JYP Entertainment.  Trainee life is never easy.  Jisoo came to Korea all by herself not familiar with the culture, though fortunately she knew the language. She would call her aunt and uncle everyday crying that she didn't fit in and was so lonely.  JYP had plans for her and she was supposed to debut with EXID's Hani, Sistar's Hyorin, Secret's Jieun, and Bestie's Uji. She felt as if she found her place however right before debut, they had disbanded.  Jisoo was crushed. All the girls had spent a year training together and gotten so close but the others girls had left the company, leaving Jisoo by herself and back to the loneliness. Until she met Jaebum in 2009.  He was the same as her, reserved and quiet but somehow they became friends. Jisoo would train 6 days a week, spending her Mondays getting tutored and the rest of the week she would be at the building training.  Saturdays and Sundays was when she would spend all of her day rigorously training. In 2013 she was put into a group called 6Mix, the next group to debut from JYP.  But Jisoo's dreams were crushed yet again. The debut date kept getting pushed back as a few members had left and gotten replaced. It had been over a year since the group was formed yet the was no debut.  The group got disbanded yet again. Jisoo had no hope left, deciding to leave JYP feeling as if she had no future there. 

Jisoo took a short break however she started auditioning again. She had spent her whole teenage life training and she wasn't going to give up. Then she passed the auditions for Pledis ent. starting the trainee life all over. Although Jisoo was starting fresh, she was still depressed. She had started from square one again and felt like a newbie even though she had trained for 6 years prior.  She didn't have any friends nor did she intend to make new ones. She got hurt before getting close to other trainees and having them leave her whether it was quitting or debuting so she didn't want to experience it again. She did help the other trainees such as mentoring or staying later to help with dancing or singing, but that was it. She kept her distance from them. Some thought she was arrogant, thinking she believed she was better than everyone and didn't deem anyone worthy of being her friend.  Her close friends, Jaebum, Taehyung, and Jungkook, were all busy and active in their groups, so they never had anytime to spend time with her so she felt as if she was alone.  Sometimes, she would try to reach out to the other trainees to befriend them, but some had turned their backs on her and others had already given up on trying to be her friend. This was probably the worst trainee experience she had since she never felt so alone and was facing the trainee hardships all by herself.  Then she was finally put into Highlight, where she has a chance to debut and things were finally looking good for her. Now she was even more determined to debut. Nearly half her life was spent training so she wasn't going have it go to waste.

Stage personality — 4-Dimensional Blackhole

-During tv shows or interviews, Jisoo starts out as quiet and barely talks but as time progresses, she becomes louder, more talkative, and weird. Sometimes she talks so much that she often gets edited out.

-On stage, Jisoo has a great presence and can change herself to fit any concept but she often forgets the lyrics or dance moves to the song, ruining her stage presence.

comments/suggestions — I hope it's okay that Jisoo had trained for so long. I got the idea from Miss A's Min and VAV's Ayno and probably other idols who basically spent their whole teenage years training and were so close to debuting but didn't. Also sorry for the font changes!! I think it's from using bullets. And Jaebum doesn't need to be Jisoo's crush if you don't want, just her best friend. Just thought it'd be interesting^^

Okay so I was going to have Jisoo American at first (hence why it said American instead of Australian) but so many people put American so I decided to change it up. Also I used the name Jisoo on purpose just because so many people are Jisoo so what are the odds of another one? Im glad you like her though!!!
