Baekhyun was what you could call a responsible rule-breaker.

He was well-adapted to handling practically every situation the world could throw at him, plus some. He had great reflexes, a quick wit, and a constantly budding imagination. He’d had his fair share of experience when it came to making on-the-spot decisions, excuses, or getaways, so even though he’d consider himself quite the lawful man, it wasn’t too hard to skirt responsibilities and expectations a little more than often.

Of course, his best friend and roommate Jongdae would just whine and say he was a delinquent with a for last-minute saves, but he knew better. He just knew how to play the rules more than a little, and used that to his advantage. And really, 99% of the time, things worked out perfectly fine. Like that time he convinced Jongdae to go taunt a small, unassuming pack when they visited Busan together so he could steal their meat. Or that time he skirted some hikers right before sunset on full moon day by creating a mini avalanche close enough to their campsite to scare them from getting too close to his favorite hunting spot. Or that time he forgot about his job interview (and would’ve slept through it had it not been for Jongdae waking him up) and, as an excuse, told his interviewers that he had gotten distracted talking to the students at the school on his way. He hadn’t, of course, but his interviewers were smitten with the whole “considerate, sociable applicant” façade and offered him the music teaching gig soon enough.

It was unfortunate that he couldn’t say things worked out 100% of the time, especially not after the full moon a couple nights ago. God, he was not looking forward to Jongdae constantly reminding him of ‘that time they went too far past the regular spot,’ as he’d probably name it. Honestly, his unconscious, still-healing was probably already dreaming about all the ways he could yell Baekhyun’s ears off. Knowing Jongdae though, he’d probably exaggerate way too much—sure, they nearly died, but Tao and the rest were there, weren’t they? Besides, if they hadn’t done that, Jongdae wouldn’t have his soul mate (not like he knew that, seeing as he was still knocked out, but whatever). So really, his best friend should have been thanking him.

            ‘Thanks Baekhyun, you’re the best!’

‘Oh, it’s nothing really… but just in case, keep going.’

‘You’re so cool! And strong, and smart, and y, and—’

“What are you mumbling about now?”

Baekhyun snapped his head up to glare at the one who interrupted his wonderful thoughts.

“Oh, nothing, just plotting your death.”

“Slow down there, you’re starting to sound like our Do Dio.”

            “Now that’s a scary thought.”

“I heard that!” Kyungsoo’s voice sounded from the kitchen, but no one paid attention to him.

Sighing, Baekhyun leaned into his arms, which were sprawled lazily over the back of the chair he was practically straddling. He let his eyes wander aimlessly, until they settled upon a figure hunched over in front of him. Park Chanyeol, a five-year-old boy in the body of a ing giant, sat at the couch glaring at some sheet music he had laid out next to him while carefully holding his guitar in his lap. They had decided to work on a song together, and by that, he meant that Chanyeol wanted to try out harmonies for a new song he was making, and no one else was willing to do it besides Baekhyun, the only currently conscious newbie.

Newbie. Baekhyun scoffed at the word that Joonmyeon, the mama hen of this pack, had taken to calling him teasingly. It almost felt demeaning, so much so that Baekhyun had half a mind to tell these pampered pack brats what life was really like out and about alone. Whether it be hunting, working, or even just surviving, the only thing he was a newbie at was having everything done for you just like that.

Sure, he understood that the EXO pack was strong, strong enough to earn their reputation as the more fearsome pack in the entire Seoul metropolitan area. But strength didn’t mean if you didn’t have some spunk to you, and some damn good survival skills. Sure, they were strong, but they also probably all came from families and packs that fed them well, raised them well, and treated them well. It was hard to not become strong when you were given some of the best facilities possible for it. Really, these bastards even had hunting ceremonies, some ing coming-of-age bull. Try explaining that to the rogues like him who had to hunt constantly and oh-so-carefully just to live on.

Honestly, it wasn’t surprising that he grew up to be a little bit of a rule-breaker, when practically everything and one was out to get him under those rules.

“I got it!” Chanyeol suddenly exclaimed, frantically scribbling some notes down. Baekhyun jumped slightly, startled at the sudden shout, but his expression softened as he looked over at the boy.

Of all the rules to wanna break, this one’s the most ed up, Byun.

