Chapter Six
Needs | EDITINGThe cafe was busy and Sulli was busily running around the store, serving and taking orders. When 7 came around, Sulli was still busy and Minho just came in
"Annyonghaesaeyo. Welcome to Guilty Pleasure Cafe. How many sir?" Sulli said in an happy tone, without even knowing it, Minho was the customer that just came in. Minho chuckles as he was standing there
"Omo!" Sulli says, as she looked at Minho, he starts to laugh and Sulli starts to get red, 'I look embarrassing'
"It seems like your busy, I think it was the wrong time to ask you to dinner" Minho says, Sulli gave an uneasy smile. Looking around the cafe, it was mega packed with people, Sulli lowered her head
"Sorry. I didn't know it will be this busy today. I'm really sorry." Sulli apologizes, Minho shakes his head. Sulli slightly jumped when she felt Minho's hand on her shoulder. She looked up at him and he was giving a smile making Sulli's heart beat so fast
"It's okay. I understand. There's always a next time, right?" Minho says, smiling. Sulli grinned, nodding her head
"I know you're tired but do you mind sticking around for a cup of coffee? It's on me, I don't want to leave hanging after the dinner got canceled." Sulli says
"Sure. Can you spare time for that?" Minho asked, worried that it might affect her especially if she's still on duty
"It's for a bit, they won't mind. I always do this when Taemin Oppa comes by. Well, most of the time" Sulli says, Minho chuckles. Sulli took Minho to a next available seat she could find. She took off her apron and hat and took a seat across from Minho
"What would you like to drink?" Sulli asked
"Give me your best selling drink" Minho said, Sulli smiled. She quickly went to the kitchen and got the drinks for the best of them. It was no joke that their iced chai latte with a dash of caramel was Guilty Pleasure's best selling drink
"I present to you, Guilty Pleasure's best selling drink. An iced Chai Latte with caramel. Tell me what you think" Sullo says with a smile as she placed the drink in front of Minho before she took her seat. Minho took a sip of the drink and Sulli was anticipating his response
"This drink sure lives up the name of the cafe, it's a guilty pleasure alright. It's really good, thank you" Minho says, laughing a bit
"I'm proud to say that I know how to make this myself, I can hook you up if you want. I'll personally make it for you" Sulli says, Minho laughs but agrees
"I'll be looking forward to that" Minho says with a big smile. It was like if they were in their worlds, the surroundings didn't mind them, it was as if they were only focused on each other
"Omo, it's been an hour." Sulli said, looking at her watch
"I think we overspent the time given to you. Are you sure you wouldn't get punished for it? What have I done?" Minho says, Sulli starts to laugh, getting red. She starts to wave her hands, still laughing
"It's not your fault. Don't worry, I've done this before, they didn't say anything. It's fine, really." Sulli assures, Minho sighs in a relief
"You should probably go now" Minho says, Sulli nods. She got off from her seat and put back on her apron and hat and fixed herself
"I had a fun time, let's do this again some other time." Sulli says with a smile, Minho smiles as well, nodding. Minho bids goodbye first and soon after left the cafe completely. Also, Sulli was back to working, attending to the customers

It was almost 10 when Sulli's shift finally ended and she was on the bus going home. Hours ago before Minho left, Sulli made a promise to Minho that she will call him or at least text him that she safely arrived home after knowing that when it's a busy day like this and with her shift ending late, she's takes the bus home alone and it got Minho worried for her, but Sulli assured him that she can handle herself but Minho insisted
So right as Sulli entered her apartment building, she called Minho right away. Sulli got the thought of Minhp being a protective boyfriend but Sulli brushed the thought away
[on the phone]
Sulli: Yes, Mr. I'm home safely now. You can stop worrying now
Minho: Are you sure? You aren't still on the bus home?
Sulli: How many times do I have to tell you?! No, I'm not in the bus anymore. I just got home a few minutes ago. Now, relax
Minho: Okay, just making sure your perfectly safe. I don't want my bride to be missing on our wedding day
Sulli: Your bride will be there, don't worry. It's getting late, you should sleep
Minho: You should too. Well good night
Sulli: Good night Mr. Minho
Minho: Night Sulli
Right after Sulli ended the phone call, Sulli felt like she was high on happiness. It was like just talking to Minho, her worries went away. Was it wrong for her to think that way when they only know each other for a few days?

