Minho of course was happy and excited for the new blessing, another addition to the family has yet to be added and he couldn't wait for it. But on the other hand, Sulli felt anxious and worried for this pregnancy, she doesn't want to mess anything up and have a pre labor situation again 

 

"So love, how do you feel?" Minho started out slowly with his eyes focused on the road still. Sulli looked away from the window and turned to face Minho 

 

"Am I ready to be pregnant again?" Sulli said, confusing Minho 

 

"What are you saying? Isn't this a blessing?" Minho asked as they were pulling up on the driveway

 

"What if this pregnancy becomes pre mature like with Hyun Joon? I'm scared for that, baby" Sulli voiced out her worries, Minho chucked lightly. He took her hand, and gently held it 

 

"It won't. You know why? Because you know what you're doing this time and hey, what happened to Hyun Joon was unexpected, okay? Like they say, every pregnancy is different." Minho comforted her, Sulli turned her face the other way but Minho took her by the chin, making her face him instead. Slowly, he gently covered her lips with his

 

"We'll be fine." Minho whispered as he moved away. This time, Sulli smiled a tiny bit. As they entered the house, a hyper Hyun Joon came running, greeting them with hugs and kisses 

 

"Minho darling, Sulli dear. You're back. So how did the doctor go? Everything fine?" Minho's mother asked as she came from the kitchen

 

"Everything went well, mom. We got exciting news too" Minho informed, Sulli started to giggle. 

 

"What is it, dear?" His mom asked, Minho and Sulli looked at each other briefly, smiling. Both nodded towards one another before facing Minho's mother once again

 

"Let's just say that Hyun Joon won't be lonely anymore" Sulli said, giggling. Minho's mom was confused at first but seconds after, she finally understood what they were trying to convey 

 

"It's positive? Are you both sure?" Mrs. Choi asked, smiling widely at each other. Minsul laughed, nodding confirming her thoughts 

 

"Did you hear baby boy? You're going to potentially have a baby sister or brother! Or even both! Aw sweethearts, that's wonderful news!" Mrs. Choi said happily 

 

"I'm not going to be lonely anymore? I'm going to have someone else to play with? Now, I don't only have Mommy and Daddy but a sibling too! Yay! I'm excited! I can't wait" The three year old, Hyun Joon exclaimed excitedly clapping both of his hands 

 

"But now, baby boy, you have to be 

a good big brother for your new sibling, araseo?" Minho said in all seriousness as he bent down to reach Hyun Joon's height 

 

"Of course Daddy! I'll be the best big brother in the world!" Hyun Joon teases, all of them laughed. Minho kissed Hyun Joon on the cheek and playfully ruffled his hair

5 months after... 

 

After monthly check ups on the baby, today is one of the most memorable check ups yet, the gender reveal. Getting up extra early, Minho prepared breakfast for his family, unable to contain his excitement, not even getting enough sleep the night before 

 

"You're up early" Sulli said from behind as she wrapped her arms around Minho's waist, startling him  a bit. It was only 6:30 in the morning but Minho was already busy cooking up a storm in the kitchen 

 

"Good Morning, my love and good morning to you too, my angel" Minho said as he turned around, giving a kiss on the lips along with bending down and kissing Sulli's growing belly 

 

"Did you even sleep last night?" Sulli asked, feeling worried for Minho. The past week he was coming home late due to work at the office, Sulli would already be sleeping by the time Minho comes home 

 

"Only a few hours but I can live. So don't worry about me. I'm used to this already" Minho said, smiling. Sulli cupped his face and rubbed underneath his eyes gently 

 

"You're becoming like a panda already. Your dark circles are worsening by the day. Aigoo" Sulli said, pouting. Minho wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer 

 

"If I'm becoming a panda, then you're becoming more beautiful. This pregnancy really makes you glow." Minho compliments, Sulli blushes. He never fails to make her giddy and blush 

 

"Oh stop it, I'm always like this even without being pregnant" Sulli joked, Minho chuckled. 

