I heard Bruno Mars's Press it a few days before Taemin's song debuted. I thought I was prepared. I spazzed the freak out anyway. I swear SHINee always gets me *sigh*

But this is the original song:

It's slower and more clean sounding. Taemin's version is faster and has more elements like guitar and voice layering to it. That's why it sounded so different. (But if you speed it up a bit it sounds like Taemin's) Don't get me wrong. They are both great versions. Bruno and Taemin are both amazing performers. But I can't help wonder what if Taemin directly translated the song. It would be so much dirtier >.<

Just imagine him saying "Press your body on my body." "The way you shaking is so naughty naughty naughty."

I can't!! *faints*

And the lyrics combined with the slightly suggestive dance would exterminate all the taemints. I can see it now.

He kept a few of the original parts.

"I'm really freaky." (I spazzed out when I heard he kept that part)

"You control the tempo."

It's pretty clean compared to Bruno's. It sounds like the Korean equivalent to Adele's Hello XP

Man I wish Taemin released a version of Press Your Number!! I don't even think I would be able to handle it... *shivers at the thought*