Over the next few days, Sulli and Minho hasn't been talking nor texting since they're last meeting. One was because both Sulli and Minho were busy with their work and have no time to meet up although both want to
During Minho's free time at the company, waiting for another meeting or so, he looks at his phone and contemplates if he should just call Sulli and ask how was her day or what, he only wanted to hear her voice
"Just call her. It's not a bad thing to call, you know that right? Hyung, stop looking at the phone and just call. I bet she's waiting for your call." Taemin said, he visited Minho at the office and he was welcomed with Minho looking at his phone and then back down again
"But what if she's busy? Aish, so frustrating" Minho says, throwing his phone completely on the table in front of him, Taemin laughs
"Looks like you're already fallen for her. Could it be that the Choi Minho finally finds the woman of his dreams?" Taemin teases, Minho grabs the closest thing he could find to throw at Taemin, he only laughs it off
"Shut up, Tae. It's not that." Minho says defensively, now Taemin is more intrigued with how Minho came quick to senses and defended his himself
"Being defensive, huh Choi? Look hyung, sooner or later, one of you will fall in love with each other. Let's see who will fall in love first. You or her?" Taemin says, Minho rolls his eyes
"What are you even doing here? Your clearly distracting me with the things I have to finish." Minho says
"Oh hyung, your not even busy. You call that busy while looking on your phone? Nice one, Mr. President." Taemin responds with sarcasm
"If your too scared to call her, I'll call her for you." Taemin says as he took out his phone and starts to dial Sulli's number. After a couple of rings, Sulli finally picked up the phone and answered
"Minho hyung wants to talk to you. Here you go" Taemin says, giving the phone to Minho forcefully. After many tries, Minho finally accepts the phone but looks mad towards Taemin
'Your so dead after this. Just watch Lee Taemin' Minho mouths to Taemin, Taemin only smiled, signaling to talk before Sulli hangs up completely
[on the phone]
Sulli: Yeobosaeyo? Minho? Are you there? Minho? Hello?
Minho: Sorry about that
Sulli: It's okay. Anyways, what do you want to tell me?
Minho: How's your day going? Are you working today?
Sulli: Its been going good, I guess. And no, it's my day off today. Why what's up?
Minho: Nothing. Um, have you eaten lunch yet?
Sulli: No I haven't, only a slight snack. Why?
Minho: Lets have lunch together
Sulli: Okay! I'd love that
Minho: That's wonderful. I'll pick up in 20 minutes, so get ready
Sulli: Alright. Call me when your here.
Minho: Okay. Bye Sulli. I'll see you in a bit
Sulli: Bye Minho
After hanging up, Minho got up from his seat and walked over to Taemin. He gave back his phone and said nothing
after. Taemin starts to laugh as he notices that Minho was ignoring him. Possibly his punishment? Taemin got up from the couch and sat in one of the seats in front of Minho's desk
"Well hyung, nice move huh?" Taemin said, Minho looks up and sees Taemin smiling.