 

Nearly an hour later, the food was prepared, they just need to wake up Hyun Joon so they can eat. Sulli insisted that she will be the one waking up Hyun Joon and getting him dressed while Minho would get some quick shut eye 

 

Entering Hyun Joon's room carefully, Sulli walked over to his bed, gently sitting down on the edge of the bed. Before actually waking him up, Sulli looked at him with adoration. They were right, Hyun Joon is an exact carbon copy of Minho 

 

"My baby boy is no longer a baby boy. You're a big boy now, even a big brother. Why are you growing up so fast?" Sulli whispered as she would move the hairs away from his face gently. Leaning down, Sulli planted a small kiss on his forehead, smiling 

 

"My baby, wake up now. Daddy made breakfast downstairs, don't you want to taste Daddy's cooking?" Sulli gently shakes Hyun Joon. Moments after, the little boy slowly got up from the bed, rubbing his eyes. Instantly, Hyun Joon raised up his hands, asking to be carried. Sulli giggled, she couldn't say no, so she picked him up, carrying Hyun Joon in her arms. After being washed up, Sulli along with the sleepy Hyun Joon walked down stairs

 

As they reached the bottom of the stairs, Minho was waiting patiently for the both of them. Minho told Sulli that he should be the one carrying Hyun Joon but as soon as Sulli tried giving him to Minho, Hyun Joon tightened his grip around Sulli's neck 

 

"No, daddy. I want Mommy" Hyun Joon said cutely, Sulli laughed, even sticking out her tongue at Minho. Laughing defeatedly, Minho walked to the dining room with Sulli following after 

 

"You have to sit down now, baby. Mommy can't carry all the time, she has to eat too. You also have to eat baby" Minho said as he tried removing Hyun Joon's arms from Sulli's neck. Luckily, he loosened his grip

 

 After the hearty breakfast made by Minho, Sulli and Hyun Joon went over to the living room and played while Minho was doing the dishes. Since the doctor's appointment was at 10 and it was only 8:30, Minsul and Hyun Joon played for a while before they would get ready and leave 

 

"Mommy, Daddy, why can't I go with you? I want to come along" Hyun Joon said, pouting with his little arms crossed in front of his chest 

 

"Because baby boy, kids aren't allowed where we're going. But maybe after, we could go the park or even the mall. How about that?! Doesn't that sound better?" Minho said, from a pout turned into a smile, Hyun Joon excitedly agreed

 

After getting ready, Minsul drove to Minho's parents house and dropped off Hyun Joon before they headed to the doctors. 

 

"Be a good boy and don't give a hard time to Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Krystal, okay? We'll see you in a few hours and we can do something fun after." Sulli said before leaving, Hyun Joon smiled, nodding along 

 

"Don't worry, unnie. Hyun Joon is safe and will definitely have a great time. So carry along and when you come back, tell us the exciting news" Krystal said, smiling. Sulli sighed in relief. Bidding their goodbye, Minsul drove to the hospital

"Ready, Mrs. Choi?" The doctor asked, Sulli smiled, nodding. The doctor asked her to lay on the bed while getting the ultrasound ready 

 

Minho's eyes were focused solely on the screen in front of them. He waited months on end for this day, he was excited to finally know the gender of the new baby 

 

"The baby is healthy, everything is going perfect. Now if you look closely, this part shows the gender of the baby." The doctor pointed on the screen as she ran through the scanner over Sulli's belly 

 

"Congrats, Mr. And Mrs. Choi, a baby girl is soon to arrive." The doctor informed, congratulating Minsul. Minho couldn't believe what he heard, he is going to have a princess

 

Minho and Sulli turned to each other and smiled widely. The ride home was different from before, Sulli was a lot more talkative and was already thinking of names for their baby girl 

 

"Do you like the name Kyung Eun? Does it sound fitting? Think about it, Choi Kyung Eun." Sulli said, Minho smiled. 