Sometimes he really wished he could shut up that voice in his head, but he knew it was right this time. He shouldn’t be having the thoughts he was having, shouldn’t even be considering them, but he couldn’t help it. Something about Chanyeol… his soft, almost baby-like facial features, his uncharacteristically deep voice, his gangly but firm body, it all screamed ‘able’ to Baekhyun in the worst possible way. Sure, that in and of itself wasn’t a bad thing, but it was certainly a bad thing for him to feel that way about Chanyeol.

Why’d you have to go imprint on someone who’s already taken, you dip?

Baekhyun barely managed to hold back the growl rumbling in his throat as the thought crossed his mind. It wasn’t true; he hadn’t imprinted on Chanyeol, not in the slightest! Still, he couldn’t deny his wolf had taken quite a liking to the other Beta over the past couple of days. The reaction had been almost instantaneous, like a flash of flame growing within his body and consuming him, and then just stopping. And now, any time he saw the other boy, he couldn’t stop his thoughts from taking a turn or twelve for the gutter.

Though, he wouldn’t call it imprinting. Imprinting was the kind of you saw in movies, right after the soul mate tale. The chance of it happening was one in a million, probably, and it could happen to any random person with no actual cause behind it. No ‘pre-destined meeting,’ like with soul mates. Just sudden, random, unwanted libido and desperation until you both either gave up, ed, or killed yourself. Or all three.

If he had to put a name to these weird urges he had for Chanyeol, it would probably be far more along the lines of ual frustration than anything else. After all, it wasn’t like he many opportunities to around and could only get you so far. Humans were out, since, you know, the whole knot thing. Sure, his wasn’t as big as say, an Alpha’s, would be, but random swelling and expanding of someone’s was hard to notice, small or big. He wasn’t in a pack either—or, well, he hadn’t been until now, but if Kris was going to get his way, that would change pretty soon. It wasn’t like he had a bunch of other group mates to fool around with when the blue balls hit him a bit too hard. He had Jongdae, sure, but Jongdae was a and only ed with him during the full moon, when he was practically dying for a romp in the hay. ‘Sides, Jongdae refused to do anything with him during the full moon a couple days ago, since he was still too pissy about having to actually shift into wolf form and go out for a change. So not only did Baekhyun nearly die that night, but he also never got a chance to get off—not even once.

            It was a true tragedy.

“Okay, I think I got it, listen to this and try to hum it!” Chanyeol said once he was finished writing, and Baekhyun nodded absently. “Really, thanks for doing this for me. You’re a lifesaver, Baekkie.”

Baekkie. It had become quickly apparent that Chanyeol was fond of nicknames, calling practically everyone something besides their real names. He even got into the habit of calling Jongdae ‘Dino Dae’ after Baekhyun mentioned his best friend reminded him of a dinosaur, and Chanyeol hadn’t even met the half-breed yet. Baekhyun couldn’t help but find it a little cute, especially when those nicknames came from those cute lips of his… Shaking his head, he willed himself to focus on the notes Chanyeol was strumming on his guitar, averting his eyes to stop himself from getting distracted by the man’s long fingers.

Just admit it, you have the hots for this kid.

He didn’t, and even if he did, it was barely anything to worry about. Just a passing thing.

You’re practically drooling over the thought of him, you imprinting .

He didn’t imprint on Chanyeol! Besides, even if he did, Chanyeol was clearly mated.

            You don’t know that.

Chanyeol clearly smelt like someone else, probably an Alpha from how strong the scent was.

Maybe it’s just someone courting him? Even if he is completely mated, what’s stopping you? Your mom imprinted on your dad after he mated with that pack leader in Ilsan, and they turned out fine.

They were both killed by that same pack leader, asswipe.

Yeah, but they still got to a lot. And they popped you out to wreak havoc on the world.

Baekhyun wasn’t sure if Yixing rushing in to say Jongdae woke up was relieving or frustrating.

----

            “Hey, Baek, can we talk?”

Baekhyun looked up to see Jongdae looking over at him from the threshold of his bedroom door. It was still a bit weird to call it his bedroom, but he figured he had to get used to it now. Almost a week into their stay at the EXO pack home, and things were settling in a lot easier than expected. Jongdae was still awkward around everyone, but that was to be expected, while Baekhyun had found himself befriended everyone around here. The pack members were all pretty nice, so even if they were all spoiled brats, he couldn’t completely hate them. He felt bad for Jongdae, though—was there a way to transfer social skills? Because Baekhyun couldn’t help his own sociability, he grew up with it, but Jongdae, the one who clearly longed for a pack whether he admitted it or not, was stuck in this weird middle ground between stranger and friend.

