jaejoong sat in front of his brother , glaring at him as the younger ate his food not even sparing him a glance , jaejoong huffed and pointed an accusing finger at his brother

“ yah stop eating that “

He said clearly pissed off , jonghyun looked at him with a faint smile before returning to eat from a bento box he bought with him to jaejoong’s restaurant , which made the blond even madder if that’s possible

“ yah kim jonghyun , why would you call me and say you were coming to my restaurant if you already bought something with you ha ? I entered the kitchen and prepared you something myself , the almighty kim jaejoong you “

Jaejoong finely bursted out , making jonghyun almost choke on his food , rolling his eyes jaejoong handed jonghyun a cup of water and tapped him on the back ,   the younger gulp it in one go while trying not cough

“ so , who’s food you are eating ?”

Clearing his throat , jonghyun tried to even his breath before answering with a low voice , avoiding meeting his brother’s eyes

“ um .. m-my secretary made it for me .. “

With widened eyes , jaejoong stared at jonghyun who looked down shyly , grabbing a spoon he poked his food trying to ignore the look his hyung was giving him

“ oh my god “

Jaejoong finely said , standing up all of a sudden , he pointed a finger at his younger brother , getting weird stares from the other people who were eating on the restaurant

“ you shuttered jonghyun , this is the first time you shutter in front of me , you didn’t even shutter when you burned down my kitchen “

Jaejoong said dramatically , his voice getting a pitch higher with every word he said

Jonghyun shifted in his seat and put down his spoon , he glared at his brother and smiled coldly , mouthing a ‘sit down hyung’

 getting shivers from his brother’s glare , jaejoong huffed and sat down ,crossing his arms jaejoong whined cutely

“ don’t glare at me like that I’m your hyung “

 “ it’s because you are making a scene out of nothing hyung , he made me the food and you know I can’t waste food like that , and I just can’t enter any restaurant and eat my meal like this , that’s why I came here  “

Jaejoong huffed upon hearing that

“ yeah you clearly cannot waste food “

He said pointing toward the food he made for jonghyun lovingly before realizing he brought something with him and jonghyun just stared dumbly at him before continuing eating his meal like a little kid , the way he was smiling made jaejoong smile too , standing up jaejoong shook his head and decided to go back to the kitchen to watch over the cooks

Jonghyun never thought that kibum’s food would taste this good , but really it does , he is even a better cook than jaejoong but he would never admit that , the way the food was cutely packed made jonghyun smile wider , when he opened the box he didn’t think that he would be eating from it , especially since his hyung already cooked , but , they was it was made sincerely made him feel a bit guilty if he didn’t at least taste it

and to tell the truth

he doesn’t regret it

“ did kibum made you this ?”

Yunho said startling jonghyun who choked again on his food , Yunho laughed at that and sat in front of him

“ how did you know “

Jonghyun finely asked , his face a bit red from coughing

“ lucky guess?”

Yunho answered making a V sign and smiling cutely and jonghyun just chuckled at his act , he pouted his lips and decided he had enough food for a century

“ why are you guys making a big deal of this it’s just food , he made it for 3 other guys too , he was just being polite “

Yunho tsked and crossed his arms

“ jonghyun , jonghyun , you are so smart .. yet so dumb “

“ yah”

Jonghyun whined getting mad at his smiling hyung

“ well I’m the one in a relationship and you are the one who was never in one, so , yes you are dumb when it comes to this stuff “

Jonghyun scoffed and shrugged his shoulders deciding that he doesn’t want to talk about the subject anymore

“ yunnie you are here”

Jeajoong said running toward his boyfriend and hugging him , jonghyun shifted a little in his seat when the love birds kissed and looked elsewhere to give the couple their privacy

“ I made food for jonghyun but he wouldn’t eat it , and then he yelled at me“

Jaejoong said as he sat down on yunho’s lap  pouting adorably , still glaring toward jonghyun who mouthed a ‘what’

“ yah why would you yell at your hyung “

Yunho scolded jonghyun , and the youngest rolled his eyes and made a face when jaejoong hugged yunho closer

 “you know what ,  I will bring it for you to eat “

The blond said happily clapping his hands and Yunho’s eyes widened smiling in an apologizing smile