"Whatever Tae. I need to get going. My bride is waiting for me." Minho says, getting up and preparing to leave. Taemin only chuckles. Minho informed his secretary about his whereabouts and instructed to call off all his afternoon appointments. Minho and Taemin left the building together but went into seperate cars and went seperate ways
As for Sulli, she was busily picking out her clothes to wear and getting ready for her lunch date with Minho. Sulli was contemplating on which she would wear for over 10 minutes but in the end choose to wear jeans, a simple t-shirt along with a light cardigan and sneakers. As for her hair, Sulli tied it into a high ponytail and for makeup, she only appiled BB cream and a tinted lip balm. Also spraying a little perfume
Just as what Minho said on the phone, Minho called her 20 minhtes later and just in time, Sulli was done getting ready and headed down stairs. As she got out of the building, Minho's car was parked in front with him standing in front of it, wearing sunglasses and his company attire
"There you are. Took you long enough. So lets go? Minho teases a bit, Sulli smiles. Both went inside the car snd Minho started the engine and drove off. The first few minutes were definitely quiet and awkward until Sulli broke it off and started to open up about a topic
"Looking good, Mr. President. Nice suit by the way" Sulli compliments, Minho chuckles. Although Minho was focused on the road, he could see that she was looking at right him with a smile plastered on her face
"I don't feel comfortable in these clothes. Do you mind if we stop by my house so I can change into more comfortable clothing? It will only take like 10 minutes" Minho said, taking a quick glance at Sulli
"That's fine, we're not in a rush right? Take your time, I can wait" Sulli says, Minho nods. So that's what they did, they headed to Minho's place. It wasn't too far from Sulli's place but it took about 25 minutes. As soon as they entered the village, Sulli was in awe at how grand and beautiful the houses were
A few turns here and there but they finally reached Minho's. And just within the driveway, Sulli already had gawking wide open. It was certainly something different than what Sulli sees on TV, online, etc. It got Sulli thinking on how rich Minho's family and him can be. With a massive front yard and house, it must cost a fortune
"It looks like umma and appa aren't home. Do you want to come down or wait here in the car?" Minho says as he finishes parking the car. Sulli came back to her sense and looked at Minho
"What did you say? Sorry, I was in a daze for a moment." Sulli says, Minho laughs lightly and started to repeat himself again
"This might sound a bit rude or what, but can I take a tour of your home? It intrigues me and it's like a museum to me" Sulli says, quite embarrassed. Her cheeks were flushed in a pink color
"Don't be embarrassed, go head and do so. There's several maids around to assist you. Come on" Minho said, tapping her hands gently, Sulli nods and gets out of the car. Minho follows after. Right when Sulli stepped down, at least 2 maids approached her with a smile
"Good Afternoon, young lady. You must be Sir Minho's fiancée. Please come inside" One of the maids said with a warm smile, Sulli grinned at followed along. She turned around to look for Minho and once she found him, Minho insisted to go along with her
As the maid opened the door, revealing the interior of the house, Sulli looked around with curious eyes. It was elegant, so classy and so welcoming. There was a huge portrait of Minho's family that was greeting her. It consisted of the four of them. Minho's mom, dad, Krystal and Minho. It looked absolutely beautiful
Sulli also noticed that there were also frames on a table below the portrait. Sulli walked over to it and it was baby photos as well individual photos of Minho and Krystal. It undeniable that they had good looking genes in their blood. They were all handsome and beautiful
"Make your self feel at home. I'll be upstairs, changing. I'll be down in a bit. Walk around her, if you like" Minho said from behind, startling Sulli. She turned around and Minho was smiling at her
"Did I scare you? Sorry" Minho said apologetically, Sulli smiles but was shaking her head. Sulli assured that he did scare her for bit but all is well. Minho went up the grand staircase and Sulli walked around the household
Sulli couldn't deny the fact that it was very spacious with all the rooms and so forth. It was when Sulli reached the back yard when the maid came out with a tray of juice and snacks
"Young Lady, please take a sit and have some these snacks" One of the older looking maid said, Sulli obeyed and took a seat at one of the seats out there
"Thank you ahjumma." Sulli says with a smile. The ahjumma smiled back and started to take out the juice and snacks and began pouring a glass of juice for Sulli. After doing so, she handed it over to Sulli which she gladly accepted
"You are Sir Minho's soon to be wife, right? Oh that boy, he found a perfect and beautiful women for him." The ahjumma said, smiling in adoration towards Sulli
"Ne? Ah, yes. Thank you" Sulli said, smiling
"What's your name if I may ask" She kindly asked
"It's Sulli." Sulli replied
"Such a beautiful name for a beautiful young lady" Ahjumma compliments, Sulli smiles a bit
"Please don't hesitate to make yourself feel at home. Soon enough, this will be your home too." Ahjumma said before leaving Sulli behind. 10 minutes after, Minho came down stairs and searched for Sulli. He was informed that she was at the backyard
"Let's go?" Minho said, Sulli turned around and saw that Minho was walking towards her. Now he was wearing more comfortable clothes and it looked like they were unexpectedly matching with each other
"Huh? Yeah, let's go" Sulli said as she got up from her seat and walked to Minho. Soon enough, they went back to the car and drove off to the restaurant.