“Yeah sure,” he replied easily, shifting over on his bed to leave room for Jongdae to sit next to him after he shut the door and walked over. “What’s on your mind, ‘Dae?”

“Why did you agree to join the pack?” Jongdae blurted out suddenly, and Baekhyun couldn’t control his own surprise.

Well, that was blunt. Usually Jongdae was the type to dance around and skirt topics like these, and eventually move on from it completely and pretend it never happened. If Baekhyun wanted Jongdae to say what was on his mind, he had to really insist on it, and only after about a hundred tries, would Jongdae actually speak directly.

“What do you mean?” Baekhyun asked uneasily, and Jongdae glared at him, tips of his ears red.

“You know what I mean,” he whined, but Baekhyun couldn’t argue against that.

He did know what Jongdae meant. His best friend knew his opinions on packs and pack life, so the sudden ‘we’re joining EXO’ news was probably quite the bombshell for him. Of course, that day, everything else was overshadowed by Jongdae and Minseok meeting each other and their whole soul mate deal, but Baekhyun knew his best friend had probably had the question brewing in the back of his head for the past few days, waiting for the right time to ask.

But, if he was being honest, Baekhyun wasn’t really sure why he agreed. On one hand, he knew he’d probably end up sticking around at least for a bit, to make sure Jongdae settled in okay and actually went through with the soul mate stuff. After all, weird as it all was, actually having a soul mate was supposed to be a beautiful, life-changing experience, and if Baekhyun wanted Jongdae to hold himself back from that. But to actually join the pack? Maybe he just wanted to be there to support Jongdae, or didn’t want to lose the only person he was close to. Or maybe he just wanted to change things up for once. Or maybe… maybe it was something else entirely.

“I don’t know,” he settled on eventually, making Jongdae pout and fake-hit him.

“Did you have a change of heart or something? Joining a pack’s a big deal, y’know,” Jongdae said. “Though, you practically act like a pack member already.”

“What are you on about now?”

“I’m serious! You get along with all of them like you’ve known them for years, not days!”

“Aren’t you exaggerating a little bit? I mean, just because I’m actually capable of talking to people and hanging out with them like a normal human being, doesn’t make me weird.” He chuckled as Jongdae whined loudly at the jab. “I was plenty nice to you when we first met, too.”

“Yeah, but this isn’t the same.” Jongdae pursed his lips in thought as he struggled to come up with an explanation. “Like, you just fit in perfectly with everyone else, in a way that makes it seem like you’ve been with them forever. It’s like you’re already in the pack. It’s… it’s different, y’know? Not in a bad way, just in a weird way. What happened to the Byun Baekhyun who hated everything to do with packs and their ‘stuck-up’ ways? The Byun Baekhyun who wanted nothing but to live as a rogue for his entire life? The Byun Baekhyun who was like, barely a step away from suggesting just complete anarchy in the entire forest?

“Oh trust me, he’s still here,” Baekhyun, but he couldn’t help but wonder why his voice sounded so woeful now. “I still find pack rituals stupid and ridiculously pretentious. I still think group hunts are possibly the most cultish thing you could ever do. I still wish I could force packs to separate just to see how many of them die off without each other to intimidate others or protect each other. I still hate packs, and all the weaklings that hide in them.

But Jongdae didn’t miss a beat: “And yet you seem to be the happiest when you’re with one.”

Baekhyun hated those words, hated how they rung within his mind incessantly, far after Jongdae had left him to his own devices. Hated how he couldn’t stop thinking about them, dissecting them to try and find some hidden meaning. Happiest? Was he really that happy when he was around the pack members? Sure, he joked around with them a lot, but that was just all simple fun and games. That didn’t mean anything, right?

The words and thoughts were still buzzing through his head as he found himself in Chanyeol’s room, which happened to be right next to his own. The other man had asked him to listen to a demo version of the song they had been putting together a few days, and he’d agreed easily, wanting to take mind off of things. Now that he sat at Chanyeol’s desk, looking over his shoulder at his computer, he found that the thoughts were practically impossible to ignore. If anything, he thought of it more. Was it normal for him to be hanging out in Chanyeol’s room even if they’ve only known each other for a week? Did he feel happy here and now? Was that normal?

“So, you hate packs,” Chanyeol mentioned, the sheer casualness of it making Baekhyun jump.

Of course, these walls wouldn’t be enough to block out a conversation just next door, especially not with their hearing.

