It has been weeks and all of Jae’s efforts have been futile. When he called his mom, he told her everything that has been happening and most especially his feelings for Dara.

As a mother, you only want what’s best for your children. Kim Ji-hye knew right from the moment that she saw her, that Sandara Park would be the best choice for her son. She saw the look they gave to each other while they were visiting the Kim family home. She knew, because she experienced the same thing, once upon a time.

So, when her son called her asking for help (really, her little boy is hopeless… he may be one of the most sought after bachelor in Korea, but when it comes to his love life, he’s really miserable), she knew that she needed to do her best to help him. Because she felt that they would be perfect for each other. And what better way to start than ask permission?

That’s how she found herself sipping tea with a long-time friend. They’ve known each other for years and first met during one of those special classes for housewives, which in their case is a gardening class. They instantly connected after knowing the experience of raising a child in the entertainment industry.

Since then, they meet with each other to talk about their children and exchange some gardening ideas, and of course, plants.

“Mi-yeon-ah, how is your Sandara these days?” Ji-hye inquired.

“She’s really busy, what with the group promotions and all. And my Sanghyun is also busy with his own career and my Durami with her career. It seemed like my children has no time for me anymore,” Mrs. Park complained.

“Ahh, my children are the same. They all have their own family and busy with their own career. And my I just wish that my Jaejoong, if not settle down soon, will at least introduce his girlfriend to us. We actually want to see a grandchild from him before we go,”

“Yah! Ji-hye, are you implying something?” Dara’s mother asked, catching up to Jae’s mom’s game.
