First Day
A Forced ExchangeSo I'm guessing that was like a year long haitus....
I'm really sorry but some personal events happened last year which caused me to stop writing this fanfic but just yesterday I was rereading this and I missed writing a lot. So I thought I might as well try to finish this story for you guys. I'm not even sure if some of you guys are still here! However, I'm going to try to finish this but I can only update maybe once a week depending on how much time I have. Good reading guys! :)

Soobin woke up to the sound of her alarm clock. She sighed and looked at the time 6:30am. She got up and put on some clothing and went to the bathroom to do her morning routine.
"Good morning!" Kai said. Soobin jumped at the sound of his oddly happy voice.
"Good morning," Soobin grumbled. She was still half asleep and dreaded going to school.
Kai on the other hand was the complete opposite. He was so excited and nervous he had gotten up at 5:30am and spent a lot of time picking out his outfit. He never had to pick out an outfit for school before since he always had to wear a uniform but Soobin's school didn't have uniforms.
He went and sat at the dinner table and was greeted by Soobin's mom again. She put down breakfast for Kai and Soobin and then left to go to work. Shortly after Soobin sat down and they began eating in silence. Kai knew that Soobin was still tired so he didn't bother starting conversation with her. After the breakfast they quickly left and began to walk to school.
"It's about a 10 minute walk from here," Soobin said leading the way. She couldn't help but smile at his gleaming face. It was like looking at a boy at a chocolate store. He seemed so excited to go to school.
After their short walk they arrived at the school and was greeted by Soobin's friends.
"Wow Cindy, you look grumpy as always," Chen joked punching her in the arm.
"Only cause you're here," Soobin snapped back.
That conversation between Soobin and Chen went on for a long time. Long enough till the first bell rang, signalling that school was going to start in 5 minutes.
"Kai come on, I'll take you to your locker," Soobin said.
Along the way Soobin pointed out the main office, library and other main locations of a school. Kai looked around and couldn't help but spot the countless girls looking at him. He sighed, it was the same in America as it was in Korea.