“ I ate at the office jae “

Jaejoong glared at his boyfriend and said again, his tone a bit scary this time

“ I will bring it for you to eat “

Jonghyun stared at his scary brother as he walked back to the restaurant kitchen , he chuckled and looked at his hopeless friend

“ well thank god I’m dumb hyung “

He said mockingly earning a glare

It was finely the weekend , and kibum never appreciated the idea of not having to go to work more , he laid lazily in his bed , just because he can he stared at the white curtains that failed in keeping the sunlight out of the room , the blond rolled in his bed and hugged the blue sheets around himself

closing his eyes , he tried to sleep a bit more ,but he just couldn’t , his body was already used to waking up early, deciding he had enough of laying down , he stood up and stretched , deciding to actually prepare a good breakfast for himself

he deserved that much

after doing his morning routine and taking extra time in the shower , kibum walked lazily toward his kitchen , his second favorite place in the world , he opened the refrigerator surprised to find nothing in there , pouting his lips he cursed himself for forgetting to do the grocery for so long he ruffled his blond hair and headed back to his room to put on some clothes and go shopping

he wore a gray sweater and putted on some dark gray leggings , enjoying the way his looked on those , doing his hair he pouted , he would love it if he could go to his job in these pants , but he knows that jonghyun would be all ‘ I’m a man of manners and these pants aren’t appropriate for work ’ , the blond chuckled at the thought and put on his glasses before taking his keys and getting out of the house

he liked walking in the morning especially when he didn’t need to run to catch the bus , the buzz of his phone made him stop walking , checking it , he was surprised to find a message from joong

to : kibum

good morning

smiling at the message ,  he decided to reply with a simple good morning and continued walking , only to be surprised again when joong  messaged him again , just a few seconds after his own message

um , so , how are you ? I missed you

kibum rolled his eyes and replied busily as he made his way toward the grocery store nearby

okay I guess , it’s only been a day since you finished your job at the school you know

kibum replied and held his phone in his hand , he greeted the nice ahjummah who was cleaning the aisle as he made his way inside

kibum was trying to chose between the strawberry jam and the peach jam when he heard his boss’s voice , eyes widening , he looked around him looking for a certain brunette , but he did not find him anywhere near , he sighed and looked back at the strawberry jam in his hand , only to hear the deep voice again

“ oh great , now I’m even hearing his annoying voice inside of my head …”

He said panicking  grabbing his hair he looked around , hearing the voice in his head getting louder and clearer

“ oh god I’m going crazy “

Putting both the jams on his basket he nearly ran out of the aisle to pay and get out of there , bumping into something hard  kibum fell down on the floor , his phone and the basket that was full of grocery falling of his hand in result

“ ouch will you watch where you are going “

Kibum said with a whinny voice ,looking up his eyes met his boss’s cold one as he stood there putting his hands on his pockets , the blond reached forward , still kneeling in front of jonghyun and pinched jonghyun’s leg , making the older flinch and jump away from him

“ what the hell “

Jonghyun said clearly pissed off from kibum’s odd behavior  that he won’t even get used to

“ oh boss you are real thank god “ he said smiling , his dimples showing , while looking up at jonghyun who just shook his head and extended a hand to help kibum up

“ yes I am real , what an interesting fact kibum-ssi”

Kibum collected the things that fell from his basket and accepted jonghyun’s hand as he helped him stand up , the blond cleared his pants and looked awkwardly at jonghyun , who was clearly eying his legs making him feel a bit embarrassed , he wanted to yell at his face so he would look away and the weird butterflies that were filling his stomach would go away

“ so um see you Monday “

Kibum said as he rushed away from jonghyun , praying to god that the older won’t say anything , for some odd reason , seeing jonghyun all casual with a tee-shirt and some shorts made the blond feel weird and funny , and he  just want to get out of his boss’s sight do he won’t , as usual , say stupid stuff

“ kibum-ssi “

Jonghyun called the blond who stopped in track and turned around with a creepy smile

“ didn’t you forget something ?”

