Jessica's Pov

As I got pushed back from her, I saw her HP go down half way, but it was still green. I then saw the boss in front of us and was going to attack and I was gonna black it, but

"ARGHHH!" as Chan clashed his hammer with the boss's No-Dachi and pushed his sword away as his team mates charge at the boss

"We'll help out until you recover!" He yelled 

"You're.." She said said as she was looking at him as he joined the fight with his squad

They took some hits to the boss until the boss pushed them all away and jumped high as he came to kill them, but she stood up, started to run

"Watch out!" She said as she was ready to attack as the boss was almost there to kill the others

"Not if I get you first!!" She shouted as she jump in the air to block the sword skill from the boss

She dogded it and hit the boss on the side which made the boss fall on the floor hard. She then roll on the floor, got up and shouted

"Jessica. Lets to the last hit together." I nodded and ran beside her and we were charging at the boss as he stood up

The boss attack us, but she blocked it, then I hit the boss, then she begin to cut the boss stomach all the way to its head

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" She shouted as boss was now in half and turn into tiny crystals.

"We did it!!" A person shouted as everyone was happy

I saw her on one knee while panting. I went up to her and Chan did too.

"Good job." I said to her

"That was an awesome swordsmanship. Congrats. This victory goes to you" Chan said

"No...--" Then everyone was cheering for her as she looked at them a bit happy

"WHY?!" Kon shouted as everyone stopped

"Why did you let Daeil die for??" He asked

"Let him die??" She asked as we saw him get angry

"Yea! You knew the technique that the boss was gonna use! If you would told us that up front, Daeil wouldn't have died!" He said as everyone was muttering

"He must be a beta tester! That is how he knew all the boss's attack patterns. He knew and didnt tell us about it! Other beta testers are here too, right?? Show yourselves!!" His friend said as everyone is still muttering

"Hey, now-"

"Hahahahahahaha!!" Someone was laughing

"A beta tester? I wish you haven't compared me to those newbies." She said as she stood up

"What?" Kon said 

Then she started to walk in front of us

"Most of the 1000 beta testers were beginners too. Those who didnt even know how to level up that time, but you guys were better than them. But I wasn't like them." She said as she was now in front of Kon

"I made it higher than anyone else during the beta test. The reason I knew the boss's skills is because I fought monsters with katana skills on floors that are way far above us. I know a lot more than that. Way more than any information broker." She said

"What?? Thats even worse! You're cheating! You cheater!!" He said as everyone else agreed as Me and Chan stayed silent

"Beater!! Cheater!! You're the worse!" Everyone said

"Cheater, beater... I like it." She said as Kon was shocked

"Thats right. Im a cheater and a beater." She said as she went to her main menu to do something

"From now on, dont confuse me with other testers" She said as her clothes changed to all black. [Black coat, black boots and etc, but not the new one, the clothes that Kirito use in episode 2.]

"If you see me, call me the black swordsmanship." She said as she then chuckled and walked up the stairs

I then followed her

"Wait!" I said as she stopped

"You called my name when we were fighting... How did you know??" I asked

"Sorry.. Did I say it wrong??" She asked 

"How??" I asked again

"You can see another HP bar below yours around here right?? Do you see it??" She said as she in the air

I then looked closer and saw another HP bar

"Bl-Black- Blackpearl?? Is that your name??" I asked as she shook her head

"Thats my nickname." She said

"Oh... Then whats your real name?" I asked

"Yul." She said

"Anyways, your really strong so, if you trust someone who invites you to join a guild, dont turn them down. There's a huge limit to what you can do as a solo player." She said

"What about you??" I asked as she walked away and left the party with me and then opened the door to the next floor.

"Se you later." She said as she left and I then couldn't see her back anymore.

Yuri's Pov

I got to the 11th floor and saw a group who was having trouble and I save them

"Wow!! Thanks for saving us!" A guys said in wearing a yellow gear.