“It’s rude to eavesdrop,” he replied lightly, almost in avoidance.

“It’s rude to badmouth people in their own home,” Chanyeol shot back as casually as before. “Packs aren’t all bad. They’re actually quite nice, especially ours, if you get to know us a little more. It’s a bit sad you don’t like packs, since they’re usually pretty great to be a part of. Did you have a bad experience with them, or something?”

“I come from a family of rogues,” he responded, not knowing why he was suddenly so willing to share. “I’ve seen, from the outside perspective, how packs all go to . Besides, I never said people in packs weren’t nice, just… spoiled.”

“Ah, right. You said ‘weaklings,’ right? I’m guessing you mean people more like me, not people like Kris hyung, since he could probably rip you to shreds in seconds.” Chanyeol’s voice was conversational, like he was discussing the weather instead of what they were actually talking about, and Baekhyun couldn’t understand why guilt was eating away at him now.

“Can you honestly tell me you’re fit for actual life as a wolf?” Baekhyun found himself snapping, because when in doubt, anger was the answer, right? “I knew how to start fires and hunt by the time I was five. I moved to Seoul and set up a home for myself by the time I was thirteen, was working jobs at the same time, and had incorporated human life without getting killed by neighboring packs. You say Kris hyung would rip me to shreds, but I honestly doubt that, seeing as I killed over twenty Alphas, all pack leaders, before I even turned twenty. I may have ed up during the full moon last week, but don’t think for a second I’m some angry rogue who just es about things for no reason. Really, what can you say you’ve done, without this pack or any pack for that matter to help you?”

Baekhyun stopped after there, both relishing in and detesting the silence that followed. Chanyeol refused to look over at him, still staring at the music program open on his monitor, and if he hadn’t known better, he may have thought the man was just ignoring him. But he noticed how the man’s hand had stilled on his mouth, how his breath had gone uneven, how the hairs on the back of his neck had stood still. And Baekhyun couldn’t blame him—he had utterly ripped into the other boy. Really, it was what he always wanted, to tell off a stupid pack-lover and their stupid, pretentious ways. So why didn’t it feel good?

“You know, I was born in Seoul,” Chanyeol finally spoke, his eyes still glued to his screen.

“…Yeah?” Baekhyun gestured for him to keep going, and whether he saw it or not didn’t matter, because he continued anyway.

“Seoul, back then, was about as bad as most of the provincial areas, believe it or not. Everybody running to slit each other’s’ throats just for the smallest patches of lands; it was just complete savagery and brutality all around. More and more packs crowding in to either be part of the urban culture, if they wanted to fit in as humans, or just for more lands, if not. It didn’t matter why they came, though—if they were here, they were a threat, and so overpopulation brought massacre. It didn’t matter whether you were part of a pack or not, child or adult, anything. You were a threat, you were meant to die.”

“That’s what I grew up in, and that didn’t stop until I was about ten. After that, there just weren’t enough full packs to fight so much, since so many everywhere had been killed off. Things reached a weird sort of stalemate, where nothing was happening, but people were still scared and alert every night. I know I was—having blood on your hands since childhood wasn’t the happiest of thoughts. Sure, it was my mom that taught me to kill, but I don’t think that makes me as weak as you think I am. I mean, regardless of who taught me, the point is I can kill now. I had a pack teaching me how to survive and helping me along, and that’s not nearly as impressive as you surviving on your own, but is that really a reason to hate packs?”

It was Baekhyun’s turn to be silent now, and god, he hated having nothing to say. But Chanyeol was right. He had always looked down on pack and their mentality, but at the end of the day, he was just aimlessly judging and turning up his nose against it all. Even as he thought about it now, he couldn’t come up with any reason to hate packs that he hadn’t heard and repeated from his parents.

“I’m not saying that everyone in packs are self-sufficient and great,” Chanyeol continued, finally turning to Baekhyun with a soft smile on his face. “I know plenty of packs where everyone just relies on the Alphas to do everything for them. And between you and me, I don’t think Sehunnie would be able to pick out poisonous berries from non-poisonous ones even if the answer was staring at him straight in the face.” Despite himself, Baekhyun chuckled at that. “But I don’t want you to avoid packs just because of that.”

“You’re a weirdo, you know that?” he finally responded, cracking a grin as Chanyeol cackled.

“It’s practically my middle name around here. So, how about the track?”

----

Today was finally the day. Byun Baekhyun was finally going to join a pack.

