❝He's not Seunghyun.❞ Gain blew out a heavy puff, "This is too hard...." Seungho walked over to see how Gain was doing. She was steadying herself with the help of two canes. Seungho had his arms crossed when he saw Gain leaning against the wall with the sticks held out before her. "Didn't I tell you? In order to walk you have to know how to carry your body weight?" "I'm trying...." Seungho sighed to express his growing frustration, "Remember, in the ocean you cannot and do not have to carry your own body weight. You need to train your legs until they can carry your upperbody. Try again. And if you fall then fall, you can always practice getting up. Don't lean against my walls." Gain frowned at his words, "Why can't you just help me the way Soohyun helped me?" She questioned with a heavy tone. Seungho raised an eyebrow at that, "How did he help you?" "Well he—" She stopped herself when she recalled what happened. When she fell over Soohyun because he couldn't support her. And how he went crazy after she fell on him. But he wasn't crazy. He just thought she was beautiful. "Nevermind....I'll practice on my own...." Seungho exhaled through his nose before departing from her. Gain was shooting fire out of her eyes when he walked away. She stomp the canes against the floor with all her might, and with all of her strength she tried to carry her body with her arms and take the first step. Jiyeon was looking at some clothes while Soohyun was waiting for her. He kept checking his phone for the time. Jiyeon came back with a white dress, the bottom cut to knee length. "What do you think Soohyun? Would Seunghyun like it?" Soohyun's eyes widen a little at his sister's sudden appearance. "Uh....Are you buying that for him?" Jiyeon frowned with a pout, "No! I mean will he like it on me?" Soohyun nodded with no spirit, "Sure, why not?" Jiyeon groaned, "Gosh I knew I should have came with Seyeon instead." She walked away with the dress swinging beside her thigh as she disappeared behind the many racks with women's attires. Soohyun quickly moved toward a rack of dresses and picked out a dark blue one. It had long sleeves and was cut just a little short over the knees. He knew it was perfect for Gain. "Jiyeon! Call Seyeon! I got to go!" Soohyun called out to his sister who annoyingly replied back. "Whatever!" Soohyun rushed to the counter with the dress as he placed a few bills in front of the cashier. "Keep the change." He said as he hurried out. Jiyeon rolled her eyes when she saw Soohyun's back to the exit, "Useless brother." She mumbled. Seungho checked back on Gain some time later and saw her sitting on the floor. She glanced up to meet his eyes then quickly divert her whole attention. "Why aren't you practicing?" "I want to go back to the sea." She answered quietly. "Should I take you then?" "Unbelievable." Gain scoffed to herself, "After my journey here to find the myth your kind created, you don't even feel sorry. Instead you're happy to take me there and get rid of me. Do you know how many of my friends died when we came here?" "That's none of my business—" "Still! Out of the ten of us, I was the only one who survived because we were all fools to believe that you were my finace! And that if I meet you then it would be worth more than the nine of their lives combined! The least you can do is show some kindness on behalf of your kind for creating the lies!" "My kind aren't responsible for your parents' lies. They chose to lied to you to get you here and you believed them—" "Don't throw the blame to my parents!" "You're here aren't you? Isn't it because your parents told you to come here? So if it's not your parents fault then is it ours? Would you have been here if your parents were still alive and they told you that you had some fiance who's walking with humans?" "I...." "Of course you wouldn't. That's why you lied to your nine friends and brought them along with you. You killed them yourself, so don't bring my kind into this." Gain kept silent with watery eyes. She sniffled a few times but kept her eyes down on the floor. "If you want to return to the ocean then I will take you. I know a safe route where no humans or any dangerous marine life would be near." Gain continued to keep quiet. After giving it another thought Seungho sighed. "Fine. I'll teach you." Seungho held out a hand as he looked up, scanning the content of his kitchen. Gain looked up at Se
