5. Colors ~Melody & Harmony~

No! No ing way! No!

 

Tears streams down his face as he drives at law-breaking speed on the empty highway. It was pitch dark and there were no living souls seen at 2AM, the sound of the crashing wind outside his window warning him of the speed he was at, but he didn't care at all. It is still not fast enough. 

 

Thirty minutes, he finally arrived at his destination and hastily, he pulled up the car right outside the door of the house and tripped out. His body was exhausted, his eyes red and tired from the never ending crystals flowing from his orbs. He looks up at the familiar house, the first window from the right on the second floor. The light were closed, signaling the dreamland the family was in. But he needed... 

 

Desperate, he took his phone and pressed on speed dial #1. The dial tone rang for over half a minute before a sleepy voice responded. "Joongie?" 

 

"Y-Yun! I-..." Jaejoong tries to suppress his hiccups, but it came in frequency with his sniffs. "Jaejoongie?! Are you crying? Where are you?" Scrambling sounds came from the other side of the line, the manly voice wide awake. 

 

"Outs-side yo-ur house..." The call ended and a few seconds later, the front door flung open and he was pulled into a warm embrace. Sniffing vigorously, he buried his face into the younger's shoulder, grasping onto the dark colored shirt. 

 

"Shhhh..." His lover drew soothing circles on his back, his other hand supporting Jaejoong by the nape of his neck. 

 

His legs were giving in as his cries died, and Yunho picked him up, closed the door quietly behind him and took him upstairs to the younger's room. He was put gently onto the bed, "Joongie, wait me a minute."