Kibum raised an eyebrow and looked at himself

his clothes check

 his basket full of jam and unhealthy food , check

 he looked at jonghyun again and shook his head

With a sigh , jonghyun kneeled down and grabbed the younger’s phone before showing it to him , the phone buzzed in his hand and the older didn’t realize what he was doing until he opened the message kibum got and read it making kibum yell and run toward him

“ yah what the hell “

Kibum said while he snatched the phone from jonghyun’s hand

“ oh I’m sorry it was an innocent act “

Jonghyun said raising his hands with an innocent smile , kibum tsked and mumbled something under his breath that jonghyun pretended he did not hear

“ anyways thank you for picking up my phone boss “

Kibum said cutely and patted his boss’s shoulder , jonghyun nodded away and said his goodbyes politely , with an unfamiliar expression on his face

Deciding it was none of his business kibum looked down at his phone and sighed , reading the message

To : kibum

Do you want to go out with me ? on a date ?

Ruffling his blond locks , kibum kept staring at the screen phone , not knowing how to answer , or what to say to joong

Joong surely was hot , he was good looking and had good manners , plus he was manly ,just kibum’s style  , but believe it or not , kibum felt nothing toward the later , he knew joong was flirting with him this whole time , but he didn’t know he’d go as far to ask him out

He looked up from his phone and stared at the place where jonghyun was standing , the expression he had on his face after he returned his phone made its way back to his mind

Did he read the message ? was it the reason he had that kind of expression on his face ?

Kibum shook his head quickly trying to hunt away the stupid hopeful ideas that were forming in his head

“ what the hell Is wrong with you “

Kibum said out loud , earning a glare from a women passing by , his eyes winded and apologized  awkwardly , running toward the exit of the store

From now on , he will drink coffee and stay home on the weekends , that’s for sure

Kibum changed into his pajamas and sat in front of the tv , he made himself some chocolate waffles and a hot cup of coffee .

The blond kept changing the channels but found nothing that was worth watching , his mind kept wondering to his phone and the message joong sent him

Grabbing the pink object , he stared at the screen for few seconds before unlocking it and opening the message , deciding that he have to reply , but what is he going to say

He doesn’t even know

Joong was such a sweetheart , and he knows that it will be fun going out with him , but he doesn’t want to get his hopes up since he feels nothing for him

But the thing is , every time kibum thought of the idea of him being together with joong , in a date , oddly he remember  the expression jonghyun gave him and the idea that maybe , just maybe ,  his boss was jealous made him grin like an idiot

Sighing , kibum stared at his phone again trying to find the right words to respond , he jumped backward when the device buzzed in his hands , he stared in awe at the number that was calling , a smirk getting back to his face , clearing his throat , he picked up the phone

“ hello boss “

He said crossing his legs

“ yeah .. hello “

If kibum didn’t think it would freak out the older , he would’ve squealed about how cute jonghyun sounds all shy like that

So he was jealous after all

“ so um , what’s up “

He heard jonghyun clear his throat over the phone

“ yeah , I mean , did you send all the teachers their schedules ?”

Rolling his eyes kibum smiled and answered

“ yes boss , I did “

“ good good “

Kibum nodded and looked at the tv , waiting for jonghyun to say something , oh god he was enjoying this

“ you do know that you will be quite busy once the kids are back to school , you won’t even have time for yourself …. Yet alone .. to um dating “

Kibum wanted to throw his phone when jonghyun said that , why won’t he admit he was a bit jelly

“ so you did saw the message joong sent me, isn’t that against your principals boss ?”

Jonghyun sighed and said clearly pissed off

“ I cannot have a busy secretary you know , so I must be informed about this kind of stuff , professionally talkin...”

“yeah yeah right “

Kibum rolled his eyes for the fourth time while speaking to his boss , he really is getting on his nerves

“ so I just wanted to make sure that you know that you are still in a training period , if you really want to be a teacher you may want to delay the dating thing “

And with that kibum snapped , not caring if he was talking to his boss anymore, standing up from his blue couch he yelled over the phone

“ who the hell do you think yourself , as my boss you have no right to tell me what to do in my personal life and..”

“ I know “

Jonghyun said nervously the tone of his voice making kibum stop yelling, blinking his eyes he sat back down and said quietly

“ oh .. that’s right , you should never interfere in my personal life “

Kibum said bossily , feeling a bit superior for the first time

“ just …. I .. pretend this conversation never happened “

Hearing the defeated nervous  tone in jonghyun’s voice , kibum smiled a bit and answered quietly

“ okay “

“ okay “

Hanging up , kibum stared again at his phone , a pink blush on his cheeks and a shy smile decorating his face  , making his final decision , he wrote down his respond and laid back on his couch
