"Seunghyun is a myth. You know that just as well as I do Seungho."    Seungho moved around in his seat, on her desk a little, "Myth or not it was created with facts wasn't it?"    Seyeon looked up to meet Seungho's eyes again, "Seungho, I may be the reason why the myth was created but I'm not responsible for the decisions others make. If they choose to believe it so strongly and approach land then it's their choice, hence whether they make it or not there's nothing I can do about it. Even if that means they will be discovered by humans."   Seungho was against this. That was one reason why he was where he was. 

Part of animal security. 

He wanted to keep mermaids out of humans sight. To secure them.

"Then until they've caught you with a tail, you won't do anything about mermaids coming onto shore?" 

Seyeon batted her eyes up at Seungho, her jaws tighten, making her lips frown. 

"No. Not even then. Humans will never know what or who I truly am."   "How can you be so sure?"   "Isn't that why you're here Seungho? To protect me from them?"    Seungho kept silent this time. She was right. He's been some sort of a bodyguard to her.    The short silence was interupted when Seungho's phone began buzzing. As he fished for it in his pocket while standing up from the desk, Seyeon re-positioned herself in her seat, searching for something to keep her company while he take the call.    "Oh Jiyeon." Seungho answered casually.    "Seungho you're getting off work soon right?"    Seungho hummed after a short pause.   "Did you need something?"    "Nope. I just miss you." Jiyeon said on the other line.    "Why? We just saw each other some time ago for my lunch break."    Jiyeon continued, "I know. Anyway I'm going home to see if Soohyun is home or at work. So I'll see you later when you get off."    "If you're going home because you need something then just leave Soohyun a message or voicemail. When I went to get your lotion this morning, he also said he'll come pick you up when everything's fix."    "Well too late. I'm already outside the house."    Seungho could hear the jiggling of keys. He figured Jiyeon was unlocking the front door.    "Well then—"   "Ah! Who are you?!"    Seungho heard Jiyeon's shriek. "Jiyeon?"    "Oh my gosh Soohyun!"    "Jiyeon?" Then the line was cut almost instantly, "Jiyeon? Hello?"    Seyeon stood up from her seat with worries running through her system. "Seungho, what's wrong?"    Seungho hung up and pocketed the device. "I'm going to go check, I can leave early right?"    "Wait." Seyeon said and look directly into Seungho's eyes, "I'll come with you."      Jiyeon stood at the door when she dropped her phone against the ground. "Soohyun!"    Soohyun's eyes widen even more than it already had when she first entered without a sound. At least one that he had missed to hear.    "Jiyeon?!"    Gain look over and noticed Jiyeon as well. She wore no expressions on her blunt face.    She didn't understand the situation.    "Who the heck is that woman on top of you?!" Jiyeon asked as she hurried over, there Soohyun pushed Gain off to the side as he block her from falling off the couch.    "Jiyeon—"   Jiyeon stopped beside them and from the side she reached over and slapped Gain against the face. Surprised, Soohyun shot up from his seat and held Jiyeon back.    "What are you doing?!"    Jiyeon tried to fight her way back to Gain, who now had her hand over the sudden sting.    "Who are you?! Why are you on top of my brother?! Don't you know he's already taken?!"    "Jiyeon calm down!" Soohyun demanded, but the lass continue to be stubborn.    "Get out of our house!" Jiyeon shouted.    "Jiyeon I said stop it!" Soohyun raised his voice, scaring both Gain and Jiyeon. This time she took a step back to face her brother.    "She's the reason why you kicked me out isn't she? Because you knew that if I know you were playing around with another woman who's not my best friend then I'd be against it! That's why you kicked me out huh?!"    "That's not it!"    "Then why?! The broken toilet was a lie wasn't it?!"    "Jiyeon you're overracting—" As Soohyun try to lower his voice, Jiyeon shoved him aside.    "Forget it, I'll see for myself!" She stormed past the lad and headed over to the bathroom. Soohyun let out a depressed sigh when he caught a glimpse the now empty couch.   Gain was gone.    He placed his hands on his hips when he could hear Jiyeon forcing the door open. Jiyeon disappeared from his sight and in the small room, she was moving items around. She flushed the toilet as well.    Soohyun began scanning the room for any sign of Gain. But there was none. He took a quick peek outside the front door Jiyeon had left open.    "Where's that lady?!" Jiyeon asked as she came out from the bathroom. "Soohyun!"    This time Soohyun spun around, angry. "Lower your voice Jiyeon! I'm not going anywhere!"    "Of course not! I wouldn't expect you to go anywhere with that woman in the house! How long have you been hiding her?!"    Soohyun slammed the door shut. Jiyeon frowned at his behavior. As he stepped closer to her he released a heavy sigh. "Go back to Seungho's place. I don't want to see you for a while."    Though his tone was low, it was more painful than if he were to yell at her.    Jiyeon's eyes got teary. "Fine. Don't look for me anymore. I'll move in with Seungho and let you live with that witch!" She slammed her shoulder against Soohyun as she made her way toward the front door.    He let out a regretful exhale and spun around, "Jiyeon." He called, but she swung the door wide open and stomp out. There she slammed it shut and hurried away.  Seungho and Seyeon walked through the front door. They scan the small area and noticed Soohyun sitting alone on the couch, looking blue.    Seyeon walked over and sat beside Soohyun. Even though she had promised not to come by, until he made the decision to return her feelings, she still came.    "Soohyun." She said softly.    Seungho checked the rooms and found that they were all empty. He came back out to the living room to find Seyeon holding one of Soohyun's hands in her own.    It was meant to open him up. To tell her what's making him blue.    "Soohyun where's Jiyeon?"
