It was already a week since I was transferred into Cheong Pyeong high school. Why the transfer? Because if I had stayed any longer in that school, I would have been disfigured by now.

The supposed assassin had rather outstanding assets, so I didn't expect her to react that way when her boyfriend came hitting on me. She was holding onto a fruit knife, brandishing it at me as she threatened. ", know your place and off from my boyfriend." She spat. Not knowing how serious she was, I challenged "You, ask your dear boy to off from me." I spoke the truth. Her boyfriend was tugging on her shirt, trying to grab the knife from her, but cowardly retreating every time she whipped the knife in his direction. Coward. Recalling how he was just showing off his guns in my face minutes ago.    "What do you think you are doing, Miss Ji Yeon." I heard the knife drop to the floor as a tall figure entered the classroom. It was the discipline master. Phew. This man saved me from the drama, and probably from having my face disfigured. I thanked him, mentally. I wasn't his favorite student I was often caught for wearing skirts that were too short for school standards.    The girl was merely sent for a few sessions of counseling whereas the boy didn't dare contacting me since the incident. "You're transferring school. " my father announced as he drove me home from school. No wonder that possessive girlfriend dared to flaunt her outrageousness in the school compound. She knew her father, the CEO of some big company that I couldn't remember, or didn't bother remembering, would protect her from punishment and such.    Cheong Pyeong High School, on the other hand, was an average school that most middle-class families would send their kids to, with a few exceptions of rich families like mine. However, one thing that is sickeningly similar to Daewon is that the males still loved how I look, and the females still hated me to guts, just not to the extent of disfiguring me. I knew because although they disliked me for snatching all the attention from the guys, they had eyes that looked too timid whenever I returned their glares.    During the first week, I made a few friends. Some girls, as usual, volunteered to tour me around the school and invited me to join them during lunch breaks. I agreed, of course. I would rather put up with their fake-ness than being seen eating alone. All these years of popularity has gotten me so conscious about my image. Don't get me wrong, I am not so full of myself to think that these girls only came to me just because I am popular amongst guys. Back in elementary school, when I was still innocen