To calm his nerves, he thought back to the look of utter shock Jongdae gave him when he told him he was going to go through with the rituals. He had pointedly reminded his best friend that he was the one who tried to convince him to go through with it, but Jongdae just spluttered indignantly about how he didn’t expect Baekhyun to actually listen to him. After that, though, he started going into all of the other times Baekhyun supposedly didn’t listen to him, and he just tuned out his best friend once he got to something about potted plants by the front door. It wasn’t his fault that Jongdae whined so god damn much.

“Here,” Kris said gruffly, presenting him with a small stone tablet.

It was smoothened down quite well, clean save for the ten maroon-ish lines running along it. Beside him, Joonmyeon handed him a small butterfly knife. Quickly, without any extra formalities, he sliced his thumb and let blood drip onto the tablet. Once enough blood had fallen to form a notable puddle, the tablet was pulled away, and Yixing was immediately by his side, disinfecting the cut and wrapping a band-aid around his finger. While that happened, Joonmyeon shifted into his wolf form, grabbing the tablet from Kris’s hands and running out into the forest. Baekhyun’s blood would need to be placed in multiple spots surrounding the EXO pack territory so his scent would be associated with the pack. Once that was over, Joonmyeon would return to place the tablet at the head of their home, as a sort of permanent reminder of their bond as pack members.

            How sappy.

            “Whenever you’re ready,” Kris said.

Baekhyun nodded, wasting no more time in shifting into his wolf form. The others around them, even Jongdae, all did so as well, and Baekhyun took a deep breath as he entered middle of the clearing. Shutting his eyes, he let his thoughts roam. Vaguely, he noted that Yixing’s band-aid had ripped off his now-claw completely, and he vowed to go pick it up and throw it away later. More on his mind, however, was the reality of what was about to happen. There was only one way for him to enter the pack officially, and that was to spar Kris. It wasn’t to the death or anything, but a certain dread hung above his head. What would the fight be like? What would happen if he beat Kris? Would that demean his importance and leadership of the pack, or worse, would that demote him from pack leader entirely? But… on the other hand, what if he lost? Would his pride be able to survive that?

Shaking his head slightly, he opened his eyes, only to freeze dead in his track.

‘What the ? Why are you here?’

He wasn’t usually one for wolf telepathy, but he wasn’t about to shift back to human form mid-rituals just to scream across a field. Besides, even if he would be willing to do that, he was in far too much shock to do that right now.

            ‘Uh, we’re sparring, duh.’

‘No, I’m sparring Kris hyung, you . Get out of the way!

What are you talking about? It was Kris this time. Chanyeol’s your mate-to-be, of course you’re sparring him.

            ‘…What.’

It was true that, in the event someone was aiming to join a pack their mate or mate-to-be was in, they’d need to spar that person, rather than the pack leader. But… but…

            ‘We’re not mating!’

‘What? You two have already imprinted on each other, haven’t you?’

            ‘N-No, we haven’t—’

‘Oh c’mon Baekhyun, we could all smell it from lightyears away.’ Oh great, Kyungsoo was pitching in now.

‘Wait what? Since when, I didn’t notice anything!’ No, Jongdae didn’t, but Jongdae was an idiot anyway.

Or he just had duller senses because he was a half-breed or whatever logical explanation Yixing was giving now. Baekhyun didn’t really care, more focused on alternating glares between Kris and Chanyeol as he tried to figure out what the was going on. There was no actual way he imprinted on Chanyeol, right? He hadn’t even been feeling those urges lately… at least, not that much. Wait, did Kris say ‘imprinting on each other?’ Then that meant that Chanyeol was— And that strong- smell on Chanyeol he'd smelt from the very beginning was

            ‘What, afraid to fight me?’

Chanyeol’s voice rang through all the other pesky voices in his head, and Baekhyun snapped his head up to snarl at the other wolf. Chanyeol was perfectly relaxed, almost smug, and he’d be lying if he said it didn’t piss him the off.

‘Afraid to fight a pack wolf, Baekkie?’ The taunting continued.

‘Of you? Hardly.’ He never said he was invulnerable to baiting. ‘Trust me, by the time I’m done with you, you’ll be wishing that plants are the only thing you’re afraid of.’

            ‘Bring it.’

            And so he did.

