It’s my first class of the day and I’m not looking forward to it. I have math as my first period and come on, who actually likes math? I just don’t think it’s fun and why would I want to waste time on these random numbers when I can be hanging out with Sehun and my new friends. This is just preposterous.

          It’s been 5 minutes since the bell rang and my teacher’s not here. Every time we have a substitute, he leaves us with very easy work and by easy I mean 5th grade easy. I guess he just doesn’t like anyone else’s teaching style but his own. This is why everyone in this class loves having substitutes. It’s basically like a free period. That reminds me, should I wish for him to not be here? I should. I took the magic notebook out of my bag, placed it on my lap, clicked my mechanical pencil, and wrote down my wish. As soon as I finished writing, someone who I’m completely unfamiliar with is standing right in front of us. This is all thanks to me, you fools, you should be thanking me right now. But I can’t tell them that because what if they steal my notebook from me? I can’t have that happen. Not in a million years.

          “Attention please! I am Mr Jung and I will be your substitute for today. Your math teacher left these activity sheets for you to do. I need them finished before you leave this class.” He started to hand out the pieces of paper.

          I scanned the whole thing and just as I had predicted, it’s 5th grade level of easiness. It’s not even 5th grade, it’s probably 2nd because it’s just the multiplication table. I’m so happy!

          I also hate second period. You want to know why? Gym. I just don’t really like exercising, I’m not that type of person. I opened the gym door while grunting. I just have to last for 50 minutes, I can do this. I walked towards the bleachers to wait for the teacher to start talking to us about what we’ll be doing today. Please no running, I’m begging.

          “Since most of you are here already, I’ll just get on with what we have to do for today’s class.” Mrs Son looked at us. “We’ll be running outside today then free time after that. That’s all. Now go change.” As soon as she finished talking, everyone got up from where they were sitting and walked towards their respective change rooms.

          I opened the door and as soon as I walked in, the loud noise immediately greeted me. I can hear some people complaining about the run, some people talking about their previous classes, some gossips, and just a mix of everything basically. I tried to change as fast as I can just to get out of the change room because there’s not a lot of space for movement and it’s a struggle for me just to even bend down and untie my shoes. Yeah, that’s how packed we are.

          I didn’t bother putting on my new gym shoes and just carried it with me to the gym so I can put it there. I can’t believe I have to use my new gym shoes out there! Didn’t it rain this morning? It better not be muddy! I sat down on the bleachers, put on my shoes, then walked t