 

"That's a beautiful name. I love it but let's wait and tell the family first. Let's see what they will say" Minho suggested, Sulli nodded. 

 

After the doctor's visit, they headed  to his parents house, Sulli and Minho couldn't wait to tell them the good news.

 

"I'll no longer be the princess because we're having a new princess?" Krystal asked excitedly after hearing the news. Minho laughed, nodding. 

 

"But since when did we acknowledge you as a princess?" Minho joked, laughing. Krystal glared at him and hit him on the arm 

 

"Aunt Krystal! Don't hit Daddy! It's bad to hit people!" Hyun Joon exclaimed, Krystal was slightly taken back, Minho and Sulli laughed 

 

"Sorry baby boy" Krystal apologized, giving a kiss on the cheek. Hyun Joon took his hands and wrapped it around her neck, pulling her into a tight hug 

 

"Hyun Joon-ah, I think Aunt Krystal can't breathe if you're hugging her too tight" Sulli said, laughing. Hyun Joon let go of the hug and smiled embarrassingly 

 

Staying for lunch, Minho's mom personally cooked up a meal to celebrate the good news. It was a nice time to have everyone together and have a good time since it has been a while since they got together

 

After the lunch, Minho decided to fulfill his promise to Hyun Joon that they will go to the park, Sulli wanted to tag along but Minho forbid since the weather was sweltering and he doesn't want her to be hot 

 

"Hyun Joon baby, tell Daddy to let Mommy come along. I don't want to be stuck inside the house" Sulli asked Hyun Joon like a kid would, even pouting. Obeying, Hyun Joon went over to Minho and told him. Looking over to Sulli, she was pouting cutely. Minho chuckled, thinking about it, Minho finally let Sulli go with them 

 

"Be careful, okay? Don't talk to any strangers. You can make new friends but if you see a stranger coming to you, don't talk to them and ignore them. Okay? Me and Mommy will be over on the grass watching you." Minho said before letting Hyun Joon play in the play ground 

 

"Yes sir!" Hyun Joon cutely saluted, Minho smiled, ruffling his hair. After making sure Hyun Joon was playing nicely, Minho walked over to Sulli was and sat next to her 

 

"Are you sure you're okay? Isn't it too hot for you?" Minho asked, wiping Sulli's sweat off her face. Sulli smiled, shaking her head 

 

"I'm fine. Don't worry about me" Sulli said as she leaned her head onto his shoulder. Staying at the park for the next of couple hours, Minho and Sulli would look back on the earliest memories of Hyun Joon being a tiny baby and how he's becoming a big boy now 

 

"He's growing up to fast" Sulli said, as she looked at Hyun Joon playing happily with his new friends, laughing and giggling like there's no tomorrow 

 

"Time sure flew by fast, our Hyun Joon will soon be a big brother. I can't to see how he will treat his little sister" Minho says, laughing a little. Sulli sighs, it felt only like yesterday when they were taking home Hyun Joon for the time 

 

"He'll treat his sister like his world, he'll love her as much as we will." Sulli said, Minho smiled, agreeing.

"You're really leaving me when I'm going to be due in a week. Go ahead, leave then" Sulli said sulking, Minho has to leave for China for 5 days due to an important conference he has to attend and it made him worry about Sulli, her due date is around the corner and it could happen when he's not around 

 

"I don't want to leave with you being like this. You know, it's an important conference, if I had a way out of it, I'd take it in a heart beat but I can't. So please understand. Don't worry, I'll frequently call you and see how you're doing. Come on baby, it's only 5 days. You can get through this, this is like the one of shortest time I've been away. Remember that time when I was gone for 2 weeks? But you managed." Minho tried explaining, grabbing Sulli's hands and holding it tightly, kissing it so gently 

 

"Promise that you'll frequently call me. If possible, I want to receive a call every minute." Sulli said, earning a laugh from Minho. He couldn't say no, she was too adorable to not say it 

 

"Promise" Minho said, smiling. Sulli started break into a smile. For the last time, Minho hugged Sulli the tightest he could give, also kissing her on the lips over and over again 

 

"Be a good boy while Daddy is away okay? Don't give a hard time to Mommy. Your little sister will come anytime and I want you to protect them both. Can you promise that?" Minho said to Hyun Joon. Instantly, Hyun Joon nodded. Minho smiled, pulling Hyun Joon into a tight hug before letting go 

 

"I love you both very much. I'll see you both in a few days. Take care and  be safe." Minho said, before bidding goodbye. 