"Let us treat you." Another guys said

"O-Okay..." We then went to town and went to a restaurant/ hotel

"Come on guys! Lets raise our cups to our guild, The Black knights of the night." Their leader in red said

"Cheers!" The other teammates said

"And a toast goes to a man who we own our lives to... Yul!" He said

"Cheers!!" everyone said

"C-Cheers..." I said softly

"Thanks!"

"You save our lives back there.

"Thanks a lot!"

"Thank you!" 

"Thank you! Thank you so much!"                                                                                                                                                      

They all said

"Its no big deal..." I said

"I was soo scared back there, but I was very relieved when you came to help us." The gil said

"Oh... I see." I said

"Uh... Yul-ssi...I know its rude of me to ask, but what level are you?" The leader asked as I looked at their HP bars

"About 20 or so." I said

"Wow, thats about the same as us. I cant believe you level up as a solo player." He said 

"No need to be polite, D.O. I may be a solo player, but I only go after lone enemies, Its not every efficient." I said

"Oh okay. I see. Hey I know Im asking out of the blue, but why dont you join our guild?" He asked

"The only player we have that can handle being a forward is Tao, the mace-wiedler. And this is Irene. I  was thinking of her to switch into a one-handed sword and shield build, so she could be a forward too, bit I dont think she doesnt want to, so I was wondering if you could coach her a bit." He said

 "What?? Geez, why do you always treat me like Im useless or something." She pouted

"Eh?" He said

"It'll be too scary if you made me fight in a close-range all of a sudden." She said

"You can always hide behind your shield." Kevin said

"I swear, you've always been such a scaredy cat 24/7" Kai said

"Seriously?" She said as everyone was laughing

"Everyone in this guild is part of our school's computer club in the real world. Oh and dont worry, I'm sure you'll fit in with us fast, right?" Kevin asked

"Yea." Everyone said as she smiled at me

"Okay. I guess Im in... So glad to be here with you." I said as everyone is happy.

The next day, We were on the 20th floor, fighting some mantis. We were fighting one and Suho, Lay D.O. and Tao were fighting and Irene was trying to attack it, but got scared

"Irene, fall back." I said as the mantis was going to hit her, but I blocked it and cut off its razor 

"Lay! Switch" I said 

"Okay!" He said as he pushed back attack from the mantis and hit its side which made it turn into crystals

"Yea, we did it!!" Suho, Lay and Tao said

Then we took a break from fighting.

"So the front lines defeat the 28th floor? Wow.. Hey Yul... What makes the front lines so different from us." D.O. asked

"Their probably good. They know how to accumulate EXP more efficiently but keep it all to themselves" I said as he put down the newspaper.

"Yea... I think I can see that, but I think its willpower though." He said

"Willpower??" I asked

"Its more like to protect your allies-- no every player here with all your will. So right now, we're the ones being protected, but our feelings are just the same as them, but of course, the safety of our comrades comes first than anything else, but I would still like to join the front liners too someday." 

"Oh I see." I said as Suho (the one is yellow) jumped on D.O

"Yo leader! that was soo cool!" He said as he was playing around with D.O.

"So are we going to joining ranks with the divine ninja and the Kings of blood?" Lay asked (the one in purple)

"What?? No! We should aim higher than that! We should start leveling everyone up to level 30." D.O said

"Are you kidding??" Irene asked

If the Black Knights would level up quickly to the point where they can join the front lines. D.O.'s ideas might influence the insular mindsets of the front-liners.

I said in my head

Then I looked at my level which it was 48

"I've got good news for everyone. Today's hunt got us to 200,000 coll!" D.O. said as everyone cheered

"We might be able to buy a house of our dreams soon." Lay said

"Hey! why dont we upgrade Irene's equipment??" Suho said (the one in green)

"Thats right!" Tao said

"Its fine. I like my equipment now." She said

"You should change it now, or Yul shouldn't have to aggro the monster all the time." Lay said 

"Sorry Yul." She said

"I dont mind, so no worries." I said  as she nodded

"Thanks Yul." D.O. said

"Irene, I know switching build is tough, but you'll figure it out soon, so everyone lets do our best." He said

"Yea!" Everyone cheered.
