Personally, I think guilt is worse than death.
I see death as a beginning not an end.
I see guilt as a disease that keeps on giving long after you thought you'd been healed.

Its true but I also think that regret is more painful ...just my opinion thou.

guilt, loneliness, sadness or anger would all be close contendors. personally, i think it depends on who the person was to you and under what circumstances they died.

I'd say loneliness is the most painful companion of death so to me, it's false.