 

"Bye Daddy! You also be safe. Don't worry, I'll take care of mommy and our little princess. Oh! And don't forget my gifts!" Hyun Joon exclaimed, Minho laughed, ruffling his hair 

 

"Araseo. Daddy won't forget" Minho said, laughing. After leaving for the airport, Sulli couldn't help but feel lonely for once. Oh the hormones 

 

"It's only five days, we can do this"  Sulli whispered to herself as she rubbed her belly

 

Over the span of five days, Minho fulfilled his promise. He would  constantly call on Sulli and check up on her, asking her if everything is okay. 

 

[on the phone] 

 

Sulli: Yes, daddy. Don't worry, Mommy is taking care of herself very well 

 

Minho: I love you, baby 

 

Sulli: Me too. Come home already 

 

Minho: Just one more day and I'll be home. I miss your cooking, I think I'll stop eating Chinese food  for a while 

 

Sulli: Aigoo, sure you do. By the time you taste my cooking, you want to go back to eating Chinese food 

 

Minho: Mwo? No way 

 

Sulli: When your home, I'll cook up a feast then 

 

Minho: I'll be waiting for that. I love you 

 

Sulli: I love you too. Now, go back to the conference. I'll call you again in a couple of hours 

 

[end of phone call] 

 

After the phone call with Minho, Sulli suddenly started to feel pain in her belly. It wasn't a good sign. As she went downstairs, the pain was becoming worse

 

Before she knew it, her water broke causing distress to Hyun Joon. Luckily, just in time Taemin came. 

 

"Oppa, can you please bring me to the hospital? I think I'm going in labor. Hurry please" Sulli managed to say, acting quickly, Taemin got Sulli to the car along with Hyun Joon and the necessities.

 

 "Uncle Taemin, what's happening with Mommy? Will she be okay?"Hyun Joon asked, Taemin looked from the rear view mirror, trying to look calm as possible 

 

"She will be, Hyun Joon-ah. Let's hope she will be okay" Taemin answered. Arriving at the hospital as quick as possible, the doctors immediately gave attention to Sulli and brought her to the labor room. Right after, Taemin immediately called up Minho, informing him about the situation 

 

"Hyung, come home as soon as possible. We all need you here" Taemin said, Minho could only sigh. The possibility of him coming home is so little 

 

"I'll try Tae but even if I'm not there, please watch over my family." Minho said

 

"I will. I still need to call up Krystal. I'll make sure to call you again, hyung. You take care too" Taemin said before hanging up and calling up Krystal. While Minho could only hope for the best for Sulli and his little princess

"Aunt Krystal, why is Mommy not coming out yet? It's been forever. Is she okay?" Hyun Joon asked, Krystal bent down to his height and smiled slightly at him before pulling him into a hug 

 

"Hyun Joon baby, Mommy is doing well. You know, anytime soon little princess is coming. Are you excited?" Krystal said, still hugging him tight 

 

"Of course Aunt Krystal!" Hyun Joon said, Krystal giggled. It's been almost 4 hours since Taemin called Krystal yet Sulli still was in labor. Everyone was waiting patiently for the doctor to come out and inform about Sulli's condition 

 

Meanwhile in China.. 

