STILL IN THE FLASH BACK…

“Calmed down Hyo. This would be a great exploration” Sooyoung cheerfully said

“You and your crazy imagination” Hyoyeon sarcastically said

The two were exploring the passage when they heard two adult talking one is mad and the other was calm. They followed the sound and they ended up hearing the conversation.

“That’s my Dad’s voice” Sooyoung whisper to Hyoyeon

“You think so?”

“Yes silly I know my Dad’s voice” Sooyoung uttered

“Let’s ask for help from Uncle Soojin” Hyoyeon exclaimed

“Okay but how?”

“Well, let’s screamed until they heard us” Hyoyeon nonchalantly said

“Okay in a count of 3,1..2..3..” Before the girls could screamed they were snapped by a loud *BAM*

“What was that?” Hyoyeon in a scared tone

“I don’t know” Sooyoung tied to be calm

“I think its coming from the other side” Sooyoung mumbled as her heart was pounding so fast

Hyoyeon saw two big holes enough for their eyes to see the other side.

“Theirs a hole in their let’s see what’s going on, on the other side” Hyoyeon nervously said

Actually the two holes that Hyoyeon saw was the Emperor’s eyes a hand painted portrait of Soojin’s father and his eyes was purposely cut holed requested by the Emperor Himself.

The two girls peeked on the hole and they saw Soojin was seated on the floor wiping the blood on his mouth.

“Why did Grandpa hit my Dad?” Sooyoung’s voice started to crack

“I don’t think that is your grandpa Soo” Hyoyeon uttered as her eyes was fixed on the old man.

“What do you mean his not my grandpa?” Sooyoung asked

“Soo? Does your grandpa have a scare on his left arm?” Hyoyeon asked

“No”

“Then that is not your grandpa. Look the man has a scar on his left arm” Hyoyeon uttered

Sooyoung look at the man’s left arm and indeed he has a scar on his left arm.

“Why does he look like my grandpa?” Sooyoung asked confusingly

“I can answer that” Hyoyeon seriously said

Sooyoung just look Hyoyeon with confusion

“We both know that there are two types of Royal family. The head family and the branch family.  You and Amber belong to the head family which is the Emperors family and I belong to the branch family.” Hyoyeon uttered

“Yeah I know about that, but is it gonna do with this?” Sooyoung in confusion

“Will you please just listen” Hyoyeon uttered

“Okay”

“When a set of twins was born in the head family, one of the twins must belong to the head family and the other twin must belong to the branch family. That is the rule of under the royal code” Hyoyeon mumbled

“Yeah I know about that code” Sooyoung said

“A set of twins were born in the head family named Arthur and Andrew Choi. Arthur is the wisest, clever, brave and has the charisma of the people and has the potential of being a good leader but Andrew was the opposite he is wicked and greedy he loves power and fame so much that he will do anything for it. When Emperor Andy was about to choose who will be one of the twins will belong to the head and to the branch. Andrew Choi was confident enough that his father Emperor Andy will choose him over his twin brother Arthur. But it was the opposite Emperor Andy chooses Arthur rather than Andrew. Arthur Choi belongs to the head family and the next heir to the throne and Andrew belongs to the branch family and never be crowned Emperor in Kieri until all the head family members will die.” Hyoyeon exclaimed

“But..So, that man standing there has the same face of my grandfather was his twin brother Andrew Choi?” Sooyoung uttered and her eyes went wide.

“Yes that’s true” Hyoyeon mumbled

“I thought he was exiled 20 years ago” Sooyoung exclaimed

“That’s true but seven year after Emperor Arthur Choi succeeded the crown from the late Emperor Andy and restore our status as the branch family of the Royal family. Thanks to your grandfather I have to keep my title as the lady in waiting lady Kim Hyoyeon of Coastal” Hyoyeon muttered

“So, that is your grandfather that stands before my father?” Sooyoung seriously said

Hyoyeon just nodded. Sooyoung just give a big sighed. The two girls were startled by the voice of Andrew Choi. They hurriedly peek to the hole to see what’s going on.

“You dared to refuse my offer? You are as arrogant just like your father Choi Soojin” Andrew Choi sarcastically said

“That’s why granddad never chooses you as the heir to the throne. You and your wicked ambitions” Soojin in a serious tone.

“One of this day’s nephew I will bring down the head family” Andrew Choi uttered

“I will fight you Uncle, until the end” Soojin sarcastically said

“Let us see nephew” Andrew Choi mumbled as he walks out Soojin’s office and slammed the door

After a few minutes Andrea Liu, Soojin’s wife came to his office and saw her husband looking at the picture of Soober.

“Soojin..” Andrea called out

Soojin look at his wife with tears falling from his eyes. Andrea then hugged her husband tightly.

“Andrea…I’m..afraid for our daughters lives” Soojin mumbled

“I am too Soojin..” Andrea’s voice started to crack

Sooyoung for the first time saw her parents cried.