He barely gave Kris a chance to move out of the way before he was charging, and cocky as he was, Chanyeol was slow. Baekhyun managed to get in one good headbutt and arm slash in between he was pushed away. Those first hits managed to buy Baekhyun some planning time, but Chanyeol was tricky. What he lacked in speed he made up for in footwork, and it was becoming increasingly harder to avoid falling for his fakes.

Soon enough, Baekhyun had gotten too careless, rushing into what seemed like Chanyeol’s blind spot. It was then that the other wolf chose to turn on a heel, his entire body pivoting almost immediately and opening Baekhyun up for a directly hit with one of Chanyeol’s paws. He couldn’t stop the groan that left his throat as he was shoved away, landing harshly on his back. He barely managed to roll away and get up before Chanyeol could pounce on top of him. The other managed to scratch at the back of his neck with his claws before he got away though, and the stinging pain ran down Baekhyun’s spine unforgivingly.

Think, Byun, think! His eyes frantically moved around as he tried to figure out what to do. At this point, all they were doing were encircling the field around each other, waiting for one to make the first move. But one false move, and he was toast, and he was not losing to Park Chanyeol of all people. Still, he had to be careful. The wound on his neck had been somewhat deep, or at least, deep enough to stir up his instinctual bloodlust. He was too used to killing cleanly and quickly, but he couldn’t lose control here. The very thought of killing Chanyeol had his stomach dropping in a way he refused to explain to himself.

Suddenly, he eyed a small patch of grassless land a little bit away from them, and in it… yes, this would work! But he’d need to time this perfectly. Nodding to himself, he let a booming snarl tear its way through his vocal chords, nearly smirking as he saw Chanyeol’s ears perk up in interest.

            Bingo.

Just as Chanyeol had done before, he a dime, completely pivoting his body only to kick off and run the opposite direction as he had been doing. The other was stumped, unconsciously still running the same circular path as he had done before, just as Baekhyun had hoped. As expected, their paths crossed, and Baekhyun barely managed to avoid the claws that had come to swing at his neck. Sliding along the dirt path and trying to ignore the feeling of rough rocks scraping at his skin, he slowly came to a stop on his side, one paw under him and body braced for Chanyeol making an about-face and charging towards him. Defenseless, careless him, who stupidly and impatiently rushed into Chanyeol, only to miss his chance to attack and fall down pathetically, right?

            Wrong, ing Park.

If he could, Baekhyun would’ve grinned so widely as he hear the yowl of pain Chanyeol let out as sand filled his eyes. A grassless area in the middle of such a well-planted area could only mean one thing—plenty of loose earth to throw at people, and Baekhyun wasn’t sure if he was more proud of his plan or the fact that he managed to hold some sand in the paw he had hidden under his body. Taking advantage of Chanyeol’s temporary blindness, he pounced, knocking the larger wolf to the ground and, in seconds, biting down on his ear dominantly.

It was done. He had won.

A rush of power surged through him, but besides that, something darker fueled his mind. The temptation to go for the kill, right then and there, thrummed through his body as quickly as the very blood in his veins pumped throughout his body. No, no, not now. Not him.

With more pain than he could have ever imagined, he released Chanyeol’s ear, pushing himself back and off the other wolf only to shift back into his human form. Immediately, he collapsed, and soon enough, Yixing was next to him, handing him shorts and examining the marks on the back of his neck. Luckily, his wolf managed to heal them well enough during the fight, though Chanyeol was a different story.

“This isn’t fair!” Chanyeol, now in human form, started whining as Yixing disinfected the deep bite on his ear. “I have bigger ears than most, it makes me a bigger target!” Baekhyun scoffed.

“You just ,” he retorted simply. “Have fun letting that heal, it’s not gonna go away for the next week at least.” With that, he turned around to walk away. “Whatever, I’m gonna go get some water; all this bloodshed has made me thirsty.”

“Wait!” Raising an eyebrow, Baekhyun turned around at Chanyeol’s exclamation, only to see the man raising his eyebrows in both surprise and concern. The look was so naïve and intrigued, Baekhyun almost let his guard down. “Does this mean I have to give you your bite? Oh my god are we mating right no—”

            “—I’m leaving the pack.”

“W-what, hold o—wait for m—Unicorn hyung not no—TaoBao why are you laughi— Baekkie!!”

Chanyeol chased after him, and somehow, Baekhyun was already getting used to this.

Chapter 11: I quite like Baekhyun's backstory. Will there be more chaps on other couples?
If yes then I can't wait for it. If no then it is fine with me. =)