 

Minho could sit still or even focus. He could only think of Sulli. He badly wants to go back to Korea and be with them but he can't

 

"Is something bothering you, Mr. Choi?" His secretary asked, noticing how uneasy Minho looked at the moment 

 

"Ah yes, I'm fine." Minho responded, his secretary grin slightly, shaking his head. He knows Minho long enough to know if something has been bothering 

 

"Mr. Minho, I've known you long enough to know that something is wrong. If you don't mind me asking, did something happen back in Korea?" His secretary asked 

 

"Taemin called me earlier. He said that Sulli is in labor" Minho slowly talked 

 

"Then why are you still here, Mr. Minho? You should be back home, by their side" Minho's secretary exclaimed, Minho starts chuckling 

 

"If I could, I would already be there by the time Taemin ended the call. But this conference is  happening, I can't just leave" Minho explained, his secretary shook his head

 

"To tell you you honestly, Mr. Minho. This conference is less important than what's happening in Korea. If you would like, I can take over and you can head home." His secretary suggested, Minho looked at him brightly 

 

"Is that even possible?" Minho asked

 

"We can always make it possible" And with that, Minho went online and booked the earliest flight he could get. He couldn't wait to go home and be with Sulli again.

Touching down in Seoul, Minho immediately called up Taemin. Explaining what has happened, Taemin quickly drove to the airport and picked up Minho

 

"How is she, Tae?" Minho asked, Taemin smiled slightly 

 

"She's still in labor. It's been almost 6 hours. Good thing you came home" Taemin said, Minho smiled 

 

"I would do anything to be with them" Minho responded. Driving to the hospital as soon as possible, Minho rushed where everyone else was. Being hugged with Hyun Joon's arms made everything better for Minho 

 

"I missed you, Daddy" Hyun Joon said, Minho ruffled his hair before planting kisses all over his face 

 

"Me too, baby. Were you a good boy while I was gone?" Minho responded, Hyun Joon giggled, nodding his head

 

"That's my boy" Minho said, ruffling his hair once more.  Just in time, the doctor came out bringing good news for them to hear 

 

"Mrs. Choi and the baby are doing great. They will be now transferred into a private room shortly." The doctor said before leaving. Everyone rejoiced, they all can't wait to see the new birth of life 

 

Opening her eyes, Sulli was greeted with a smiling face of Minho's. It was like her tiredness went away as soon as she saw him smile

 

"You did well, Mommy. I'm proud of you" Minho said as he held her hand and planted a kiss on her forehead 

 

"Where is she?" Sulli asked softly, Minho pointed to where his mom was at, everyone basically wanted to have hold of the princess 

 

"Look Mommy! It's baby princess! My little sister is here!" Hyun Joon shouts, Sulli and Minho laughed 

 

"So what are you naming this cutie?" Mrs. Choi asked as she walked over to Sulli, gently putting the newborn into her arms. It feel like it was just yesterday when Sulli first carried Hyun Joon,  now almost 4 years later,  the same feeling is still there 

 

"Choi Kyung Eun" Minho said, Smiling. surprising Sulli. Minho looked at Sulli and smiled gently towards her 

 

"That's a beautiful name" Krystal giggled, Sulli smiled. Taking a close look on Kyung Eun, Minho knew that she will grow up beautifully like her mom 

 

"Look Hyun Joon baby, it's your new little sister, Choi Kyung Eun. Isn't she pretty like Mommy?" Minho said, chuckling. Hyun Joon sat next to Sulli and admired his sister 

 

"Of course, my sister is as beautiful as Mommy." Hyun Joon said, giggling. Sulli will forever be grateful to have a family with Minho

 

With the little things in life, Sulli is grateful for it all. Having Minho, Hyun Joon and now Kyung Eun by her side, anything is possible 

 

"Thank you" Minho whispered into Sulli's ear, making her giggle. 

 

"Are you going to thank me all over again?" Sulli teased, Minho laughed. 

 

"I'm always thanking you." Minho responded, Sulli giggled

 

The future is definitely unpredictable but as long as you have people that you love dearly by your side always, the future is with certainty.
