Autumn in Seoul.
Beautiful angelIt was really nice to have a picnic on an autumn afternoon.
The wind of Seoul took away the weaker leaves from the branches of the trees. The sun was about to hide behind the farthest buildings and it painted the sky in many shades of orange. They could watch it from the park they were at. Sitting below a big tree on a hill, Juliette could smell the sweet scent of the flowers while her husband was sitting behind her, about to see the sunset. The afternoon was peaceful. It was a day without work or a schedule, without meetings or dancing practices, without the noise or the movement of the city.
Jinki rested his hands over his wife's belly, between her t-shirt and the front of her overall, thinking that days like those shouldn't end. But before it happened, there was a special place where he wanted to take her. They stood up, and they walked through the park of big cherry blossom trees until almost the end of it. And then, in front of her, there was a maze made of walls of bushes.
Juliette thought this was exciting.
"Whoever goes out first wins, and the loser will give a kiss to the winner. Okay?" Jinki kissed her cheek, smiled like a kid, and disappeared inside the maze.
Considering she was left-handed, she chose the left path. Some paths took her to others, but not all of them. She walked with some difficulties, until she listened the song she knew very well: it was like a whisper in her ears, like an eco being brought to her.
In your eyes.
Finally, she reached the end of the maze. She admired with surprise the beauty of the place; inside a big circle, walls of bushes closed the place, except by the door of wood on the other side. In the middle there was a bench, and he was there. While he walked to her, Juliette couldn't avoid feeling nervous when she saw that smile. The same smile from a year ago.
A year.
Jinki stopped in front of her and took her hands, with a warm feeling that she felt in her heart.
"Were you scared, little angel?"
"No." Juliette said smiling. "I think it was fun. We should do that again."
Juliette was so lovely, making Jinki giggled before he pressed his lips against hers, soft and gentle as always. He pulled away a few seconds later and he looked at Juliette with adoration, just the same way he always did.
"Marry me, angel."
Juliette look at him confused while she remembered their wedding day.
"But we are already married, Jinki."
"I Know." He smiled. "I meant i want you to marry me again. This time not because our parents wanted it that way. This time i want to be in the altar waiting for you, but knowing that you want it too. I don't want you to feel nervous because it was an arranged marriage, i want you to feel what i felt; the emotion of being part of the life of the person i love."
At that time, Juliette liked him, but the idea of marriage was still confusing for her. There was a big difference between being engaged and being married. Be there that day, in God' house, it turned into something real what it looked to be just an idea. But everything was different now, and even if she didn't think about get married again, she looked at this as a second opportunity. What a wonderful day was that, so beautiful as his love for her. But before answer him, raindrops fell from the sky. She always liked the rain, and then not, or so she thought for a while, but then she met him and that changed again. She had changed thanks of him, or rather say, she returned to being who she was.
“I want to marry you againg, Jinki.”
Jinki smiled like a child, and he pressed his lips against hers again. The sweetness of his lips made her shiver as he took her in his arms, while she felt his soft hair in her hand.
It was a beautiful afternoon.
In her new life;
Jong made her life easier with his jokes.
Key was a protective mother.
Tae was like a little brother.
Minho took care of her in silence.
And she never thought she would be good friends with Krystal, Baekhyun and Chanyeol.
Jinwoo, Sam and Danny, her old friends, helped her everytime she needed it.
And expecting for their baby, it was a beautiful "now" for Juliette and Jinki.
But not all was that beautiful.
Jealous, discussions and confessions.
So...
Stop!
The romantic music is cut.
Let's go back to the beginning...
When not all was love.