"Seems like your hungry. What do you want to eat?" Minho says, teasing her after Sulli's stomach growled
"Its really up to you" Sulli said, Minho nods. After much thought, they ended up going to one of the most popular barbecue spots in Seoul. It was a quick drive from Minho's place to the restaurant. Since the restaurant takes vallet parking, Minho and Sulli got off the car and went inside the restaurant. The ambience of the restaurant as well as the aroma of the meat being grilled gave thrill to Sulli
Taking their seats, Minho looked at the menu and started to pick out a variety of meats and a few seafood. The server kindly placed side dishes and in minutes, the meat came out and it was time to grill
"Let me grill" Sulli suggested but Minho insisted that he'll do it and she just have to eat. After much persistence, Minho won. With a few meat grilled, Sulli took one of the leaves and made a wrap and fed it Minho
"Ahh" Sulli said as she placed the wrap in front of Minho's mouth. Minho was startled for bit but ate it happily
"Delicious? Eottae? " Sulli said, still chewing and unable to respond properly, Minho gave a thumbs up to her, Sulli giggled slightly as she made one for herself and another one for Minho
"The meat just melts in your mouth! Oh so yummy. Daebak!" Sulli says with a smile, Minho puts the tong down and offered a high five towards Sullic smiling at towards her.
"What would like to drink? Cola? Soju?" Minho says, Sulli shrugs, busily eating. Minho couldn't contain his smile seeing how cute Sulli looked, too adorable. Minho asked the server to give them a bottle of rice wine and two glasses. As the server came back, she personally poured the drink
"Cheers!" Minho offered with his glad rised high, Sulli did the same thing and in one shot, both drank the rice wine in a go
"Woo!" Sulli says, Minho laughs. Then again, Minho pours another shot for Sulli and cheered for another time but said something more meaningful
"Let's have a beautiful friendship and happy married life! Cheers!" Minho said, clinking their glasses together before they digested the drink once more. It was a lunch that was filled with laughter, jokes and memories to remember. Minho leaned that Sulli could get drunk off of rice wine just like how she is right now
"More! More! More! More!" Sulli demanded, slamming the glass hard on the table, Minho laughs as he poured another shot of the rice wine. Sulli can be careless when she is drunk but that doesn't mean she is completely out of her mind
"I think we should stop now, you and I drank to many. 4 bottles of rice wine and your drunk as heck. Let's stop this, hmm?" Minho says, a bit tipsy but was controllable. He opened his eyes and Sulli already had her head on the table
"Ahjumma! The check please!" Minho asked, minutes after the ahjumma came out with the check and Minho took out his wallet and paid for the lunch. Although Minho was a bit tipsy, he can still manage to pick up Sulli and drive back home. Leaving the restaurant and heading back home, Minho drove back to Sulli's place.
He parked the car and carried Sulli up to her apartment. He gently placed her on the floor beside her door as he searched her bag for her keys. Upon finding it, he opened the door and and gently carried her to her bed. Minho took off her shoes and placed a blanket over her, tucking her in
Right when Minho was about to close her door and leave, Sulli started to yell and looked like she was experiencing a nightmare. Minho went back inside and cooed her, making her feel safe
"Don't leave umma, don't leave me yet. I need you here" Sulli mumbles with tears running down her face as Minho placed her head on his lap, caressing her head. Minho felt bad for Sulli, she must have experienced a lot of things after her mother died and with her being so young, Minho felt sympathy
The next thing Sulli did surprised Minho, Sulli hugged Minho's waist tightly and was snuggling into his waist. Minho let her be, he knew she went through a lot and this is only the few ways he could help her
"Sssh, it's going to be fine. I'm here" Minho said, patting her head. Minho positioned himself comfortably and unknowingly, he also went to his own dreamland himself
Minho knew that deep within his heart that as a friend, Minho would always be there for Sulli for as she went through a lot and have no one to comfort her but besides herself. He wanted to help Sulli in the littlest ways he can
